Fantastic experience: Such a great place - the staff and trainers truly care. Having the option of taking group classes and or working with a personal trainer dedicated to your success is unique and I highly recommend joining.

Fantastic experience: I'm the nutrition coach at Strength Warehouse AND a happy member. In fact, a proud member of the Legends classes as well as fitting in other classes when I can. Everybody here has been extremely welcoming and supportive as well as challenging me to gain strengths and cheer me and other members on to be there very best selves so that we can live day-to-day as individual and independently as we can. Thanks to them I have the willingness, courage, and strength to try new things.

Fantastic experience: I coached here for over a year and I can absolutely say it is the best gym I have ever worked at. Not only does the staff here have the most combined knowledge of anywhere I’ve worked, but the community is more tight knit and interactive than anywhere else I have been. It never once felt like a job while I was on the clock. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone wanting to get stronger or for someone wanting to foster their growth as a coach!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a gym, THIS IS THE PLACE. From the moment I sat down with the owner Nate and discussed my fitness goals I knew this place was different than most. They actually listened to my goals and gave me great options that would help me achieve those goals. The group classes are amazing. Fantastic experience: It’s been over 2 months training with Megan and I’m loving the energy and results I’m seeing and feeling. Megan has shown me how to lift with proper posture and focus giving me a stronger confidence in my ability. Fantastic experience: I have been so lucky to have remote coaching from Bend Strength Warehouse for 24 months now. I'm a total knee replacement warrior and thought my competitive athletic career would be over after the surgery. Instead, I have multiple state records in all 3 lifts now over 2 age groups. I've traveled to have inperson coaching as well as remote and no matter where I am, I'm able to be supported by my coach. Even out of state traveling to help care for my elderly parent or traveling for work, my program is modified by my coach based on the equipment that is available to me at the time. My coach Megan is really good at keeping my mindset healthy and focused, she sees the bigger picture of overall health and wellness and sets me up to "just lift the bar" instead of needing to spend time doing calculations or planning. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best gym for powerlifters in Bend! I was looking for a place to train while visiting Bend for a couple weeks. The owners understood my needs and allowed me to train on a short-term basis. I’m so grateful I found Strength Warehouse and will continue to recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality gym in Central Oregon.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to write this review because I feel like more people should know how great this place is. This is the first gym that I actually enjoy going to. I am new to strength training, but so far I really love it, because of Megan, my PT! She is super present, attentive and I am learning a lot from her. Most importantly I am actually enjoying it! Ladies, if you've been wanting to start but feel a bit intimidated (like I did) this is your sign, book a session with Megan and you can thank me later ;)

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely great.. I am not your typical "Gym Rat", I need help and guidance, everyone on Nate & Megan's staff provide exactly that! On top of everyone really knowing their stuff, they're all a pleasure to be around and make even this 350# ogre feel like he's in the right swamp. Fantastic experience: I'm about 45 days into my membership and wanted to write a review. I feel like this has been enough time to get a feel for the business and formulate an opinion. It's hard to condense what I think is important in a review, so please endure this with me. It's absolutely the best gym experience I've had. I was a High School athlete who often felt overwhelmed at larger gyms because of the variety. I also relied my memory for what form was appropriate. The reason I chose Strength Warehouse was because I wanted the guidance from professionals to make sure my goals are attainable and I'm minimizing risk of injury. Strength Warehouse is for people of all ages and fitness levels. In every class I attend, we have individuals doing some physical therapy, more focused on completing the movements than stacking big weights. We have former powerlifters stacking on huge weights and pushing for PR's regularly. And there's people like me who have fallen out of shape and are getting back into it, sometimes struggling to do the entire workout. Strength Warehouse also offers quite a few options. In the morning there are occasional mobility courses. The group training sessions provides a warm up and workout with rep expectations and number of sets. The Strength Training class is more about practical movements and repetitions. That one has become my favorite as it also works up a sweat the best. Overall - If you care about your fitness, want to receive feedback and guidance on your form, direction on your workouts and have a group of people help you reach your personal goals, reach out to Nate or Megan. They're fantastic to work with, have hired and maintained a fantastic team, and they know what they're doing. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, great selection of weights, racks, 2 deadlift platforms, and even strongman gear. Not a large facility, but they have high quality stuff and amazing selection of everything that a powerlifter wants. Mike is also very nice and welcoming to traveling powerlifters who just wanted to do some drop in sessions. Great option in Bend!

