Negative experience: For 40$ a month, you can do push-ups in filth. 25$ a month gym tops. The owner claims new equipment, but it's older than the average age of gym members . And there's a lot of 16 yr Olds in there after hours, which he sent an email claiming would stop. Ever since the male worker left, the gym has been super dirty and dingy, rusty equipment. Floors are nasty. Could post pictures of weeks if the same dust balIs in the same spot The yoga moms park wili nilly, not even in parking spaces sometimes. Before you join, be sure to wait in the lot and ask the adults what they think. A lot of them stay because the location is ideal, not because they like the owner or what the gyms become. The gym across Freiburg is same price and clean less kids. The ymca is cheaper with more amenities. He likes to think he's a club fitness cause he worked there. Club fitness has clean equipment, trainers that don't look like they also need trainers, clean floors, better equipment, actual amenities, and yet..... cheaper than ftf. Put an anonymous suggestion box in the bathrooms for us

Fantastic experience: FTF is an amazing place. Everyone welcomes you when you walk in the door. It is like family. The trainers are always willing to help.I have trained with two of the trainers, Marta and Mike, both of them were amazing to work with. Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been going to this gym for a couple months now, and it's fantastic! They have all the machines and weights you could possibly need. The way the gym is laid out, you can always find somewhere to work out without feeling like you are in the middle of everything, and the staff are all super friendly! We signed up for personal training with Nikki and she has been the best! If you are looking for a local gym in the Freeburg community, this is the one!

Her knowledge on fitness training and nutrition was over the top and her positive affirmations were so encouraging. She also has an amazing story of her own journey to restoring her health.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Mike at FTF for a little over a year now. Over that time, Mike has designed several training programs for me and has pushed me to achieve more than I was able to do on my own. I am significantly stronger and more defined than when I started! On top of that, the facility is well maintained and the staff is always very friendly. If you are in the Freeburg area, I highly recommend you go check them out!

I knew I needed to start lifting weights but was so intimidated by it. Michael and all of the staff and members of the gym are so welcoming . Everyone is so supportive and always willing to help, a great gym family. I am thrilled with how my body is changing and could not have done it without the knowledge and support of a personal trainer. One of the best decisions I have ever made!

In addition to the great atmosphere, the gym is packed full of great equipment, open 24 hours, and some of the best prices around.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Freeburg Total Fitness for a couple of years now. Great place. Friendly staff and patrons. I am an older guy and I feel completely comfortable working out at FTF. I have also been doing personal training with Mike (the owner) for a little over a year. Having great success and have come to count on Mike’s expertise. He customizes your fitness plan to you and helps you meet your goals. Reasonable rate (for family especially) with great value. Lexi’s (Mike’s wife) HIIT classes are next on my list. Very happy with FTF and Mike’s leadership.

Fantastic experience: I have never been a GYM guy, I wish I was and I for sure wish I did not wait until my 50's to become one. But for the past year I have really enjoyed my time at FTF and with my personal trainer Mike. My daughter and I do this together and beyond the health benefits, the time with my daughter is priceless. I'm stronger and thinner then I have been in years!

Fantastic experience: It's a small gym with everything you need for a good workout. The key card entry allows for 24 hour access. They have towels and disinfectant in spray bottle available for everyone along with hand sanitizer in numerous places. I love having a place to workout close to home and available whenever I can make it over.

Positive experience: Cool little gym with 24hour access. Cardio equipment, free weights and normal other gym equipment inside. Pretty well maintained, hasnt been to busy when I go which is nice. Staff is friendly and cost is affordable. Check it out if your in area!

Fantastic experience: FTF is a great gym with a helpful staff. The owner, Mike, is knowledgeable trainer with a lot of experience, I have personally seen him transform many clients and helped them reach various different goals. This gym is the most affordable and the only one that I know that does not have signup/maintenance fees and the best part, no contracts, you can pay month to month with no extra costs.

Fantastic experience: Great local gym with fair prices and friendly staff. Mike and and the other trainers are both accommodating and motivating. My husband and I do personal training with Mike a couple times a month and workout on our own using our 24 hr access. Mike created a modified training program I was able to maintain throughout both my pregnancies and postpartum recoveries. Equipment is well maintained and cardio room has plenty to offer all tastes. Atmosphere is relaxed and members are friendly. As a female, I've always felt comfortable and welcome. Fantastic place to focus on your health and fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Small but accommodating. Fair price for a local guy no big business here. Does a fair job updating pads but could be a little better. Usually not super busy later in the evening when I go which is nice. Happy to have them near me.
