Negative experience: i ask told the owner i would buy the chairs. i also messaged her days before and she knew i am buying them. i got there, i told her i can pay to her toast, venmo or card cause i didnt have cash at that time. she said she only takes cash. i told her im going to atm to withdraw cash and i will be back. we both agreed. i was gone for 10 mins to get cash and when i came back she told me she gave it to somebody else. she brushed me off like i was nothing. i felt so embarrassed that was just mean. i drove over an hour to get there. i felt cheated. the way she retreated me wasn’t nice at all in front of the other people saying some stuff when i was there. i didn’t even say much. i was just shocked. i’m just really disappointed that she didn’t honor what she told me that she will wait when i get back. if i could give zero stars i would. its just sad. i also wanted to buy the dining table with benches she said it was reserved to somebody else which i totally understand then she said no reservations for the stuff she was selling. that was just hypocrite, but it when it was my turn to buy the chairs she gave it to somebody else. didn’t even apologize.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I went to the open gym session for children. She had a great time running around and using the different areas like the pikler triangle and slide and the tunnel. Afterwards we shared a smoothie at the coffee bar. They had a high chair available and it was very convenient for us.

Fantastic experience: Pristine gym—all the equipment and classes you could want! I took the Arial Fit class with Cassandra and it was wonderful. It was my first time doing Arial Yoga and it was so fun and challenging and relaxing (a rare combination). I definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym about a month ago with the very basic goal of just being more active. The staff and classes have made it easy for me to stick to my objective. There are a lot of activities to choose from every day and they’re beginner friendly. It doesn’t feel like a chore going to the gym. The instructors are friendly and helpful. Also the classes are not overcrowded. I think I found the gym for me!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been getting their delicious Lattes for years but, I finally pulled the chubby girl gym anxiety mask off and join their classes. I was soooooooo comfortable!! This has got to be the most normal looking down to earth group of gym peeps ever. I went from “I’m just going to try a couple classes” to “I’m buying a membership “. I especially loved that I tried the aerial yoga class. If you are chunky- don’t be afraid- the fabric will hold you! Definitely glad I pulled the trigger and went.

Fantastic experience: Tasty drinks, friendly staff! Didn't tried food yet... But pastries look delicious! The gym studio next to the coffee shop offers many kind of classes I'm a member and can try all of them! The coaches are very nice and professional especially the owner Angela is very helpful with everything! If you want to try something new, come to Lunges 'n Lattes and you will! ♥️

The instructors are patient and clear and easily scale an exercise up or down depending on the need of the practitioner. I felt and feel very welcomed and feel like I can show up as I am and move my body with community members. I go almost every day! Highly recommend. (Arial yoga and fitness circus are my faves!)

Fantastic experience: This was my first time ever doing aerial yoga, although I've done many other types of yoga in the past. The instructor took that in to consideration and explained and demonstrated the poses. The vibe of the class was relaxed but challenging. Music playing, supportive classmates - we cheered for each other when a tricky pose was accomplished-something I've never had in a yoga class before! I'll be back~

Fantastic experience: Been a gym member for about 4 years and it’s a great place for me and family. Small class sizes, knowledgeable instructors, and many options for all abilities and different family schedules. They also offer childcare during class so I’m able to bring my kids as I workout. So convenient that some classes can be taken virtually, which is great when you can’t quite get to the gym but can still stick to your workout routine. Bonus you can grab a drink or bite on your way out from their delicious cafe! So glad this gym is in my community!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at LnL for 5 years. It is no coincidence that I haven’t left. From the community that the gym membership offers to the amazing drinks, treats, and staff in the cafe. This place really is like a second home. Angela and Chris have created a place like no other for Berwyn and the surrounding area. As a single mom, it’s difficult to get the time to go to the gym. Angela has made it so accessible with zoom classes, as well as letting me bring my daughter in for one on one training. 10/10 highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here from the beginning and find the quality of all offerings and services consistently good. The owners, Angela and Chris, are passionate about the community and their business. The variety of work out classes and the energy of staff and customers are amazing. As a member you have the opportunity to discover something new that you didn't even know about, for me: suspension training and aerial yoga. I love the core coffee shop offering but am always excited what new, often unique, products are being explored, "hops infused bubbly beverage, Yuzu soda from Japan,.... What?! Tasty!" I take advantage of the small but mighty grocery offering to get fresh eggs, miso soup or stock up on charcuterie items. The pastry offering always include something gluten free and vegan and that inclusive mindset and thoughtfulness is what makes this a unique and wonderful gem of a local business.

