Fantastic experience: Paradigm Gyms is an incredible place to work out! The facilities are clean, stocked well with all of the equipment you could ever need and the staff are all incredibly helpful and kind. I can say with confidence that working out at Paradigm has helped me strengthen my fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: I work in the bar industry, so I work odd hours. Paradigm is likely the best gym that offers 24 hr access in Dallas. If you have seen what's out there for 24 hour gyms... you know. The facilities are top notch and well maintained. The quality and variety of equipment is My social battery is usually pretty low, so I go late night/early morning and rarely see a soul, so if you like plug in headphones, lock in, and work out solo... I can't suggest this gym enough.

Fantastic experience: I honestly I have nothing but good things to say about this gym. It’s minimalistic but has everything you need. You can tell the owner / designer of the gym has been very mindful of the equipment. The higher price definitely has it’s value. I rarely ever have to wait for equipment. Staff is nice and professional. It really feels like a gym where people are passionate about training. I wish the gym had a cold plunge though… 5/5

On top of that, it's very aesthetic and I love coming here to decompress with a killer workout and relaxing sauna session.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking all over Dallas for a few months now for a gym. I wanted to find a gym that emphasizes weight lifting, has a luxury feel and isn't class based. Paradigm gym is by far the best gym I've ever been to. Everyone is really friendly, members and staff alike. Brian, the owner, helped me sign up, showed me around and is very welcoming. Paradigm is accessible 24 hours a day, the locker room area is always spotless with a spa-like atmosphere, infrared saunas, cold eucalyptus towels, and more. The workout areas are also spotless with all new top level equipment. It has every weight and piece of equipment you could ever want or need. It is very difficult to find a luxury gym in Dallas that isn't overcrowded and here I can get in and out quickly without waiting to use equipment. It has amazing aesthetics and is very well organized. You can tell there is a lot of passion here and everything about this gym is intentional. I didn't think my dream gym existed until now!

What makes Paradigm so great is I can get a solo workout in and not be overcrowded or have to wait to use equipment. The facility is nice and new, with equipment very well maintained. Always good with Amenities and it seems at every hour there’s either just a few people at the same time or I have the entire gym to myself during my early morning or late night sessions. Would recommend anyone who’s tired of waiting for equipment at their gym to come here and give it a try.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! It has the look and feel of an old-school gym, but with modern touches and amenities. The equipment is top notch, they have an infrared sauna, classes for those who wish to use them, and they have a $22,000 biometric machine where you stand on it, and it gives you a complete read out of yours biometrics. Furthermore, the owners and staff are extremely friendly.

Fantastic experience: This is a clean, perfectly sized gym that’s owned by a local resident. The design of the gym, the mezzanine level for most of the aerobic equipment, plenty of lockers, sauna, great lockers with showers, and most importantly, a gym that’s well organized with plenty of space to move around makes this gym stand out.

Fantastic experience: Best 24 hours gym in Dallas. Gym is always tidy and very clean. Everything you need for a great workout with AM and PM classes. Infrared saunas available in both men and women's restroom are a great perk.

