Negative experience: Rude staff. They're never there and never answer the phone

Negative experience: Left work early to be here at a 6pm appointment. Called twice, 2nd time the lady said she would come right out. I saw 3 people come, but never here. When I called back for the 3rd time I asked if there was a better time to come by. Not only did she argue with me saying I wasn't there, but hung up on me once I caught her in her lies. Huge let down

Fantastic experience: An awesome smaller gym! I go to the classes on Saturday mornings which always kick my butt. The equipment is up to date and clean and the owners are awesome. Also everyone I've met there has been uplifting and encouraging. Awesome small-town gym!