Fantastic experience: When I first started at Strength Warehouse I was a complete novice when it came to weight lifting. All the coaches here are so helpful and give amazing tips and techinques and all the fellow gym members too! Everyone is so friendly and make you feel good about being there even when you are unsure of yourself. So happy to be here!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Bend Strength Warehouse for six months, and I’m stoked with the results I’ve seen in such short amount of time. The group strength training and HIIT classes have made me stronger, healthier, and more energetic. The coaches genuinely care about helping members achieve their goals, and they're big advocates for listening to your body and lifting with proper form. When the tendinitis in my knees started acting up a few months ago, they modified my workouts and gave me exercises to strengthen the surrounding muscles so I could continue lifting with less pain. Not only are my knees feeling better, I also improved my squat and deadlift PRs by 30+ pounds each! A huge shoutout to the entire Strength Warehouse team. You keep me accountable and make it fun.

Fantastic experience: Strength Warehouse is the place to go to train for power lifting! The trainers here make lifting fun, safe and progressive, and the community motivates each other to keep setting PRs. It is an awesome gym for members to truly see their strength gains or utilize classes as cross-training to improve overall fitness.

Fantastic experience: Strength Warehouse is an amazing, FUN, supportive gym that does not disappoint! Good health has always been very important to me, but during Covid with gyms shut down, things went south quickly. I researched gyms in Bend and was drawn to Strength Warehouse for the weightlifting classes and being a smaller gym. I made that important call and met with Nate (one of the owners) and not only liked what he told me about the gym, but Nate himself is awesome. He was knowledgeable, thorough, patient answering my questions, and showed me the gym…no pressure involved. I made the decision that day to join, and here I am 9 months later stronger, leaner, happier, and still learning. Megan, the co-owner, is equally as amazing! I love the community made up of other equally motivated members and the extremely talented coaches. I have been through the nutrition program, continue to take classes, and now personal training with Mike in preparation for my first powerlifting meet at age 66 the end of July. All levels and ages are welcome here!

Fantastic experience: Just what I was looking for! This is my first time in a gym like this and has been my best decision of the year. The members have all been super friendly/welcoming from day one. The coaches have been supportive, encouraging and obviously know what they are doing. I love this place and can’t wait to continue my health journey here.

Fantastic experience: When I moved to Bend, I was hesitant to join a gym. I've had a lot of negative experiences with gyms, but my home gym wasn't motivating me enough to work out. After meeting Nate (the owner), he convinced me to come check the place out. We discussed my goals and how Strength Warehouse could help me reach them. The thing that convinced me to join, was that they required onboarding classes to teach proper form in order to prevent injury. Now that I've joined, the thing I like best is that the coaches are really good at motivating me without making me feel pressured. Plus, the group classes really make it feel like a community. Fantastic experience: I'm so happy I chose Strength Warehouse to start my health journey. I'm going to be 70 in June, and made the commitment to myself that I was going to be lean and lithe by then. I've been carrying extra weight for years, and then found a program to assist the fat loss in a new all natural supplement, so after losing 16 pounds and 36 inches in 8 weeks, I knew it was time to tighten and tone. I decided to start with a personal trainer, as I'm so out of shape, and Mike Kephart has been absolutely amazing to work with. At my age, my main concern was getting injured, and so far so good. I am gaining strength each week, and Mike is very attuned to my areas of weakness, and never pushes me to the point of injury.

Fantastic experience: Have been training with a personal trainer at Strength Warehouse for about six months. Mike has changed my outlook on health and fitness permanently. I used to approach the gym very objectively, but now I see the value in small progressive changes for the long term. I’ve seen incredible results! Results that I’ve wanted to see for over a decade and just didn’t know how to get there on my own. In what feels like a small amount of time, I’ve gained 20-25lbs of muscle mass and lost a few percent in body fat. He helped me execute my goals perfectly by continually modifying our workouts. Strength might be a misnomer, because I’ve also gained mobility, confidence, and most importantly for me, I wake up pain free on a daily basis. Being a member at strength warehouse is undoubtedly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Looking forward to the future and seeing how I can further improve physically and mentally as I work towards my end goals with the Strength Warehouse family.

