Fantastic experience: Very nice people, clean and quiet place.

Negative experience: Treadmill still got the chargers for the iPhone 4. 22.50 BI-WEEKLY and $50 charge every April and October just for the gym to be extremely outdated.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym for a little over a year and let me say - it is filled with great members - and great management! Jeremy is the BEST! On top of being very attentive, professional, and friendly - I walked out to a flat tire in the parking lot a week ago and Jeremy not only helped out a lot, he literally rolled around on the ground and got his hands dirty helping me change it. Needless to say, people like Jeremy are rare - and employees like Jeremy are even harder to find! A great fella - he is a great representative of the gym, and the people that exercise and work there! Highly recommend! Couldn't be any better.

All the areas and equipment are clean, organized and good amounts so I haven't seen anyone waiting to use anything. It has everything you need and doesn't feel intimidating like the large name brand gyms.

Fantastic experience: I noticed this gym opened near family on a recent visit to the Chicago area. They were kind enough to let me use the free trial for a few workouts while I was in town. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The gym is well equipped - all new, clean equipment, and in particular a good selection of free weights (which are missing from another 24-hour gym I've gone to) along with a variety of machines. They've also got a good sized cardio section, private bathrooms and showers, locker area, and a number of other niceties that I've seen lacking in 24-hour gyms, and it looks like there are a lot of classes and training sessions available as well. Definitely recommend checking it out for anyone in the area!

Negative experience: Seen online free 7 day trial at participating locations. Apparently this location isn't one them. Went to check it out. The charge is $10.00 a day to try it w/o a membership.

I've recently just started with anytime fitness and this is probably one of my best investments yet into myself, the gym is clean, modern has everything you basically need to workout moderately and heavy intestive. One for the best gym places I've been too so far.

Fantastic experience: Definitely one of the better Anytimes in the country (been to around 50 or so at this pt). Great layout, lots of space, good equipment, multiple squat racks, great kettle bell selection, multiple multi-use stations with cable bars, etc. One major issue is that there was no television on the treadmills or on the TVs. This is a huge draw for me personally to just watch football or some other mindless show while getting in steps. Hopefully they get something going there but otherwise a fantastic location!

Negative experience: I called ahead of time to ask about my employee membership. I was told to just bring my ID and recent pay stub. I get off at 2pm, but no one could see me until 4.30pm. After my long wait in the parking lot I went inside and in less than a minute Kendall told me, "We don't take that." When know other people I work with have a free membership.

Fantastic experience: Despite all the regulations and challenges following the virus, this gym continues to be well maintained, clean and safe. The staff is friendly and the owners are very involved (often there everyday). I highly recommend this gym

Fantastic experience: 10/10! This location is amazing. I go to another location closer to home and this one beats it out the park. Why? It’s very spacious. There are multiple rooms with different training equipment. A closed off hardwood floor room with mirrors, an area to the side with turf, an area with 2 squat racks on a raised wood surface so you can also perform deadlifts, the main room area has all of the machines as well. There’s massage chairs and tanning as well. All of that just blew me away. There’s plenty of room to do your routine. Also, the place was cleanly and they also had the garage door opened letting fresh air in. If I lived closer this is where I’d be going daily!

Fantastic experience: The facility is always clean, the staff and other members are always friendly, and there's plenty of machines and programs to choose from. I especially love the hydromassage table and the bathrooms with showers in them, very comfortable and convenient.

The staff are very friendly and greet you, and are totally cool with you asking them any questions and for help. Pricing is great. I highly recommend this gym.

Negative experience: I called in advance told them I was going to show up at 1 to open up 3 memberships. The lady on the phone said it would be fine and she would be waiting for me there. Once I arrive she is not there. I was advised to come back another time. I showed up exactly at 1! I do not understand why she would lie and waste my time.

Fantastic experience: Thank goodness for gyms with the courage and conviction to open back up. Despite the go-ahead from Springfield, many remain closed completely, leaving members with few substitutes beyond the 3.5 months of home workouts and neighborhood walks that got old after a week. For some of us, the gym is our only non-pharma option to control pain and other health issues. As for this location- clean, reliable Wi-Fi, plentiful parking, respectful members, and close to several post-workout food options. Every piece of equipment you'll need in fine working order. Special recognition for Mo. He's awesome. Upbeat/friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and respected by the customers.

Negative experience: Avoid this location if not your home gym. No towels for workouts or showering, I recommend deleting the showers and putting in more machines since there is no way to dry yourself. Old ellipticals and bikes with no TVs. Too bad since they have a nice space.

I have been told that a 7 day free trial is offered and i can cancel during that time,and if i signup that day i can save on annual fee.I signed thinking i can cancel during free trial to see if i like the gym or not,i went with other gym and canceled next day BUT they were charging my card for 3 months until i realized because statment shows ABC Financial.I called them,they told me,you signed and i have all paperwork.So be careful and dont end up with -117$.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for a couple of years now. The longer the contract you sign, the better monthly price you can get. So I am locked in but I have access to all the any time fitness gyms in the world. I went on vacation in Wisconsin one time and sure enough there was an ATF right near the hotel! This year I started personal training at ATF and while it really kicks your butt, it is great. I get a lot of compliments from my peers on the weight that I have lost. It makes such a difference working out with someone who can push you farther than you think you're able to go. You might feel it the next day, but It makes a world of difference in your health and well being.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out for folks young and older. Working with my Personal Trainer, Megan Foster, has been a very positive experience. At my age of 67 I have actually added muscle and have lost 15 pounds. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and friendly place to exercise.

Fantastic experience: I have been an Anytime Fitness member for almost 2 years now and a member of this particular gym Westchester, IL) for about a year and 9 months now and I have to say that I look forward to my time there! I’ve had a training package and have worked with Vince Reaves for the entire time that I’ve been at the Westchester location. Vince is an excellent trainer; he’s actually competed as a bodybuilder and is certified in personal training so he definitely knows what he’s doing. He makes sure that I do not go too far in terms of the weight that I’m trying to work with and he also stays on me about my diet too. He’s very flexible in trying to work with me in terms of good times to schedule an appointment. Vince is very well respected in the gym. I also love the members of the gym that I have gotten to know so I look forward to being there as much as I can! Vince is keeping me young! :)

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of many gyms. This is the only gym I can honestly say the staff goes out of their way to smile and remember your name. I actually feel like I be long here. The gym is generally clean and is never over crowded. The only negative thing about this location is that it lacks many amenities other locations have such as tanning beds, items for sale and massage tables.

Negative experience: The most absolutely ridiculous thing I ever heard. I moved far from the gym, cancelled my membership after jumping through a million hoops to cancel a GYM MEMBERSHIP. then get a call saying i owe back money. what is going on with gyms these days? they are worse than credit companies. 500 dollars in back pay for a gym i haven't been to in over a year? unbelievable. stupid.

Positive experience: Small, usually not crowded. No tanning or hydro massage. It’s always cold inside
