Fantastic experience: Thanks for the drop in rate. The staff was very nice and the facility had everything to get the job done.

Positive experience: The environment is nice, the weight area is nice, and the pool is nicer. I just wish they actually set boulders for people to try with some challenge, instead of doing ladder-like climbs.

Fantastic experience: They also offer Physical Therapy. Very competent and caring staff. Well equipped gym/machines for recovery program. Critical part of my TKR recovery. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I came to physical therapy doctors to see Caroline Creager for some chronic pain issues that no other physical therapist or medical doctor has been able to figure out. After one session with her, she suggested that I have vascular compression in my neck and a CSF leak. She referred me to a doctor who could evaluate me for these issues and turns out that she is right! After several years of going from doctor to doctor and PT to PT we finally have some idea what is going on, thanks to her. She really listens to her patients, and I definitely recommend her to anyone who is struggling with chronic issues that don't respond to traditional physical therapy and conventional medical treatments.

Fantastic experience: Love the BAC. I do weekly Pilates with Monique and could not be happier with the results. I started with lots of lower back problems and hip problems with both hips and in a couple of months my pains are almost completely gone. It is a well ran club and I will continue to use it.
