Fantastic experience: I've been to many gyms, but CF Rio Rancho stands out from the rest. The coaches are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and talented - they even have the only Level 3 coach in the entire state! The facilities are top-notch, with an outdoor sled pull and tire flipping area, a kids room for parents while they work out, and safe running routes. I'm sticking with this gym for life!

Fantastic experience: After taking a couple years off from Crossfit, I knew I would return when I heard Crossfit Rio Rancho was opening. The coaches here are very knowledgeable and patient. The WOD's are challenging but do able at any level of fitness. The coaches here will help you to get to the level of fitness that you desire, and will do it at a pace where injury will not occur. If you are considering Cross Fit, this is the box to join, no doubt!
