Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym since February of 2022. Since day one the staff has been so friendly and helpful. Many improvements have been made since I started going here. A lot of new equipment has been added and upgrades to the facility have been made. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this gym and also a personal trainer if your interested. Ennis, Harrison, and Claire have been extremely helpful on my fitness journey. If you want to go somewhere where they treat you like family look no further!

Fantastic experience: I’m 37 and had never been to a gym and I was really nervous but Ennis was very welcoming and informative at our initial meeting. I decided to sign up and it’s been a great decision, I’ve made a lot of progress in the past 5 months! The facility is always clean, the staff is always friendly, I’m always greeted with a smile and a “hi!” when I walk in, and overall I’m extremely pleased with my experience, I can’t wait to continue my journey at F4L McGee’s!

I’m a fitness trainer myself & the atmosphere is welcoming for all ages and all experiences levels from young to old to new to advanced. Brand new equipment as well! A small but mighty gym! PT experience is top notch as well!

Fantastic experience: I have been a guest at other gyms and to be honest, I always felt out of place. I avoided joining a gym because I have a disability which I felt made me stand out. I was scared of being judged. A friend invited me to join her on one of her personal training classes. All of my preconceived fears vanished instantly. The trainer talked to me and asked questions to gain an understanding of my limitations, then he walked me through the lessons, modifying as needed and helped me gain an understanding of equipment and programs to achieve my goals. I very much enjoyed that session and decided to join. I am a little over a year in and I LOVE going to this location! The members are diverse and in varying degrees of experience, and EVERYONE is so nice! The staff and the other patrons are friendly, encouraging and helpful. The classes are GREAT and the Personal Trainers (I've worked with several) are all FANTASTIC!! I feel very much at home! They are making upgrades and I'm excited to see the improvements they are making. I highly recommend this gym!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Staff and Equipment! If you’re looking to make some REAL & CONSISTENT changes in your life then this is the place to go! Fair priced memberships and training, so what’s not to like? They have state of the art fitness equipment ranging from bumper plates for the powerlifters, and machines/ cardio equipment for those looking to lean up or maintain. Don’t hesitate to go check them out!

Fantastic experience: I recently joined this gym again because there were renovations and also new management and figured I'll give them a second chance. I left the gym originally about a year ago due to bad experience with the management staff at that time. I enjoy it alot more now. It is so clean and the bathrooms are extremely clean. The new staff, including management, have always answered professionally and respectfully. The environment is more relaxing and the classes are awesome.

If you are having trouble shedding those unwanted pounds you can speak with one of the many multiple trainers at this location. The atmosphere is one of commitment to the cause of assisting customers with health concerns in the most efficient way they know how. The establishment is always clean and tidy as well as stocked with all the equipment one could desire. Unfortunately, it is a small facility so some of the more robust equipment/rooms you might be looking such as racquetball courts and swimming pools are not present but for the convenience of location and inclusion of 24 hour privileges it is an amazing facility that I plan to attend for years to come.