Fantastic experience: Bend has no shortage of gifted trainers. But Strength Warehouse has the ultimate combination of certified trainers who care about you, care about your goals, know how to get you there, and celebrate your victories no matter how big or small. At 71 I’m the oldest guy at the Strength Warehouse gym. I’ve been training there for perhaps a year and and half. Even after total knee replacement surgery, I was back lifting and getting stronger than ever after just three months. My trainer Nate Boley is a powerlifting record holder, and so is his wife, Megan. All the trainers are gifted, encouraging, dedicated. This is the place to get stronger no matter what your age or physical condition. Under their guidance you’ll find you have no idea what you’re capable of. Absolutely recommended.

Fantastic experience: I started at Strength Warehouse 3 months ago because I wanted to be stronger. I was looking for a gym that could safely teach me how to powerlift, wasn't full of creepy dudes, and wasn't super focused on only aesthetic gains. I wanted a supportive and knowledgeable environment with lots of different types of people. Strength Warehouse is EXACTLY that. Thier classes are great and you can set your own pace and your own goals, and they help you achieve them. The location is central, the scheudle accessible, and facilities awesome. Plenty of racks and gear for all types of workouts. The coaches Megan, Mitch, Nate, and Brenna are all outstanding, and the other people there are fun, supportive, and fantastic. As a 35 yo woman, I was worried at first about feeling out of place, but about 50% of the class attendees are ladies! And we have all diff ages working out at Strength Warehouse. I absolutely recommend this gym for anyone, no matter your experience level. I am stronger, more confident, and healthier since going here. 10 outta 5 stars from me.

Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous to join because I am not the strongest person and entering a powerlifting gym seemed daunting, but the reviews were so great, so I gave it a shot. This gym is amazing! Everyone there is SO supportive, I never feel bad for the level I’m at. I look forward to the classes every time! The people are so nice! It’s crazy the confidence I gained in my form in such a short time and my strength is definitely improving! I like the small class sizes. It’s small enough for the trainer to focus on each person, while large enough to meet people! They offer goal check in’s to make sure you are progressing the way you want. Worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: Before coming to strength warehouse I had never done any weightlifting, I was a complete newbie! Seeing my weight steadily increasing, and not in a heathy way I needed to take some action, but when looking around gyms in bend you pretty much just sign up and get thrown to the wolves in a sense that I didn't know proper form what exactly I should be doing to accomplish my objectives, and the internet is full of information that it was so overwhelming. Thankfully I found strength warehouse where you feel like family, and the trainers care about you showing up and putting the work in. I feel stronger and more confident lifting weights than when I fist started, now that I'm more consistent in the gym I am focusing on nutrition!

Fantastic experience: I started at Strength Warehouse a little over 2 months ago. I have never weight lifted and had just recovered from an ACL surgery. They made me feel so welcome and helped me to grow at pace good for me. I never felt behind or out of place while I am there. Not only is the staff amazing but the community there is always eager to help you grow as well! Definitely would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get into one!

Fantastic experience: When I moved to Bend, I was looking for a powerlifting gym that was well equipped, friendly, and reasonably priced. I found that (and more!) at Strength Warehouse. I was initially just looking for a place with open gym time to train. SW has this. They also have group training which is well-run, efficient, and super friendly. The owners (Megan and Nate) are very invested in creating a welcoming, inclusive community, and it shows. The gym is very clean, bright, and well equipped for barbell training. I am so glad I found SW, and I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Strength Warehouse is an awesome gym with great teachers and a great team. Before Covid shut everything down I had been lifting there for about two months. I didn't have any experience with power lifting prior, and hadn't been inside a gym for about 4 months. Nate and his team got my squat to 265, deadlift to 335, benchpress to 205. I am very impressed with Strength Warehouse and will continue to train there. I recommend it to anyone looking to reach their potential.

