Blake has been with us for three years and has been a great help with anything we've asked of him. He's also been a great addition to our team. You'll mainly see Blake making sure the gym is safe, clean, and sanitized for everyone to use. Blake has been passionate about fitness since high school. He's currently enrolled at BSU and is finishing up his criminal justice major. He's really enjoying Bemidji and we're lucky to have him around! Blake is always willing to help out or answer questions, so feel free to say hi!

My name is Reva Renollet and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I grew up in International Falls, MN and enjoy spending my spare time on Rainy Lake with my family. I graduated from Bemidji State University in 2017 with a degree in Elementary Education. I currently teach second grade and coach high school volleyball. My personal fitness journey began as a high school athlete. I then furthered my sports career and played college volleyball. While in college I became increasingly interested in my own personal fitness and health. I started weight training more and pursued the sport of bodybuilding. I competed in my first bodybuilding show in 2019. I have always been passionate about helping people. I enjoy working with individuals who have health, fitness, and overall wellness goals. I also work with those who are just needing some accountability and guidance to get them to their next goal or to that next level. When training clients I not only focus on exercise, but also on nutrition. I look forward to meeting with you, learning about your fitness aspirations, and helping you develop a plan to get there. I look forward to sharing my passion for a healthy lifestyle with as many people as possible to help make the world a happier, healthier place.
