Fantastic experience: On my first day there I was greeted by the front desk members, specifically the guy with the dark curly hair and glasses never fails to greet me, and I’m always given a farewell when leaving the gym. I believe it was on my third visit that I wanted to try the tanning bed out for the first time, and with no hesitation or judgement I was helped and guided with clear direction, specifically by the beautiful tall black girl with the long box braids. I wish I knew their names! I highly recommend this planet fitness, and I’m always trying to get a friend to go with me so they have the same experience I do! I was very nervous getting back into the gym due to having a child, and following that I ended up going through a very difficult time with post partum depression. My body hasn’t been the same since. The staff here never ceases to make me feel appreciated, and because of that I walk into the gym with confidence knowing that I will be noticed and helped upon my request.

Furthermore, the manager's lackluster customer service is disappointing.

Fantastic experience: It’s a great gym place. You can go work out. Get your energy out then turn around. Go sit in the side chair turn around and go get a tan. Take a shower and stab very friendly and knowledgeable. Classes could be better but overall I get a 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: From my first PF experience in Lake Mary, FL to NOW in Milledgeville, GA, it's been great. I slipped and fell earlier this week, and EVERYONE from the staff to fellow gym members helped me out and made sure I was ok. If they care THAT MUCH, then I definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I’m very happy with this gym the staff are nice and it’s clean. Everyone for the most part are respectful in keeping the machines clean but if guests do miss that part, the employees are constantly cleaning as well. It’s quiet and relaxing in the massage room!!! Love it there

The gym always looks nice and clean with plenty of areas around with sanitizing spray and paper towels to clean after each use . I have never felt judged when there for my workout .

Fantastic experience: Clean equipment and facilities. Love the variety of equipment and facilities. Large parking lot. Love the app tells you how busy the gym is as well. My only complaint is that the gym isn't open 25 hours more days of the week.

Positive experience: For the price you really can’t beat it. Everything is assisted they don’t have free benches for pressing. They do have a few benches and dumbbells out to use though. They only have a few machines so if you go when it’s peak time definitely expect to weight or share. They do offer extra with the monthly memberships most gyms don’t. I pay $25 a month that includes bringing a guest. I have access to tanning beds, massage chairs, half off most of their beverages full shower and locker room. Definitely a good gym for starting out at.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best gym I have ever been to! They keep it clean and smelling fresh from the moment you walk in the door. The locker room/bathroom area is spotless. There are plenty of machines to use and clear instructions on the machines. If I ever do have questions about an exercise or how to use a machine, the staff is more than willing to help with a smile on their face. It truly is a no judgement zone full of supportive people wanting you to succeed. Speaking of the staff, I genuinely believe they are what make this location the best. They work hard, clean consistently, and are more than willing to show you around the gym and help you feel more confident being there. The manager, Simmy, goes above and beyond for his guests. His positive attitude really reflects in the other staff members I have encountered! Highly recommend this gym.

I must say WITHOUT A DOUBT the Milledgeville Planet Fitness is better than all the rest! From cleanliness to the friendly staff, Planet Fitness knows how to do it right in Milly! Fantastic experience: BEST PIZZA IN TOWN!! For like $30 bucks a month you get free pizza everyday!! They also have great massage chairs too!! For people who like physical activity, they have a gym on the other side

Fantastic experience: I find that most of my training needs are met with the equipment at Planet Fitness. I also use the tread mill, machines. I get a whole body workout each week and have even made gains since starting here even though I am 78 years old.

Fantastic experience: It's never too crowded in this location, even at peak hours because there are plenty of treadmills, etc. to accommodate. The staff members are always smiling and friendly. And the facilities are kept very clean! Black Card benefits are great also! The only thing I could ask for would be group fitness classes such as Zumba, etc.

Negative experience: The guy at the desk was so rude if u dont like ur job find another but that was uncalled for

Positive experience: Extremely clean, decent equipment, it’s a planet fitness so I can’t complain too much about they’re not being free weights considering that’s what I signed up for. Staff is normally pretty laid back. However one gentlemen demanded I go outside of the building to jump rope which I found to be a bit ridiculous considering treadmills and most other cardio equipment makes more noise than jump roping. He also wasn’t very respectful about it. Still a good gym nonetheless

Fantastic experience: Firstly, let’s give the owner(s) a round of applause!! This location is one of the best places in Milledgeville. I know it’s a small city, but this PF screams diversity by the numbers. When I travel and desire to stay active, I always hit a nearby local PF. So following the course, I stopped in this PF for a quick workout and instantly became motivated to go the length this morning. I was greeted astonishingly at the door with such an excitedly warm welcome. Hell, I almost forgot my visiting purpose after standing at the front desk having some very amusing conversation with the soul of a lovely black woman that was staffed perfectly at the time of my visit. She was also the continued reason for my highly satisfying visit. Not to mention, the space is hugely user-friendly, with plenty of spotless new functional equipment. Again, shout out to the owner(s) and such beautiful, spirited staff. Joyfully, I used EVERY machine on the floor. I also used EVERY massage machine available. Hell, I even used the Tanning machine, and I am a Black man Truthfully, I enjoyed the atmosphere and the gym cultural energy so much that I low-key did not want to leave. Man, oh man, what a fantastic way to start my Hump-Day!! I will be in town on business next week, and I will be back.

Fantastic experience: Torie is the best! I absolutely love her. When I came in I was very nervous about working out for the first time. Torie made sure I felt welcomed and she made my feel like I belonged. She walked me around and showed me all of the things that I was able to access with my black card membership. She is one of the nicest women I have ever met! I come between 3-4am every morning and Torie is always upbeat and alert. She speaks to everyone that comes in and it seems like that everyone knows Torie. Even my mom who recently joined the gym talks about how nice Torie is. Y’all are lucky to have her! She is the reason I keep coming every morning.

Fantastic experience: I come in on Torie’s shift every night. She’s super friendly and welcoming. She made me feel very secure and walks me to my car every night! Customer service exceeds expectations! She’s super helpful and always working hard. Definitely deserves a raise!

I wish that the showers had a little more privacy to them, I am very shy modest person and dont really like being naked around folks and shower curtains don't really leave much hope for true privacy, a door would be much much better. So I will just shower at home.

So many options to structure your workout, but my favorite is the classes under Brittany!! She is an amazing coach who is positive, will push you to do your very best, and is always checking to be sure you are doing your workouts correctly in order to prevent injury. ❤️

Positive experience: Clean gym! Love the perks that come with the black card! My first time going was yesterday and the only thing that made me give them 4 stars is the staff! They do tooooo much talking behind the counter! It would be nice if they did a walk-through with the new comers. I had to ask them to help me with the Enhancement and was told “Go press the start button” yeah I did that ma’am that’s why I was coming to you!
