Fantastic experience: Great facilities. Great variety of equipment. Lap pool has 4 lanes.

Fantastic experience: Jake and Glen are amazing! Glen took us on a tour of the club and explained everything thoroughly. I went back the next weekend and Jake explained everything about my membership. Defined Fitness is the best place to be!

Fantastic experience: This defined Fitness is one of the most beautiful gyms you could go to. It has such amenities as swimming pool, whirlpool, hydro beds for after your workout to sit in and relax and one of the few gyms to have an outdoor workout area. Their staff is excellent and highly motivated. Some of the best equipment in New Mexico is located at all of the updated define fitnesses. The newest one will be at hilltop in Rio Rancho coming in September. I have to admit I am very biased as I am the superintendent building the defined fitnesses. LOL. But seriously these are some of the finest gyms that you could possibly work out in and some of the best atmospheres to be in to work out. I hope you enjoy working out in this gym as much as I enjoyed building it. Happy workout, cheers. :-) they're greeting manager Mariah is one of the funniest coolest people you could ever meet.

Fantastic experience: The new add on for the hydromassage is wonderful! Great place. N it is crazy cuz it doesn't have that typical Define Fitness vibes! Also I love how the sauna is in separate areas. There is a women's sauna in the women's area n vise versa. Love the family locker area which u can use if u need too which have private bathroom w a shower! Great pool w tons of windows! Friendly amazing staff! Daycare is there also! The two downfalls are members can't bring a person for free anymore, n u have to have a phone inorder to get in after membership- not the keychain chip opinion anymore which is a bummer

Fantastic experience: Open, clean and lots of different equipment for anything I want to work on. Best instructors and classes! RPM with Jen C, Zumba with Jessica M, and Aqua Zumba with Jody P. So much fun! WEDNESDAYS and FRIDAYS at 9am.

Positive experience: I gave the gym a three-star rating because the facility is attractive and the day care staff is always kind to my kid. Unfortunately, the general manager, a blonde woman, is unfriendly and appears to begrudgingly do her job. She and another female employee with a nose ring are very unapproachable and spend a lot of time looking at their phones while they are stationed at the entrance.

Positive experience: When this place first opened, it was quite satisfactory. However, since the staff has changed, the quality of service and tidiness have deteriorated. It does not seem that the situation will get any better, which is unfortunate.

Fantastic experience: I love it. Everyone that works here gets five stars. I do have only one issue. Not with Define or the staff . Now being a Covid 19 survivor, I really watch people mask wearing. There continues to be one person who doesn't get it. Over the mouth and nose at all times. I know he has been told. I want to say something but Im not staff. If after 1_3 times being told and he is still letting the mask hang down under his nose ask him to leave. It takes one person not following the protocol to get sick or spread it. With Omicron running crazy, I sure would like to more people seriously wearing a mask as they are suppose to. Health inspectors frequent these places and if its not being enforced , it could mean a shut down of the gym again. I would hate to have that happen.It only takes one person to spread Omicron to 20, especially in a gym.

Fantastic experience: The selection of equipment is kept in pristine condition and there is a wide variety of choices. The personnel are helpful and attentive to customers' requirements. In particular, Stephen is an outstanding representative of the team who provides excellent service and is very professional. I highly recommend him if you are looking for assistance.

Fantastic experience: Large, open, new, well maintained. The lap pool is wonderful with large windows facing the Sandia Mountains. The classes I've taken so far have been great. I'm not sure if the Jacuzzi and showers are open yet but masks are no longer required.

Fantastic experience: I’m thrilled that Defined opened this new location. Not only is it convenient but I was surprised to learn of all the amenities and extra space put into this place! Dominic was courteous, helpful and offered me a tour around the entire space. There’s an outdoor CrossFit space with extra equipment, a ton of cardio machines (lined up against windows for viewing pleasure), hydro massage room, spin room, SAUNA and a pool. The price is so affordable I really can’t believe I’m getting all of this -plus access to any other location. Hands down, best gym I’ve seen out here.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! The staff are always so friendly and the facility is kept in pristine condition. The swimming pool is a great addition and the equipment is top-notch. The only issue I have is that they close too early, as I'm more of a night person. If they could stay open until 1am a couple of times a week, that would be great. Other than that, this is the best gym in the vicinity.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I absolutely love this gym! The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and so helpful. Staff does an excellent job keeping the gym clean and sanitary. There's plenty of space and equipment that any regular gym goer loves to see and use. We waited so long for this gym to open and couldn't be happier that it finally did!