You'll be exposed to an enclusive environment free of judgment. Fantastic experience: I've joined many gyms in the past few years, but this one takes the cake! I'm a smaller female, definitely not a huge bodybuilder, but that doesn't matter here! Their whole goal is to make you your strongest self and achieve your own goals. I've never gone into a gym and felt like I knew what I was doing, but both Nate and Megan take time to help you improve your form and your max weight. The membership price is more than reasonable when you account for the equipment available and the personal relationships with the owners and the other gym members. I can't wait until they open up again!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym since July and I absolutely love it. Nate and Megan are the nicest down-to-earth people and both experienced trainers who are very committed to each member's goals and progress. The gym is always spotless. After working out at a variety of gyms over the last 25 years I can honestly say this is by far my favorite place. The small membership and dedicated staff mean I receive personal attention and training any time I need it. In 5 months I have surpassed my original goals of strength building and weight loss that I needed to improve my physical strength for work as well as my favorite sports... snowboarding and dirt biking. I've been up snowboarding the last 2 weeks and WOW what a difference! I was nervous about going to a traditional iron gym with a lot of serious competitive power lifters (I'm 53 and just trying to be in my best shape!) but the vibe here is very community oriented and relaxed with members of all ages and goals. I cannot say enough good things about Strength Warehouse!

Strength Warehouse is: - the friendliest gym I’ve ever experienced - heaven on earth for simply working out with free weights - super well stocked with the essentials, and totally lacking all the rest of the nonsense - available whenever you want to work out, even if there’s nobody staffing the gym! Fantastic experience: Clean gym, knowledgeable coaches, and lots of friendly people there working out. I love the classes but there is also 24 hour access to the gym. Ever tried lifting atlas stones or carrying a yoke before? It's pretty fun!

They have classes for people like me who aren’t great at planning their own workouts, but you can also go in during non-class time and do your own thing. The owners Megan and Nate are great, members are friendly. I highly recommend Strength Warehouse.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of 3 other gyms in Bend and the Strength Warehouse blows them all away. The gym does not have the square footage of many of the other gyms in town. But I have never had an issue with waiting on equipment. The classes are outstanding, I went from never powerlifting to finding it enormously gratifying immediately. I enjoy high intensity training and they offer great classes for that as well. The rating for this gym and the reason for this good review are the owners/coaches. Nate and Megan are incredibly knowledgeable in all areas of weightlifting and they are right there for you in group classes to make sure you have and maintain the exacting technique required for powerlifting to make gains and prevent injuries. Another thing that I think can be attributed to Nate and Megan to some degree is the other gym clientele. The group classes are the most supportive I've ever attended. You get genuine support and praise when you accomplish a new weightlifting goal! I couldn't recommend this gym any more highly!

Fantastic experience: I joined Strength Warehouse in the hopes of getting back in shape and getting strong again, after taking a break during the pandemic. The owners Megan and Nate are really friendly and develop a personal relationship with their members. They've built a really awesome community too. If you're new to Bend, in the market for a new gym, or just looking to make some friends, Strength Warehouse is the place to go. They have multiple classes you can attend (mostly powerlifting focused, but also circuit based and strongman), and you can also drop-in and use the gym whenever there isn't a class in progress. I'm super stoked with the progress I made so far. I'll admit I was a bit intimidated when I first joined because I was out of shape, but they were super accommodating and I've seen other members join since then who were complete beginners. They do a great job at breaking down the movements and making sure you have a perfect posture. Love this place!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I've ever been a part of. Everyone is friendly, very respectful. The owners are incredible. They love the community and would do anything for you. It's a gym where the owners and the customers both care about each other and try to make a place you can go where you just forget the outside world and lift some weights and build some strength. Very simple, very to the point. I can't emphasize enough how much this place is for me. It's what I've always wanted out of a gym and never been able to find.

Fantastic experience: I started at Strength Warehouse a little over 2 months ago. I have never weight lifted and had just recovered from an ACL surgery. They made me feel so welcome and helped me to grow at pace good for me. I never felt behind or out of place while I am there. Not only is the staff amazing but the community there is always eager to help you grow as well! Definitely would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get into one!
