Fantastic experience: SUCH a great experience. I was visiting Bend from Austin and am so grateful to have taken a class while in town - I would absolutely be at this gym all the time if I lived here! The class gave a phenomenal strength-based workout, with around 5 rounds of bag and mitt work, too. There was legit instruction that was also more customized because the class sizes aren't ridiculous. The owner was an absolutely pleasure to get info from and communicate with (she was super accessible), and the coach for the class, JR, was knowledgeable, intense, helpful and encouraging. I was a college athlete and box at home, and I *still* was doing some of the lifting with incorrect form that JR easily caught. Soooo helpful, and so motivating. Don't sleep on this spot! Hope to be back someday.

Fantastic experience: WOW! I loved my first class at Boxit Fitness. The instructor (and owner), Shannah, did an amazing job teaching me the fundamentals of boxing and was super motivating throughout the whole workout. If you want to blow off steam, boxing is a great outlet! I will definitely be signing up for more classes.

Fantastic experience: Great location, highly experienced instructors and coaches with a variety of programs. This is not your typical boxing fitness workout, this is where it at. even the USA Competition Boxing program is top level.

Fantastic experience: Everyone needs to take advantage of this great workout! I’ve been going for 4 years now. I discovered this studio BOXiT Fitness Studio and Shannah Werner right after my recovery from cancer. She brought me back to life and strength. Now she’s helping me with some new goals. You can go to the studio or try it virtually. Best decision I ever made and with it came a great community of people who became friends.

Fantastic experience: My 10 year old son has been doing the youth program offered at BoXiT Fitness on Mondays and Thursdays. The instructor has provided an environment where my son not only excels in boxing but also has gained an incredible amount of confidence that has carried over to other areas of his life, particularly his baseball skills. His physical fitness is also noticeably improving. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend this program.

Fantastic experience: I am brand new to boxing, but I had SUCH a great time in class today. Shannah is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I love that she took the time to break down the moves and help me with my form. I cant recommend it enough, go check this spot out!
