Fantastic experience: HOTWORX has changed my life! I was about to give up on finding a work out place, the gym just wasn’t for me, other classes were way to expensive or were open during hours I was working. HOTWORX has amazing 24 hour access and I can book whenever, no cancellation fee, no minimum amount, and plenty of different classes I can attend, just a quick 15 minute or 40 min classes. Just did 2 40 minutes back to back and I feel amazing! I love The infrared sauna. You burn calories while you’re working out and even an hour afterwards. I used to have to go to the chiropractor weekly because of back issues. Because I consistently go to HOTWORX, I don’t have to go to the chiropractor anymore. Not to mention that the staff here is absolutely amazing. I love how all the classes are virtually instructed. There is no extra push on anybody. You can work at your own pace. And even push yourself if you want. This is the best choice I have ever made coming to HOTWORX! been coming less than 30 days and have already burned almost 10,000 calories! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I love HOTWORX! I think you get to do a lot of fitness if you don’t have a lot of time. You can access the studio to workout any time of day which is really convenient. They have a shower here if you are stopping by before work. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. They are always doing raffles or when you workout you earn points to spend on the HOTWORX store. The workouts are challenging but have adjustments for every fitness level.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Workout! Great Staff! There's a ton of variety from the more intense (Cycling and HIIT) to low impact (Pilates and Barre). I'm only in town periodically and purchased a package of classes: Without a membership, you can only access the saunas during staffed hours; but, to my surprise, no matter who is at the front desk, no one ever tries to pressure me into getting a membership. Fantastic experience: Don’t let the idea of working out in a sauna deter you! HOTWORX is amazing! The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome immediately. The HIIT classes are no more than 15 min long, so if you only have a small window of time in your day to work out, you can still break a sweat and feel great. Not only is membership affordable but it’s open 24/7 which is great when you have a busy schedule. Once you start.. you won’t stop!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about this facility! Clean, organized, and some of the best staff I've had welcome me to a gym facility. I came across HOTWORX as I was looking for an infrared sauna and I am SO glad I ended up here. In 2019 I had substantial facial reconstruction after a ski accident (LeFort III fracture). I did physical therapy for about a year focusing on my jaw and had reached a plateau. Within my first HOT ISO session I experienced the most relief of tension in my face since the accident. I was truly amazed. The fact I get that benefit plus an efficient workout I really couldn't ask for better! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone with musculoskeletal/neurologic pain as its a way to get your body moving at your own pace in an environment that adds comfort and healing.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Hotworx in Bedford for close to a year now. I have chronic back pain, and keeping my core strong is the best medicine! However, in the past I found myself in tears of frustration at standard gym classes because moving through the exercises and machines caused so much pain. The infrared sauna loosens everything up during my workouts now and I find myself in a much better place while moving through my exercises. I am slowly building my core strength again! Thank you Hotworx! PS: The staff is fantastic as well!!!!

Fantastic experience: This is the “gym” of all gyms. It’s 24/7 it’s got everything you need. Rowing, cycling, HITT classes, and so many yoga classes to chose from. It’s secure with private code access. It’s not just another yoga place it’s the gym you need. Especially if you like a quiet environment to work out the silent trainer in the free weights zone is great. No paying for a trainer the exercises are all on tv screen in front of you both in the saunas and free weights are. Simply couldn’t recommend it any more!! There is staff during specific hours, all of which are extremely friendly and helpful. I see Robin the most frequently and she knows every person by name and with as busy as it is that blows my mind!

Fantastic experience: I found HOTWORX on Instagram and had never heard of them prior to then, I immediately signed up for a free class and went in two days later for the hot core class. I was amazed right from my first step in the door with how nice the staff was and how clean it was! It’s my first week and I’ve taken 3 classes, getting used to the heat takes some time but it is so worth it. Your body truly feels amazing after and it feels like all your worries have just disappeared! I’m so excited to see my results over time!

Fantastic experience: I just started a membership this week and I absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly friendly and nice! Workouts are fast but certainly effective! I was surprised to see the weight room in the back that has all the free weights and equipment I use at the gym! Very quick and easy way to workout if you have a busy schedule! absolutely worth the money and the environment is wonderful! Only three people max per sauna which I love because it’s not crowded. Lots of fun challenges and giveaways all the time as well which I love!

Fantastic experience: I joined HOTWORX in January but my reasons for joining were somewhat unconventional. I did not join to workout or lose weight. I joined for medical reasons and my goals were to detox (mycotoxins etc), reduce inflammation, reduce muscle fatigue and increase energy. I am here 9 months later to say (with great confidence) that HOTWORX accelerated my healing journey and has played a vital role in it. When I started in January I was very sick, but I was also committed to my healing journey and I knew I would not see results overnight. After the first week at HOTWORX I just simply felt better after 30 minutes in the sauna, I did not know why but I stuck with it. 6 months later I saw a significant shift in my healing journey and at 9 months, another significant shift. I am HAPPY to say that today I am 85% healed AND I am starting to practice yoga and be active again! I feel great and I look forward to the days I go to the sauna because I know how well my body is responding to it. I am so happy I said YES to giving HOTWORX a try, it has certainly changed my life.