Fantastic experience: Warning: you will love this gym! They captured a perfect blend of a “hard core” gym with all the equipment you can ask for with tech/spa services. It’s hard to find a good gym let alone one that is 24/7. Perks: It’s always clean. You’ll love the sauna & scented towels. I’ve never had a parking issue or needed to wait long for a machine to open up. The other members are really friendly but also give you space to work. Brian and his team are very welcoming and willing help. Definitely stop in and check it out!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I’ve ever belonged to. The equipment is in perfect condition and they have everything you need; dumbbells, squat racks, machines, cardio equipment, functional training equipment, plyo boxes, and large open-floor areas with turf. Every type of person from every walk of life could have an optimal workout at Paradigm. Whether you are a bodybuilder, a fitness model, a powerlifter, an Olympic weightlifter, a competitive athlete, an endurance athlete, a person in a rehabilitation program, or just a beginner, everything you could need is available. The facility is always clean and everything is of high quality. The owner is really cool and goes out of his way to ensure that members have a good experience here. The gym just reopened in a new location with even more equipment, more space and plenty of parking. The only cons of the former location that most people would agree upon were the parking situation and the size of the facility. Both of these issues no longer exist. The new facility is more than twice the size of the original, and the parking situation has been completely solved. There is a row of spots along the front entrance, an entire parking lot facing the front entrance, and a row of spots along the back entrance where the 24-hour access door is located. The community is also very nice. The members, trainers and staff are all cool and seem to be on the same page. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience here. Do yourself a favor and join.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say anything but amazing things about Paradigm. Everyone has been super helpful as I’ve started learning more about weight lifting. I love that they emphasize cleanliness and it’s not packed like those big box gyms can be, especially at peak times. It has felt safe and definitely helped as we come out of Covid to provide a good routine and mental clarity in an otherwise stressful year. I love paradigm!

Fantastic experience: I recently joined this gym and I'm just going to say that this is the best gym I've joined in years. ' I've lived in Chicago, Raleigh, Houston, Toronto but this gym has exceeded my expectations from all the gyms I've joined. The classes are just amazing and truly a work out. I've gone to 5 classes so far and already see a difference. The staff is truly amazing. From the front desk to the fitness trainers, i.e. Brandon, Ramon and Jill have been spectacular. I haven't trained with the other trainers yet but I'm sure they are just as awesome too. What a 45 minute work out they provide, wow! Great gym and I'm looking forward to getting my fit back on because this gym will take me there.

Positive experience: Expensive gym membership but you know that going into it. The weight room space can feel a bit cramped. I would have given it 4 stars, it just wasn't for me, but the cancelation process is a hassle. I asked to cancel at the gym but they said I had to send an email. Send the email, get an email back with a cancelation form, have to print, fill out, and SCAN the cancelation form back to them, and then finally they will start the 45 DAY cancelation notice countdown. Seems like they intentionally make the process difficult and the 45 day notice is just to get an extra months payment out of you.

Fantastic experience: Gym is incredibly clean and there is every toy imaginable for fitness buffs. Knowlegable, friendly staff. Atmosphere has zero intimidation. It's pricey but absolutely worth it if you can swing the money!

Fantastic experience: Ramon Medina, TRAINER EXTRAORDINAIRE! I really love this gym! The facility is small, but the equipment here is like none that I’ve seen before. THE TRAINERS THO! The trainers here are passionate about meeting your personal goals, and not about making a sale. Nobody likes to be hassled. I've had approximately 5 sessions with my trainer, Ramon Medina, and all I can say is wowch! Not only does this guy know his kinesiology – something that is very important to me as I suffer from joint and muscle inflammation, but he also knows how to torch those calories. Ramon has been a life saver, not only offering the best advice regarding my workout regimen and nutrition, but working with my hectic work schedule. As a financial analyst, month-end, especially quarter-end deadlines are non-negotiable, and Ramon has been MORE than understanding of that. I’ve never met more a more understanding and caring professional. He’s genuinely invested in my progress and wants nothing more than to see me hit my personal health goals. He promptly responds to all my questions via text, and puts up with my crazy sense of humor (poor guy). If you’re looking for a gym that truly invests time in their clients, look no further. If you’re looking for a trainer that GENUINELY cares about getting you the results that you’re looking for I highly encourage you to book a session with Ramon.

Fantastic experience: The Hustle Hard, Pop Lock & Squat It and Refine & Define classes are my favorite. Both physically and mentally challenging and engage every part of your body. Hands down the best workouts I’ve done in a long time!

Fantastic experience: Clean, organized, not crowded, great vibe from staff and members. I've only tried the Ropes and Rows class, and it was very unique and great for all fitness levels. I highly recommend their very extensive body scan and analysis. I have done similar analyses at other facilities, but they were no where near as all-encompassing as this.
