We all love her, she is patient and kind but also extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I feel like her hard work and dedication to the members there has made this gym the success that it currently is! This is the BEST gym in Bend, and so thankful for it!

Fantastic experience: I have only had great experiences working with Denise at the Southside location. The trainers are amazing and are always very helpful and friendly. I have also been to a lot of other gyms and Snap fitness has never been dirty or even remotely gross in any way. All of the equipment is very well kept and up to date!

Fantastic experience: Staff is so awesome and friendly! Gym is always clean, just remodeled recently and got some new equipment in that I was excited to try out. Also just got a body’s scan done that tells me my body fat and muscle mass and macros! Denise is super sweet would 100 percent recommend to friends.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy going to this gym - it never feels crowded and I can always find space. I train with Denise once a week and she tailored a program just to what I was looking for. She is super knowledgeable and included creative exercises I had never tried before.

After the remodel, much of the equipment that was missing has now been added. Everything that could be expected and more. I go to this gym five days a week. 10 out of 10 Couldn't find a better gym in bend oregon. Also it always calm and Never packed ❤️

Negative experience: Tiny, dingy, mediocre equipment, not worth it.

Negative experience: Was invited to this gym by a current member to try it out. Went for the first time and they didn’t let us in because we were 10 min late. They threatened the person who invited us that if they let us in he would loose his membership because we’re late. Incredible.

Negative experience: We usually go to the location on Reed Market but we wanted to try something new today and came to this location. My boyfriend is a member and I always sign in and do the guest pass. They had left the door open so we just walked in, we hadn't even finished putting our stuff down before a staff member approached us and in a very condescending way told us that in order to be there I needed to sign up for trial. He was quite rude and made us feel extremely unwelcome. I told him that we will just go to our usual location. Unfortunately, I left my bag in the cubby and when my boyfriend went back to get it the same staff member stopped him; he was told that we were stealing from the business and that we were taking up space by being there. Overall, horrible customer service which is quite unfortunate for such a small gym.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to this club a few months ago mainly cause it’s close to my house. Met some of the staff and had a training session w one of the trainers very impressed with the club it’s small but I like it. It never seems to get crowded lots of young people work out here which is great I see lots of parents and their kids working out together I love that. I also like that if and when there is an issue they take care of it with the utmost respect. Always clean and a very comfortable place to workout in. I highly recommend snap to anyone

Negative experience: If I could give it a zero I would. We pay $70 a month to use the gym. We have been going there for over a year. An employee of their's started harassing my son and made him leave the gym when it was below freezing outside because she said he needed me to return an email that she had never sent. I had talked to her the day before this happened and had told her we'd work it out. My son was standing out in the cold when I got there to pick him up. Please avoid this place. I wouldn't want anyone else's child or family member to be treated like this.

Positive experience: small but close and convenient from my home. plus there is one on Reed Market that I use as qell.

Fantastic experience: I love doing my weightlifting routine at Snap. I go about twice a week. It keeps me strong and balanced. I have had great skiing, mountain biking and hiking seasons without injuries. So lifting keeps me in the game

Fantastic experience: I love how friendly the staff is and how clean they keep the facility. I feel safe even if I’m the only one there but I usually go when a staff member is in attendance because I like to treat myself to a session in the tanning booth after I work out. The snap fitness I go to is so convenient I really have no excuse not to workout.

Negative experience: This center is not staffed and reaching someone by telephone is very difficult. There are four treadmills and two of them work. They provide towels but not reliably. There is no toilet paper available at times. They seem to be trying to milk the cow without feeding it. I'm going to another workout center even though this place is within easy walking distance.
