Negative experience: Possibly the worst haircut I have ever gotten and probably the worst experience I have ever had receiving one. My side burns are uneven and super high, my hair is uneven, I had super long random hairs on my head. The lady who did the cut, was trying to force her religious beliefs on me the entire time. For someone who has been cutting hair for over 17 years, needs to go back to school. Will never go here again and would never recommend anyone to get their hair cut here. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Very clean, friendly staff with a great variety of services. Gym equipment is in great shape and set up in perfect order for a great workout.

Positive experience: Needs updating. 24-7 key card would be nice and with today's tech can be done on a budget.

Fantastic experience: Richard was very friendly and conversational. Olga was nice also. The gym has all the free weights you need to get a good lift in as well as a large variety of cardio machines. Classes are offered and there is room to stretch too.

Positive experience: Clean, plenty of machines, great staff, but instructors aren't always available.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, it has everything any type of gym goer would want/need. CrossFit, power lifting, classes MMA equipment, tanning, a hair salon, cardio equipment and showers. The only downside is the limited hours.

Fantastic experience: Rich and Olga are very cordial. I look forward to my visits to Frontier Fitness. Rich is a skilled trainer and focuses sessions with a whole body approach. I highly recommend this gym.

Equipment in clean and a definite safe workout environment, I need to make this facility my place to excel in my goals and sanctuary for better and stronger health. I hope the Benson community realizes this is bona-fide health center and they are working to offer more services I know I'll venture. Good luck my friends ! Joe

Fantastic experience: Great Zumba Workout!

Fantastic experience: A customer at a store I work at recommended this place so I thought I'd try it out. I attended the Zumba classes that they have every Mondays and Wednesdays at 530. I loved it!! If you wanna sweat, get a great workout in, and dance in a room full of wonderful people and a great teacher, then go to Frontier Fitness. They not only do Zumba but they have a room full of equipment for multiple workouts as well as punching bags. You won't regret it!!

Fantastic experience: Very clean, helpful, friendly, and supportive atmosphere with plenty of equipment and workout classes that are included in the monthly fee!

Positive experience: It's ok, but they need more ceiling fans! It's just so hot in there! They also need someone reliable to teach Silver Sneakers!
