Fantastic experience: We have been attending BJJ at T3MA for a few months now and I have nothing but amazing things to say! Professor Jessica is an absolute rockstar with the kids — she has the perfect balance of fun, education, and discipline that our 6 year old thrives off of. I was worried at first as our kiddo has always been extremely active and it’s hard for him to sit still, and in the last few months we’ve seen a drastic change in his discipline and ability to follow multi step instruction. From the first trial class he has been zeroed in and is so excited for his classes. I am so grateful for all of the coaches and am so excited to see our son continue to grow!

Fantastic experience: My oldest son has been attending T3MA for almost a year and a half now and it is the best choice we have made. T3MA is not just about the sport, Professor Jessica and the coaches have created an incredibly supportive and welcoming environment. Everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners work together to help each other grow. You will make great friends, learn valuable skills and increase your confidence along the way. No matter your age or fitness level, T3MA is for everyone. So if I can't wait until my youngest is 3 so he can join!

Fantastic experience: Our son has been doing BJJ classes with Professor Jessica for over a year now. We love how it challenges him physically while teaching discipline in a kind and supportive way. We also appreciate them for opening up a younger kids session (3-4), it allowed my son who was younger (3 when he started) to have space to learn and grow. Thank you T3MA team!

Fantastic experience: We have been with T3MA for over 2 years; Professor Jessica and all of the coaches in Bellevue are kind, patient and passionate about Brazilian JiuJitsu. We’re incredibly grateful for the experiences and support our kiddos receive as part of this wonderful T3AM.

Fantastic experience: My son has been doing jiu-jitsu here for over a year now and it has been a fantastic experience. Professor Jessica is amazing with the kids. She shows them a great mix of discipline, compassion, and is truly helping these kids grow into great people. I highly recommend T3MA for anyone who has kids interested in any kind of martial arts.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training here for about six months so feel relatively qualified to give a review. I’ve trained BJJ on and off for around 6 years (wow that went fast) due to COVID and moving around, I just wasn’t able to find a place I loved to train at. I missed my home gym and the people there and wasn’t sure I would find another place where I belonged. Well I was wrong! T3MA is a great gym. If you’ve been training for a while and looking for great instruction, it’s great, If you’re brand new to the sport and am nervous to join or try a gym look no further. Jessica, Endo, and the T3MA crew are not only talented, they are also good people. BJJ is hard, it’s important that when you train you can trust your training partners, instructors, and the environment you’re in. T3MA is worth it, it’s a place for everyone to train, regardless of skill level.

Fantastic experience: This place has wide space to work out, and coaches teach BJJ very kindly, step by step; it is really helpful for beginners. T3MA also provides advanced classes and sparring classes. I can roll as much as I want.

Fantastic experience: I fully recommend T3MA to anyone! All the coaches are amazing and honest people, and everyone who comes in leaves with a smile. If you are looking for a new studio or even a new hobby, I could not recommend them more!!

Fantastic experience: This is by far my favorite Jiu Jitsu school in the Seattle area. I have visited several schools in the region, and they can never compare to the quality of T3MA. Offering three different locations for training BJJ, T3MA creates an atmosphere for training that matches both beginners and intermediate practitioners of BJJ. The gym itself is wonderful, offering very many free amenities to its patrons that make training here very practical. The front desk staff is both kind and informative, and the membership services are great. There are both kids, and adults classes here, and I know that there are whole families training as well, sometimes at the same time! I have been training here since around 2022, and I have never had problems with any of the T3MA gyms. Great place, would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: T3MA Bellevue is a wonderful place to learn jiu-jitsu. My time spent training with Prof Jessica has provided me with invaluable improvements in my BJJ skills. Jessica is incredibly skilled and always has the most wonderful and welcoming smile. If you're looking for BJJ, personal defense, or just martial arts in general for yourself or your family, I highly recommend checking out T3MA Bellevue.

Fantastic experience: I wholeheartedly recommend T3MA to anyone and everyone. Professor Jessica and the team of instructors she assembled created an atmosphere where everyone is welcome and given the discipline to be their best selves. My son has been going to T3MA for almost two years and his enthusiasm has only grown over time. My daughter trained before she left for college and the love of BJJ that she learned here has led her to continue training while away at school.

Fantastic experience: I primarily train Muay Thai here, so I'll speak on that. It's a great training environment for beginners as well as competitive amateur fighters. Both coaches are absolute killers but also very nice and easy to get along with. The classes focus heavily on technique but provide a decent workout as well. More advanced people stay after class for open mat, which are mostly sparring, but you can also do bag work or work on specific drills. Egos do exist but are rare and not the norm here. Those with a lot of ego who go hard in sparring with no respect towards others eventually get it handed to them by more advanced fighters, so that balances things out and keep the training culture respectful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to try combat sports and to grow in the art of Muay Thai with a supportive group.

Fantastic experience: This is probably one of the best jiujitsu dojos I have trained in for the past 3 years. I’ve hopped around other gyms until I found this place. All the T3MA locations are amazing. Professors are great teachers, detailed and adaptive to different body types, movement styles, and very supportive and they make it a fun environment to be in. It wasn’t just the teachers but also the students were friendly and very welcoming like you’re part of their family

Fantastic experience: I started training Muay Thai at T3MA back in June of 2021 and the gym has been an absolutely solid environment to learn. The instructors are all genuinely happy to see you show up in classes and will give you personal feedback on your technique. The gym is a great community as well and there are many experienced, friendly people to practice with and learn from. Additionally, there are plenty of opportunities for sparring. I recently started learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) from T3MA as well and found it was the same great learning environment I knew they had for Muay Thai. Though I go to the adult classes, I am constantly impressed with the abilities of the youth classes that I see before the adult classes and how skilled they are. Instructors and other staff are extremely friendly and are eager to help.

Negative experience: This place is great for body training and mind control for little ones. However, the owner of this is that the woman who works at the front desk is very insincere and doesn't seem to know what to do. I am very, very, very, very disappointed in the way they treat the guests under the attendance management of the children. Everyone, when you register here, you have to be very careful with this woman in relation to money. The attitude is very bad. The owner of this place must know this.

Fantastic experience: I've never been to a school that not only trains hard in technique but also trains hard to make you be a better person. Being apart of this team and gym has been one of the best things that has happened to me. Love this school and my coach very much.

Fantastic experience: Amazing BJJ Gym, my favorite out of the 3 gyms I have trained at. Professor Jessica is awesome and is extremely welcoming to everyone. There are lots of quality training partners and a big schedule with a ton of classes throughout the week, and if you join you can also train at the Redmond T3MA as well.

Fantastic experience: I love this place, I can workout on the workout room and watch my daughter train in the same time :) I coach in the other location that’s only 2 minutes from my house but I drive to T3MA of Bellevue 3x per week just to train there too!

Fantastic experience: T3MA is one of the best Matrial Art Schools I have experienced. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive but also competitive. They offer Muay Thai Kickboxing and Jit Jitsu classes. So far I have only been training in Muay Thai. The Muay Thai coaches (coach Josh and coach Kyle) are amazing coaches to help you learn the sport, they work with you based on your level of expertise. I joined T3MA about 2 years years ago. My previous experience in martial arts is limited. They dumped down the sport to me so I can learn. They encouraged me, and patiently let me naturally grasp the sport (since everyone develops their own style of fighting) but at the sametime kept pushing me out of my comfort zone. Now that I have some experience, they are working closely with me to take my Muay Thai skills to more advanced level. I enjoy that T3MA has multiple locations. I sometimes go to the Bellevue location and other times to the Redmond.