Fantastic experience: I really like the vibe here, they're welcoming and inclusive without the cult-like feeling of other gyms that I've been to. I was worried about the drive from Oak Park at first, but it's really not that far and it's totally worth it. Lots of variety in their class offerings keeps my workouts interesting, and the class sizes are small which I appreciate. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: This place is the best! I have been attending the classes for YEARS and I can't say enough good things about them - they are fun, challenging, and effective, and help me stay motivated to keep fit. ALL of the teachers are excellent and are expert about modifying activities to keep participants appropriately challenged and safe. And the coffee is the BEST - I can never make it taste that good at home. I so appreciate all that LnL does to make the community more vibrant with events and activities. I highly recommend checking out the classes and staying for the cafe!

Fantastic experience: When you walk into this quaint coffee-meets-gym you feel right at home. The owners are super welcoming—like the Olive Garden, when you’re here your family. It’s truly a community spot, where locals gather for a hit-the-spot latte and kids are not only welcome but encouraged to come play during open gym and during their mighty ninjas classes. I recently became a gym member and the classes are awesome, from boxing to fitness circus to aerial yoga, it’s a better selection of classes than any other local gym I’ve seen, and the price is right:) The instructors push you but take your needs and wants into consideration and make the classes fun. You go hard and go fast and reap the body benefits. If this is your local spot, don’t hesitate, join the gym, it’s inclusive and warm and the range of fun classes are rad. Tonight, I’m going to a class with hammocks and sound healing…what?! It’s a truly special place, thankful it’s here on the depot strip.

Fantastic experience: I love this place - I have done two aerial yoga classes here and I like it so much that I willingly pay retail, which is a really really hard thing for me. They are great at modifications and they provide a lot of fun classes for kids or for families or adults only. My only and biggest complaint is that I don’t live close to them. Also it’s a pretty chill place even for a yoga studio. Also I want to preorder a matcha latte for after class!

Fantastic experience: The specialty drinks here are outrageously good! So good I've tried seven(!!) drinks in two days (each family member got a different drink) and every single drink was amazing. The coffee was rich, the lattes were flavorful without being overly sweet, and the latte delivery service is the height of luxury. Wonderful coffee shop - our new go-to. :) ETA, 3/1/2021, this is definitely our go-to coffee shop, and we enjoy the variety on their menu! I want to particularly mention their new #3 latte with almond butter and vanilla (rich without being overly sweet and I loved the nuanced flavors), and their cappuccino (bold, rich coffee flavors that was exactly the 10:30 AM pick-me-up I needed). I haven't been disappointed with anything I've ordered from Lunges 'n Lattes in Berwyn!

Fantastic experience: Amazing lattes and super friendly staff - wish I lived closer. They're VERY busy on Sunday mornings after the kiddie gym class, so I'd plan accordingly. Amazing gluten free/vegan treats, too, and easy 15 minute parking right out front!

The owner and staff are always so friendly and very accommodating with my celiac disease and other food sensitivities/allergies. They go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amazing. All of most drinks can be made with plant based milk, and they have the best vegan gluten free muffins! The chai tea latte with oat milk is my favorite along with a blueberry or Apple cinnamon muffin

Fantastic experience: The weekend donut was delicious but the funky horchata iced latte on special was even better. The ability to reserve private gym time is lovely, and they even have a "puppachino" for dogs. Definitely a local bright spot.

