Positive experience: I was a member here for several years during the spring and summer months. While I stay in the area. Always with the understanding I could pause my membership during the rest of the year. After having this arrangement for several years they tried to charge me for an extra month and I was told when I come back in the spring I will have to pay to restart my membership. Bad business move, you lost a steady customer. It’s not about the money it’s the principle. I was contacted by the manager this week and the problem has been solved. I take back my negativity and will be returning in a few weeks.

Negative experience: Nice gym, terrible service. Been trying to cancel membership since August of 2022 when I sent an email requesting the membership be cancelled and was ignored. Was still being billed in March of 2023 after multiple phone calls. Went in person on 3/5/2023, signed a form and was told that the membership was cancelled. They then charge me in April 2023 and claim that there was a 30 day cancellation policy. Worst membership cancellation experience ever, it's probably easier to get out of a cult than this gym membership.

Fantastic experience: Never crowded

Negative experience: They didn't give any information about canceling. I haven't been able to use my membership due to health issues and when I had my son try to cancel my membership they said I had to call I did and they want something from my dr stating my health issue well that's none of there business and against hepa rights. They said they would charge me yet another month for canceling this month to month membership. This is not a contract it's a month to month. I would say join another gym . Very inconcerted only out for the money .

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! The manager and staff are always friendly. Access 24 a day makes it easy to get my workouts in at my convenience.

Negative experience: was going there until I was falsely accused of letting other people in and use my card, they claimed they had videos but couldn't produce the videos because they do not exist. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Negative experience: They take money from you and say its paid then they turn around and take double next month. Don't go to this gym if you want to save money. I will not be going again I also will be calling the better business bureau today.

Fantastic experience: Brand new building with brand new top of the line equipment available 24 hours, seven days a week. Friendly, helpful staff are available on most days during daytime hours. The atmosphere is laid back and usually not overcrowded. On a normal day there is a good mix of young and old, male and female, experienced and beginner.

Fantastic experience: Finally a gym in Marshall County not owned by Hans and Frans. Anything but the megagym

Negative experience: Will charge an additional month if you don't cancel 30 days in advance. Cancelled on November 5th was told I would be charged for December as well because it wasn't 30 days in advance
