Fantastic experience: The people who wrote negative reviews of this place must really have some issues. I've been going here for about a year, 3 or 4 times a week. This place is great. If you need to be on your cell phone that bad don't go to a gym. I use my Ipod and never have had a problem here. The place is clean and has everything anyone could want. It's a bit pricey for me but hey, it's almost like a country club. Love it.

Fantastic experience: When I lived in North Royalton, I found this place. I wanted something that mimicked the recreation and wellness services you typically find at universities, as they are very well-rounded. This place surpassed my expectations. Bryan was my main go-to person. I saw someone else seemed to have a problem with him here, which is unfortunate and does not align with my experience with him. I by no means knew him on a personal level, but he was always respectful toward me. I liked that the hot tubs were private and in the locker rooms. It was easier to unwind after a hard workout with others gawking. My favorite part about the gym was the machinery connected to weight machines that auto-tracked your sets, reps, and weight. When it uploaded to their system, you could see and track your progress, which gave me a much better way to track my progress than constantly checking a scale. While I went here, I happily found myself in the gym for two hours at a time, at least every other day. At other gyms it was painfully boring to say the least to be there for even an hour. The facilities are very clean. I frequently saw them cleaning the showers. If it were still on my way home from work, I would still be going.

Fantastic experience: Comfortable, great staff and facilities unmatched locally. I've been a member at many gyms over the last 30+ years and Lifeworks stands alone in numerouse ways. No matter my goals(I'm getting a bit older!) I can reach them and get help doing so here.

Fantastic experience: I am in water therapy, it is painful but the therapist is very nice , I am very grateful that my daughter has been able to be there for me for support in getting in the pool cause I am not the best with water.

Fantastic experience: I was here for physical therapy. It is very clean and is in accordance with COVID -19 guidelines. The people are friendly and Thr therapists very professional. Felt very safe even with the COVID.

Fantastic experience: Hello. All I can say is it a beautiful calming place. Excellent receptionist with a Angel personality what humor. The therapist was excellent kind and very knowledgeable he spoke Spanish matter of fact better than me.He learned in college with friends. He took his time explained well the excerise. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome! The instructors are amazing! I took an aqua class yesterday with Anna where we played games in the pool! Everyone was laughing and having a great time.....while working out! It was the BEST class I've ever been too! Great job Anna!! I hope we get to do that again!

Fantastic experience: Fitness assessment to begin your plan & learn how to set up the right equipment/machines (all settings stored on a card for you), multiple pools with water therapy. Great, friendly atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: This place is WONDERFUL!!! If something ISN'T clean, just ask/let staff know! They are more than accommodating! Have one of VERY FEW Warm Water Therapy Pools in this area!!! YEA!!! Have regular pool, excellent locker rooms; Lockers nice & big, very clean showers (depending on daily guests, ofcourse. Not cleaned thoroughly til 10pm.)!!! Lockers have locks, towels r provided! Plastic bags for wet bathing suits. (Water shoes recommended! Tiled floors VERY slippery) MUST wear bathing suit. No cut offs allowed! Excellent Hot Tub w/Jets, steam room, sauna, plenty of showers, usually. Have walking/running track... Great Classes in pools, on land, spin classes, yoga, pilates, the list goes on & on,... All sorts of machines, free weights, trainers & personal trainers... (Oh, must have work out shoes! Not street shoes. Something other than street.) Just call and ask what's available! (Tons) Also have whole PHYSICAL THERAPY Department!!! Very well staffed w/extremely knowledgeable ppl!!! (If you have to start there, may still, not sure, but may, receive discount on membership. I did waaaay back in 2009!) They are EXCELLENT, as well!!! They accept scripts from outside physicians, & several insurance companies. ( Outside of UH, that is. This facility is affiliated w/South West General, wh/in turn is affiliated w/UH.) HIGHLY recommend the Physical Therapy Dept. bcz also do rehab in pool!!! Overall, i give this facility a 5/5 for cleanliness, friendliness & helpfulness of ALL staff!!! They are here to help! Refreshing place to be in an often not so nice world! Restore yourself here! Forgot! Even have masseuses!!! Just can't say enough good things about this place! Off Bagley, on Old Oak Blvd. Next to Cuyahoga County Fair Grounds!!! Near SouthWest General! Turn Left at Light just Past hospital!

Fantastic experience: This place has been a life changer for me. This is for physical therapy and I definitely would recommend this facility. The staff here goes way beyond and more to help and they listen and are so friendly that they really get to know you not just as a patient but as a person. I have been going here now for over 2 years and will continue to go there when I need to. If you're looking for therapy this is the place to go and looking for a smile to make your day you found the place.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to LifeWorks for two years and it is the best. Clean, clean, clean. Trainers and maintenance staff are helpful and respectful. Bryan started out my training and still answers my questions about exercises or starting on a new machine. TreeHuggers has a great concession in the facility. I love the group water classes. The members are polite and friendly.