Fantastic experience: Cool little coffee shop that also is part gym. The barista is helpful and informative on both the coffee and gym classes. Espresso and chocolate apricot were appropriately priced.

Fantastic experience: I came here for the first time to try this place out. Ordered the honey bourbon iced coffee and a keto brownie. The coffee was perfect, not overly sweet how some places are. The area was cleanly and put together well. I’m interested in trying their teas and other flavored coffees as well. Will be returning!

Fantastic experience: Cute and interesting coffee shop in Berwyn with lots of variety of coffee and tea drinks, dairy-free options, and even a fridge full of cheese, meats, and other things. Ordered an earl grey latte and a goat cheese croissant, wow! So good! It's a bit pricey but it's local, great products, and the barista was helpful and nice.

They are dedicated to serving the community through meticulous coffee creations and diverse fitness classes. Fantastic experience: Lunges 'n Lattes is our go to coffee shop for both barista-made drinks and beans. They also source excellent baked goods that make for a wonderful weekend treat. We haven't explored the adult gym classes, but the kids' programming is terrific - from a "Noon Year's Eve" celebration to weekly Baby & Me Yoga. It's a great, family-focused shop that truly elevates Berwyn's Depot District.

Fantastic experience: Lunges-n-Lattes is a amazing addition to Berwyn. Not only do they have yummy treats and coffees, but a gym, and so many programs for kids. I could not have survived first time motherhood winters without their open gym. It’s a hub for the community, and has a clean fresh environment which I personally really like. They really work to make sure everyone can enjoy their business by offering gluten free options, keto options, classes of all experience levels and more. Love it!

I've never attended any classes or had any food/pastries here, but every once in a while in the afternoon on a day when I'm feeling good I'll pop in and ask for a fun/interesting tea drink, and the staff never disappoint. Fantastic experience: Covid-19 Pick Up: first thing first. I love their pick up set up. I ordered online and when you show up prepaid orders are on a table by the front. A second table is there to form an L shape set up in case you order at the cafe. I ended up adding two muffins when I went to pick up my prepaid order and the set up was contactless. They ring you up from their register in the back and it shows up on the screen register in the table at the front. CDC guidelines are followed. Masks required and 6ft distancing. Plenty of parking in front for quick pick up. Now The Goods: I had the refresher and a cappuccino for my partner. That refresher was amazing. Exactly as described. I hate overly sweet drinks and was hesitant to order something with a splash of pineapple juice because I was worried it would be way more than a splash. No regrets it was really a splash. If you are looking for an actual refresher with just a hint of sweetness this is perfect. My partner had a cappuccino we went full fat milk and he loved it. Just the right size too. The muffins were lemon blueberry for my parents and they enjoyed them as well. They seemed like they were bran based muffins which is perfect for getting in some fiber with your sweets. Loved it and will be back.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome!!! We have come here a few times for their open play and it is a blast. They typically have a bounce house, room filled with toys, and another room that has some swings and things to climb on. It's perfect for a pre-nap adventure. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Post burning off some energy, they have great fantastic coffee drinks, paistries, and snacks (thank you for having toddler friendly snacks!) . We love coming here and always have a great time.

Negative experience: Tried Morning coffee here. First. It is on the wrong side of the tracks, I'm a commuter and cannot be caught in a line for coffee if a freight comes through. The coffee is REALLY strong, great if you like it like that I find it overbearing. Also they do not have Splenda or Sweet n' Low, yeah yeah I know "it's not natural" well I tried natural stevia and it sucks.

Fantastic experience: Today was an unbelievable horrible day. I had a family emergency at the hospital Nothing was right. I had my little guy with me and to warm up before getting on the train. We stopped in and got a couple of hot chocolates. Unfortunately the way my day was going my card had a hold on it for fraud alert. The lady was so unbearably understand and I was able to come back and pay it. I couldn't believe how kind she was. God bless her!

Positive experience: Very meh, not my favorite space. Kids like it but they’re not picky. Coffee’s decent. Their operating system is pretty wonky for a coffee shop. Supposedly your credit card is held on file? Pretty unnecessary for a cold brew. I was handed an item of merchandise but not charged for it, then held accountable about a year later and forced to pay.

