Boss Sports Performance

Fantastic experience: As a former collegiate strength and conditioning coach, I am picky about my gyms. Boss Sports Performance in Bend Oregon knocks it our of the park. Their programming, age specific and sport specific classes, approachability, facility and staff are all top notch. If you’re looking to get in better functional shape, or take your athleticism to the next level, I can’t recommend Boss Sports Performance enough.

Fantastic experience: Started going here a couple weeks ago, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time! The staff are so incredibly friendly, and they’re all top-notch pros when it comes to health, fitness, and nutrition! I haven’t been so motivated in my life, very grateful for this place!

Fantastic experience: This place is an excellent choice for a birthday party! We rented it for our son's 8th birthday celebration and it was perfect. The facility was immaculate and the staff were amazing - they were easy to work with and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. They even helped lead games and kept all the kids entertained. It's a great spot for birthday parties of any age!

Fantastic experience: I had a slipped disc injury and attended a class with the instructor. He did an excellent job of providing me with different exercises if my injury was made worse by any of the activities in the class. The class was high intensity and a great workout. I have also been seeing Abbi, their personal trainer, who has been doing an amazing job teaching me full body exercises as I try to build up my strength again despite my injury.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Boss for several years now and it is like a second home to me!!! All of the staff are amazing and care a lot about all of the athletes. The atmosphere is a perfect balance of fun and hard work. I’ve met so many amazing people and have grown a ton as athlete.

Fantastic experience: I love going to the MS weight training classes. The couches are supper nice and supportive. I also have a great time whenever I go. Boss is also a great place to make friends and have fun.

Fantastic experience: This gym is top notch! The coaches and training sessions I experienced really boosted my fitness. If I could go back in time, I would have done these workouts while I was competing in Tennis for so long. This gym is equipped with the best training equipment and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My family recently began going to BOSS and we are loving it. My two children, aged 11 and 13, are really enjoying the personalized fitness plans. My wife and I take part in the adult fitness classes and we are having a great time with our exercises. The staff is what sets this place apart from all the other gyms and fitness studios we have gone to in the past. They pay close attention to detail and each instructor makes sure you are doing the exercise correctly. If you are having any difficulty with the exercises, the staff will get down on the floor with you and demonstrate modifications that are beneficial to you. The staff likes to have fun and ensures that each person is not only working hard but also having a pleasant and relaxed experience. I highly recommend you give them a go!

Fantastic experience: I’ve experienced BSP for both myself through the great BossFit workouts as well as with my son attending the elementary programs. We both LOVE going to the gym and now I can’t imagine working out anywhere else! The whole energy of the gym is so positive and professional while still being really fun!!

Started working out with them shortly after a surgery and they were great/very accommodating and understanding of the pace I could go. I am looking forward to more fitness and training with BOSS in the new year! Also, coaches are super friendly and create well thought-out programming too! Facility very clean and they are just all around doing it right.

Fantastic experience: You won’t find a higher quality of training and an environment for maximizing athletic development like BOSS in Central Oregon, in fact good luck looking anywhere else for that matter.

Fantastic experience: I attended Bossfit and loved it!! Scheduling issues have made it difficult to return, and I would love to see more "after work" hours available in the future :) I really appreciate Kevin's understanding of kinesiology so that movements are taught in a safe an efficient way, compared to other fitness programs/businesses on the market.

Fantastic experience: Kevin coached my 1st grader. Within the first practice he knew the names of all the kids on the team and would regularly encourage them by name making sure to great them as they showed up. He coached with the right amount of technical development, fun, as well as teaching kids to be good sports, and team players. At the end of every game they got to give affirmations to others. He was a fabulous coach.

They go out of their way to make athletes of all ages and abilities feel welcome and truly help you achieve your goals. I can’t say enough good things about Boss Sports. Fantastic experience: Boss sports performance has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our daughter since moving to Bend Oregon 5 years ago. The “family serving family” experience that Kevin and his staff provide is what separates Boss sports performance from a typical gym. It’s not what they do, but why and how they do it that has us committed to them. Kevin genuinely cares about my daughter’s development. He and his staff have definitely made a positive impact in my daughters confidence and performance in her young career. We are truly blessed to have such an amazing opportunity right here in Bend Oregon.
