I'll go further, it's great for people who ARE concerned about fitness and getting as strong as possible and AREN'T concerned about getting dirty, making friends and chatting at the gym all day, or posting pictures every five seconds. It's probably one of the only real gyms left with 10 fitness and planet fitness infecting our neighborhoods. Thanks to the whole Big Dog family. Great job!

Fantastic experience: Great local gym, the owners are legit professionals who know all about mechanical aspects of the body, as well as general health information, and offer multiple programs and personal training. They consider any injury you have as they plan your workout at your pace. 5 stars!!
