Fantastic experience: A great 24/7/365 fitness club! Excellent equipment, kept in perfect working order. Exceptionally clean too! Many people agree that Fit4Life of Benson is one of the best 24 hour fitness clubs they've ever been in! WOW!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Forest Fitness and would highly recommend it to anyone. The manager and owner were both very friendly and professional. The manager was very helpful, taking the time to explain how to use the different pieces of equipment. She was very welcoming and seemed to really enjoy helping us. The gym was clean, comfortable, and had a good atmosphere. It's my favorite of the two gyms in Benson. The equipment was in great shape and if anything needed to be repaired it was taken care of quickly. The equipment was up-to-date and allowed for a full-body workout. When our family had to make some changes, I was able to end my contract with Forest Fitness without any issues. I'm very thankful for them!

Fantastic experience: This gym has plenty of room and it can be intimidating to go to the gym, but no one is going to pay attention to you since they're all too busy with their coffee. All in all, it's a great place.
