Boutique amazing - Love the clothing which was super cute and spoke to my heart, journals, various books from yoga stories to chakras alignment, essential oils and candles Oh my - mostly everything a Yogi can embrace and soak into the soul. Fantastic experience: The environment is welcoming and comforting. I am immediately relaxed when I walk in and smell the candles and lavender oil. All classes offer a different experience. Every instructor is aware of the breath and the body, and communicates movements and transitions so I can follow instructions even with my eyes closed. The instructors encourage participants to follow their own journey, which makes me feel safe and not judged. In the years I have practiced yoga, I never really "got" the practice of yoga. Yoga Centric has been the first studio to make me feel secure in leaving my ego at the door. Finally, I appreciate the boundaries in place, such as leaving phones outside of the room. It allows me to be truly present and has taught me to hold more firm boundaries in my schedule as well. Nothing is that urgent that I can't be without technology for an hour. Thank you for being a safe and welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: Very comfortable/welcoming aesthetic and staff, the place is clean, a shower is a great plus. My wife has come here for a month or so and she likes it which is a great bonus for me. The tea and ginger candy station upfront is really great as well. I guess it just feels like you guys care a lot about what you're doing and it shows.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a place like Yoga Centric. Alexis and Emily are fantastic. All of the staff members are welcoming and friendly. I have lived in the area for 24 years and did not know of this gold mine until recently. I give Yoga Centric a 10+ rating.

Fantastic experience: Yoga Centric (YC) is by far the cleanest yoga studio on the East Coast. Immaculate facilities which is difficult to keep up with based on the amount of sweat pouring out of its classes! YC Connects Mind, Body and Spirit to Energize and Cleanse Your Soul Each Day!

Negative experience: This was my first time at Yoga Centric and I was looking forward to it, as I'm new to the area and I've been desperately trying to find a studio that offered aerial yoga. After some research, I settled on this studio but I was unsettled in the fact that there was no padding on the floor - given that we're suspended in the air, I didn't feel comfortable hitting certain poses. In addition, my sling position was right near the wall, so naturally I kept bumping into it and the light feature on it. In addition to there not being any mirrors in the studio, I was also told that I was not permitted to record on my phone. I don't see how both things can exist.. no mirrors to catch if my body positioning was correct and no phones to record my progress in my journey. Interesting. Lastly, my class size of about 12 had 4 ppl in the back row that kept cackling, talking, and laughing. It was deeply disturbing and made it extremely hard to focus. I couldn't believe it. Aerial Yoga has been my newfound practice that I discovered after my dad passed and my experience with it was been truly transformative and I believe my last studio helped with that. Although my experience was unfavorable, to say the least, I'm committed to finding a studio that holds space for those who are also intentional with their practice.

From the moment you walk in and see the decor and shop, as you walk to class and are immersed in the art and music, to finally when you are in class experiencing the heat, movement, and music, you're going to leave refreshed and peaceful. Fantastic experience: I want to preface this with this is my first impression as I have only taken one class so far, that being said, this studio is one of the nicest studios I have been to. Genuinely kind, helpful, and encouraging instructors. Amenities such as showers and free coffee/tea. A very zen environment with great ambiance. The front desk staff is willing to problem solve and help when needed. So many different classes are offered all day long, a very generous cancellation policy (6hours), and fun extras like camps or studio events. I love that we got little aroma therapy ice cold towels to use after our aerial class as we just hung around in our cocoon and cooled off. I have been a part of different establishments (Pilates, kick boxing, commercial gyms, family owned gyms) and just something about this studio radiates good energy. Being a disabled and overweight female, I am always worried I will feel out of place in studios/gyms while trying to regain my fitness life back. But I can honestly say I felt so welcomed and supported by both other participants and staff! The 30 days for $30 deal is actually INCREDIBLE!!!! A great way to really figure out if it’s a studio you can commit to for a full membership or if you wanted to do drop in classes which classes you’d like best. The price for an unlimited membership is fair when compared to some other studios. There are many membership pass options, which I also love. Pricing is told upfront and publicly available on the app/website, which feels so much less shady than “try our class for free, let us sucker you in, then drop the price on you”. It’s important that they do this because as a client, if I am genuinely considering joining I want to know if it’s realistically in my budget. Unlike some studios where pricing isn’t publicly accessible and you get roped in to a free intro class and then have the price disclosed to you. It can become disappointing or pressure you into making a quick decision. Having upfront pricing is definitely appreciated. Lastly, I took my into class with Gloria, who was fantastic. I loved how she even offered to take a picture of you in the fabrics with your phone at the end of class! Louisa gave a great tour and had such a welcoming personality (not over the top or car sales person type vibes. Just genuinely kind). Before my first class I came in person to clear up a membership issue with the 30 days for $30 and Alexis helped accommodate me when scheduling my classes and she even went the extra mile to help schedule a future class too so I wouldn’t run into the same problem. The aerial classes were a bit crowded spatially, but I think that’s just to allow more people in for the class since there is only so many fabrics . For the most part, this has been a Great experience !

The decore is pleasant and the hues are carefully selected. Love the live tropical plants and the hanging chairs. The teachers are friendly, attentive, kind and professional. The students are courteous and a pleasure to practice with. I enjoy a variety of classes to choose from. When I leave the studio after a class, I feel energized, empowered, satisfied, at peace, and content! I feel greatful to the teachers and students at Yoga Centric for creating such a special space!

I am a beginner at this practice and it makes all the difference when you are new, learning a discipline that can be difficult that there is a flow that can be followed. So it was a 10 for me.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Tea meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Sound Workshop with Paula. This was such a relaxing educational experience for me. I have taken several yoga classes and I have had a Reiki massage but the combination of the various techniques combined with the energy the two instructor brought to the class was so positive and uplifting. The tea experience enhanced the overall freedom to dive within and receive what was need and release energy that was weighing heavily on me. I left feeling restored, rested and able to breathe again. I Will highly recommend this class to anyone and would love to know when the next one is so I can refer others to the experience.

Fantastic experience: Yoga Centric is not only the best studio in Harford County, I will dare say it is the best in Maryland. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 yrs and I discovered Yoga Centric during Covid. It is 50-60 min away from my house and prefer to go there then anywhere else. The minute you walk in the vibe is right. The décor, colors, smells, people it's not something you can describe, it is felt! The classes are great and variety suits everyone's needS. I love the workshops also, I learned so much and they are not expensive. I love this studio. If I don't go for a while I feel off and when I arrive - IT FEELS LIKE HOME!

My kids go to Aerial Jr. classes with Mrs. Gloria and we've encouraged their friends to go too -- they all LOVE it. We love the regular classes and the camps. I've had to call and email Yoga Centric because of my user error issues with signing up for classes and they're always responsive and so nice. I will always recommend Yoga Centric to people! It's about 45 minutes from where we live but we will keep coming back. Thank you all for what you do!

It’s been awhile since I was last there, but all I can say is good things. Class schedule has a wide variety, classes are affordable, and always super clean. If you aren’t sure about taking a class, stop in for a tour and they will show you around and tell you all the details to help the intimidation factor that may come with yoga! As always, a great workout with great people

BJ’s Power style Hot Vinyasa is absolutely terrific and what pulled me into Yoga Centric! I love taking his classes and he is very knowledgeable and experienced as power style yogi! He offers modifications and he encourages the class every breath of the way! Love him! Shobita’s classes are also a real treat for me! I love how traditional she is and I absolutely love her energy and guidance! Yoga Centric is such an amazing place! The atmosphere is so calm and inviting! There are a few minor drawbacks, but nothing to keep me from coming back and back again!!
