Positive experience: While the Wellness Center offers so many things other gyms dont like pool, sauna, classes and one of the largest selection of workout equipment. It doesnt work for someone like me who just wants to work out and can only go in the mornings, which seems to be their busiest time. It was always full of people just standing around in the way watching others or sitting on the weigh machines visiting with one another. I was rarely ever able to get anything in besides cardio. I ended up spending more time driving there and waiting on machines than working out. Not mention I've had more things come up 'missing' from my locker than any other gym I've been too on top of paying the highest membership prices around. Not for me.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, it has everything you can ever want. Weight lifting, excersise equipment, walking track, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room. Classes are free with membership, which includes Zuma one of my favorites. They even offer massages, you do have to pay extra for that but oh so worth it.

Fantastic experience: I've been a fitness center member since its opening and the entire staff is always accommodating. The amenities are second to none for the region. There appears to be ongoing efforts to offer more choices for maintaining one's fitness. The Phase II project promises to be an incredible addition. The Pickleball community continues to grow and is attracting players of all ages.

Fantastic experience: It's the only gym I know that furnishes towels, deodorant, and shampoo. The water in the hot tub and swimming pool are exceptionally clean as well as all surroundings

Positive experience: The facility itself is very nice, spacious and staff is generally helpful and friendly. Wide variety of machines and classes, however, the rooms are HOT. So hot people leave in middle of class to cool off and I nearly passed out once in a low- energy class. Certain classes are always overcrowded to the point that you cannot even see the instructor, I got stuck against a back wall behind a pole even though I showed up 30 min prior to class and had some rude lady shoving my equipment around so she could have more space, while she had 2 empty set ups next for friends that showed up halfway through class. For the price we are charged monthly it would be nice to get some air conditioning and perhaps a projector screen for those of us shoved in the back so we could actually follow along. No classes between 12-4, maybe a couple classes in that time frame would spread out the crowding, I've had that discussion with quite a few members that would love a 2 or 3 pm class.

Positive experience: Only thing is I wish they was open till midnight and open a lil earlier the way how I work two jobs is hard to go that’s why I need something 24 hours

Negative experience: I tried it...didn't like it. Way overpriced for what I was doing/using. Unless you're into water sports there are better options out there. Then there was the issue of the rudeness among some of the staff members. For example, on my second day there I asked one of the fitness desk staff members a question about one of the machines I was using and he completely blew me off... had no time for me whatsoever. So that set the tone for the rest of my tenure there, which was only 2 months and one of those months was under duress... because they claimed I didn't resign before the 20th of the month... and thus had to pay for a second month. They of course alleged that I signed a contract to that effect and it made no difference that I reminded them that I did not even see a contract until after I had already signed an electronic pad. The contract was emailed to me later. Too late then. I'm sorry I just had a bad experience there.

Positive experience: I love this gym. Anything you need in a gym this gym got it. I rate 4 star because they only got one thing that bothers me. There is no rules on picking up weights. If they make that rule this will be perfect gym out there

Fantastic experience: Very clean and beautiful place... I love it there.... I recommend anyone in the Thibodaux area that's looking for a gym.... Get a membership there!!! They also have a daycare. The Staff's are super friendly and welcoming..... You will not be disappointed... They even give you a tour of the place for free. I rate excellent overall..

Positive experience: Love the aquatic classes. Muscles relax in the water, I can do workouts in the water that are too painful on the floor with the special equipment. The water adds resistance for the workout. Make new friends became reacquainted with former friends I have lost track of. The instructors really put us through great exercises. I really enjoy this center. Come and try.
