Fantastic experience: Started when I was 44 couldn't run a 200 meter without gasping for air. Couldn't bench press 155 lbs one time. Couldn't do more than 2 pull ups at a time. It was extremely intimidating to work out among physically fit younger adults starting out back then. I am now 47, I can run a mile without stopping, bench press is up to 235lb's and because of the non judgement of everyone feel like I am part of the gang. Was best decision for my personal health I have made in decades. But stay away from Jason Miller

The coaches and fellow teammates are extremely supportive and will help in any way possible. Legacy Althetics definitely provides a judge free atmosphere, and feels every workout with fun, support, and teamwork!

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff and a good clean gym. Programs are provided for people of all levels of fitness. I haven't met a member yet that wasn't friendly.
