Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and great people

Negative experience: I’m the monthly membership in this gym cause I travel between different countries, the yearly plan doesn’t work for me. Cove club doesn’t provide the card for monthly member, pretty inconvenient, I pay more money each month, but I can’t use app to book, don’t have a code can swap. I wish they can provide monthly members full package of service. The reception girls are always smiling and friendly and helpful, girls are 5 stars. But today there was a guy very rude. He wasn’t in the reception, when I walked into the gym, even couldn’t see where was him, at same time also two people walk by me, he yelled so loud said:” excuse me”, how would I know he was talking to??? His attitude was like I was criminal, he said “didn’t you see the board?” The board shows “any help can call the number,”but I am the legal member, I paid $75 a month, I don’t need a help. He was very rude and not polite, I wish the manager team can train employees good manner, or if he is the manager, I wish he can be a gentleman, talk to clients with patience and respect. If it’s not about manners, I do feel his attitude is pretty racist to me.

Positive experience: Serious gym. Great well maintained equipment. Machines and free weights. Lot of space. Unique for a public health club is its basketball gym. Staff are good, but a uniform shirt wouldn't hurt in picking them out of the crowd. Men's locker room needs better sweeping. Other than that, it is a great place.

Fantastic experience: We loved this gym!!! Location is great with lots of parking. It’s super clean and has everything you need- all the x-fit equipment, cardio machines, free weights, basketball court and so much more! All the equipment is up to date and it is well laid out. We were impressed with the champion arm wrestler who was so friendly and made us feel like it was our gym since we were out of town. He is the reason why we are leaving this review! Prices are super reasonable and we would highly recommend this gym to everyone we know!!

Fantastic experience: The employees are friendly, helpful and inviting. There is plenty of equipment for anything you want to train. The Cove is clean, there are all kinds of classes to take, and there is a smoothie bar!

The employees are kind and the equipment is everything you can ask for in a gym (plenty of squat racks/benches). Love the continued growth and hoping to see where they take this gym next. Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! We are in Montana from Tennessee and found Cove to drop in for a quick work out. WOW! This place is 100% the best gym I’ve ever been to. They have everything you could possibly need: lots of free weights, tons of machines, a functional fitness area (with turf), basketball court, cycle area, hydro massage, and full coffee/smoothie bar. The gym is spotless and the equipment is pristine. Literally, it does not get any better. Do not even look for another gym - this is THE place to be for a killer work out

Positive experience: Nice gym with newer equipment. The people are all friendly, employees and fellow gym members. Lots of high school kids on Tuesdays and Wednesdays after school. Otherwise, not much waiting for machines.

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy to have a place with a basketball court in Belgrade! The workout area is always very clean and the staff are friendly. They also offer month to month memberships which is great for me since I'm out of town for work several months at a time.

Fantastic experience: This place is Awesome! Very large facility and it is very neat and clean! They now have a basketball court and turf room. Sauna is the Best! And they have very nice showers. They are little pricy for membership but other than that love the place! Oh and...I hope they get a tanning bed in there next

Fantastic experience: Great facility and reasonable price. They have only been open a few years but have already added new equipment. It is easy to find room to workout and I rarely have to wait for equipment. The owners and staff are all friendly. I appreciate this gym's location convenience and hours as well. And now they've added a basketball court and more equipment. Looking forward to spending some time on the court.

Fantastic experience: The Cove is a great gym. Their classes are great. The best part of the Cove for us is the affordable and convenient childcare.

Positive experience: Brand new equipment clean bathrooms and clean saunas along with friendly staff. Just too small for my liking I find myself standing around waiting for something to free up more than I’m working out at times and that is a problem. Small gym already and people will take up 2 pieces of equipment going back and fourth between the two which isn’t a problem at all but when there is limited equipment and people need to use one of the two pieces that person is bouncing back and fourth too it becomes a nuisance because there is 1 of everything. Once they expand this place will be a lot better it’s already fantastic just the people who workout here don’t understand how small it is and don’t care either. once there is more than 10-15 people here it’s like a race for a piece of equipment once it’s freed up.

Fantastic experience: I'd like to list all of the things I really appreciate about this gym. Mostly clean (there is a lot of dog hair on the floor for whatever reason and could stand to be cleaned more frequently), well kept, working sauna, locker rooms with showers, good sized lockers, clean bathrooms, electronic scale with digital display, plenty of space for working with free weights, bumper plates for power lifting, good variety of cable and cardio machines, group fitness room open to members between classes, unlimited fitness classes, extra things not so common like; medicine balls, squat racks with barbells, boxes of different heights, foam rollers, jump ropes, resistance bands, etc. staff is plenty friendly for a gym. Overall a nice place to workout.

Fantastic experience: “Wow” is all you’ll be able to say when you walk in. This is a gym for anyone from beginner to advanced. Very big open, state of the art gym. Awesome lifting platforms and cardio accommodation. This is what a gym should be. Not to mention, very good price. Go see for yourself.