Fantastic experience: I love working out here and taking my kids here for Open Gym. We hosted my daughter's fifth birthday here and it was wonderful. I could not be happier. She had a great time. The coffee is the best in Berwyn. That's right I went there! Love love love this place. It is like the Cheers of Berwyn with coffee and squats. It is where everybody knows your name. You always feel welcomed. Now go get you some coffee and delicious treats.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined and love this place! I have been to large gyms and never felt that comfortable. There are a variety of classes and all the instructors will help you modify the workout to your fitness level. Classes are small and not intimidating. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great addition to the community! I’ve been attending workout classes here for about 6 months and had numerous other visits to get a drink or treat in the cafe. My 1-year-old enjoys the open gym times (great deal at $5 for 2 hours!) and is well-cared for during the childcare offered at the same time as a few fitness classes!

Fantastic experience: A delicious freshly made London Fog tea is my favorite here. Great little coffee shop, super clean and they can make a lot of different things. And they have more to surprise you then you think. Unique and unexpected place:)

Fantastic experience: Love this place. I found out about this gym through attending my nephew's 5th birthday party which was a blast. The toddler gym was clean, very safe, and had tons of engaging activities to tire out the kiddos. Everyone I know who has gone here for open gym, parties, or classes have loved it. My kids and I are now regulars at there weekend open gym. So glad to have found this gem in the Depot district.

Fantastic experience: This is my happy place! I've been taking classes here for a few months and can't wait to try more. The instructors are great and the small class size means they have time to offer modifications or check your form as needed. I love their coffee and usually order an Americano or latte, so I can really taste the high-quality coffee. All of the fancy flavored coffees I've tried are also great, and they use awesome Jo Snow syrups. They also have a great selection of tea and smoothies if coffee isn't your thing.

Fantastic experience: Loved it there! Such a great spot for parents to take their little ones to play while enjoying their favorite latte or beverage. I originally went there my first time to do homework for class and when I saw moms with their babies I got so happy to know a place like this exists. I will come with my kids next time!

My husband and I enjoy the variety of challenging fitness classes, having a coffee or treat in the cafe, a nice place to catch up on work, and the community feel. Our 4 year old loves all the activities offered for him from open gym to story times and more. We’ve attended a number of fun and well organized children’s parties. Angela has really created a special place. So glad it’s in our neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: Had my son's 1st bday party at Fit Club / Lunges 'n Lattes, where children ages 1-6 attended. Working with Angela, the Owner, was a breeze and communication was spot on. Venue was separated into two spaces, play area and room with food / beverages / seating. Set up was perfect, and also used local catering (Big Guys), as well as the fabulous Misa for photography / photo booth. Although the age range varied, kids had a blast on the play area. With parents supervising the little's, along with Ms Emily overseeing the floor, we had a very safe and positive experience.

Negative experience: DO NOT HAVE A CHILD'S BIRTHDAY PARTY AT THIS LOCATION. BEWARE. This place should not be allowed to hold little kids Birthday parties. There are exposed steel posts without any padding, walls with weights hanging, a weight rack that has plastic cover, a large swing that's swings back and forth between a wall and cement floor. All of this in the small designated child area. This is dangerous, negligent and accident waiting to happen. It is a nice fitness and coffee place. Not a play area. I'm writing this because we attended a 2 year olds party and had a very close call with my child that could have been so much worse. I do not want this to happen any parent in the future. If you don't believe me look for yourself. I will also voice my concern with the business but wrote this review to warn parents.

Fantastic experience: We hosted my son`s 7th birthday here and it was amazing! I stumbled upon their location on yelp and emailed them at 6:30 am and had a response by 7:00 am! We were booking pretty last minute and Angela was able to accommodate us. The kiddos had a blast and the parents enjoyed all the delicious coffee. The service was phenomenal from start to finish! We will certainly recommend to all our friends and family. Thanks so much Angela!
