Fantastic experience: The staff is highly committed to making sure that only members use the gym. There is a wide variety of equipment, ranging from barbells to bodybuilding machines, and the gym is always kept in excellent condition, which is a must for me. All in all, it's a great place to work out.

Fantastic experience: It's 24 hours, there's a sauna in the locker room, showers, and plenty of lockers. There's a turf strip and a power sled, and a great variety of cardio, weight machines, and free weights.

Fantastic experience: I miss this place. One of the few things I miss about Columbia Missouri after moving to Florida. Great place, great staff, wide variety of equipment and training options. Daycare for people who need it. Overall a very friendly atmosphere.

He is clean, professional and keeps me motivated. His work outs are AMAZING, and are doing the trick. I've already lost tons of weight and feel better than ever.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! They have all the equipment you could possibly need, and seem to always be adding more. They offer lots of fun group fitness classes too! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the building is always very clean. The bathrooms and locker rooms are spacious and clean as well. Overall, a good gym for anyone looking to improve their fitness!

Fantastic experience: Body Refinery Gym is the most welcoming gym. Every day the staff are at the front desk to greet you and smile. They have the perfect amount of workout equipment and just about everything you need. Never have to wait to get on a machine and everyone that goes there is very polite if you are using machines in between sets. John, the owner is the nicest individual and will always make you feel welcome. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in town! I've been a member at 5 other gyms in 3 cities (two of those gyms are in Columbia MO) and this is by far the best! The staff greets you with a smile and friendly "hello" every time you come in, like it's the first time they've ever seen you... even though it's the fifth time they have seen me that week lol. It has a family like atmosphere, it's always clean and smells good. Equipment is well kept and they have every piece of equipment you will ever need. I rarely have to wait for a machine/equipment too, even a peak times. Amenities are great...free three day trial, lots of classes and excellent child care, which is very important to me, AND it's all very reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: BRG is by far the best gym in Columbia, Missouri. The staff and the owners are some of the best it town with top notch customer service. The gym is always clean and has some of the newest and best quality equipment around. Highly recommend BRG if your looking for a gym in Columbia!!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 Best gym in Columbia. The staff is awesome and is there to answer any fitness related questions you have even if you are a beginner. Everyone at the gym is super friendly & supportive..It's kind of like a second family. I've been going to this gym for 3 years now and would highly recommend to anyone no matter where you are at in your fitness journey.

There's a lot of equipment, so they could use some more space, but I felt pretty comfortable for my first time there! Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Body Refinery Gym has been the best gym I have ever been to. State of the art equipment, clean and calm atmosphere and SO many classes. I went to my first team training with James as the instructor and he is wonderful. He pushed me when I needed pushed and really helped and motivated this out of shape gal. Best place around!!

Most of the gyms in town weren’t exactly what I had in mind, or over priced for what you get. Body Refinery has everything I need and decently priced! The facility is very clean and organized!!! Definitely recommend this place! Signed up the first day of my three day trial! Also it’s 24/7!!!

Fantastic experience: I HIGHLY recommend BRG. The staff is so professional, the facilities are second to none, and the 24 access has been clutch for me. I also cannot recommend highly enough, the childcare. I have been to other places in town where the childcare is an after thought -- and my kids beg to go to BRG, we have literally gone there because my kids won't leave me alone about it:) They have so much fun, make crafts, play and make friends every time. It is so above and beyond typical gym childcare. If you are thinking about the team training, please try it. I have been so impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the workout I get in one hour. They are super attentive and supportive, and the workout is different every time. Personally, I love the focus on cardio:) If you are even considering BRG, PLEASE give it a try. You won't understand until you see it for yourself and I have never heard of someone who wasn't impressed.

Fantastic experience: Big space with lots of equipment and a good amount of classes. They also have a childcare center so you can workout and bring your children. If there is one drawback it is that there may be too much equipment and not enough open space so you can feel a little cramped. They have lockers and showers too.
