Negative experience: Bad Vibes. The gym is super clean and decently priced. I'd go in the morning. The gym states to be a positive environment, I've noticed it's only really that during the day. The younger employees got a little growing up to do. Had a guy come up to me and help me learn to deadlift, then the next time I saw him he rudely stated he was using a weight when I simply asked him and his "group of friends" if they were using it. I prolly should of been paying attention so I didn't have to ask, but I normally zone out when I go to the gym. Just a lot of teasing from adults who peaked in highschool lol.
Negative experience: If you want a place that will shake you down over a few bucks and send you to collections—even though you never used the facility but maybe once and yet paid for multiple months, then this is the place for you. It’s not right to try to shake people down over a few bucks when they wasn’t using your facility….the person doesn’t want you knowing their real name btw. The point is, your Bedford business is shaking down poor folks over a few bucks and sending them to collections to further ruin their credit. This is ridiculous.
Sorry to hear about your bad experience James. We tried to look up your account but was not able to with the name left here. We do have short term Paid In Full as well as day pass options available. While our lowest prices come with a contract, we try to make sure we have every option available to best suit each persons needs. Negative experience: Went in to cancel my daughters membership today. The $20 fee came out 4 days ago and they said “sorry, you’ll be charged 1 more month because it takes 30 DAYS to process “ yet, when I signed up THAT was processed immediately and funds were immediately removed!? Poor business and customer service… won’t go back and definitely won’t recommend to friends or family! Just not the same with the new owners

This is mentioned at signing, on our website and in the contract as well as the Member Action Form used to process changes on members accounts. This is done to treat everyone the same and simplify the procedure to make sure everyone is told the same information. Fantastic experience: Been a member for about five months and will have to say that I have never waited for a piece of equipment, the area is always clean, the staff is friendly, it is cool in temperature with lots of air flow, and I really appreciate the 24 hour access. The price is really good if you commit for a year, too. Can’t go wrong here.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful. Always super professional and eager to help. Rarely too crowded and they have nice, newer equipment, while leaving plenty of open space for jazzer-cise.

Negative experience: Been going to priority fitness for 5 years and for the first time i was told i needed to “refrain” from taking my shirt off. First time going to a gym where you couldnt take progress pictures
Sorry about your bad experience Don. We would suggest in the future if you would like to take pictures of yourself to do it when the gym is not busy and in a private area. We do not ask for much as far as dress code goes other than that members have some sort of top and bottom on while in the public areas.
Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE PFit!! They have added a lot more equipment! I do wish they would update all of the equipment but, it all still works! It's a very clean area, open 24/7, and only $20/month with no contract.

Negative experience: Due to my work schedule I can only work out early in the morning. Every time there's a abrupt drop in temperature the keypad that you enter your pass code to get in goes off line. When this happens you can't enter the gym . Later that morning when the staff arrives they'll unlock the door and usually leave it unlocked until the keypad is back online. By the time this has happened I miss my morning workout. I really enjoy this facility, but I'm going to have to go elsewhere if this is not addressed
Sorry to hear about your bad experience with the door system. We just got new management in March and that was the FIRST thing that was upgraded! We now have a new door system that has many back ups. It is internet based which first the internet speed was upgraded to keep it from getting bogged down. Then it also has a 4G back up in case the internet goes down as well as there is a back up system on site that updates every 8 hrs incase both of those fail. Finally we also have a UPS incase we lose power to keep the on site back up running. This was the 1st of many quality of life improvements that have been made in just the past few months. Positive experience: Its ok. Only big problem I have is no one wipes off the machines after use but thats not the companys fault that people are nasty.
Negative experience: I am giving them one star because they do have equipment to exercise with. The woman who was there was hands down the worst person I ever meet. She was rude and very condescending. My insurance company would have covered my membership 100% but she was clueless on how to even sign me up. She called my insurance company and complained about how she didn't know how to bill them. They were trying to help her but she kept repeating her billing program didn't have that ability. Turns out she was just incompetent in her job. She wouldn't answer my questions with a direct answer. They had zero evening classes and no yoga classes. She stopped helping me to answer the phone several times and I wouldn't have minded but she just answered it and didn't even say excuse me a second. She also talked to a woman from a radio station, who was politely waiting, and after she quickly left her card she was more worried about writing a note about their upcoming promotion them talking with me. When I asked about the promotion she said it wasn't available and refused to tell me anything about it. I felt like the only thing she wanted was my family's money and could have cared less about anything else. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone ever. I guess that is why the place was empty. I joined a different gym that day as well as two of my family members. I wouldn't go there even if it was free!

Hi Hoosier Reviews! We have dealt with this issue since we've been open. We are constantly reminding people to wipe the machine down after each use but sometimes that doesn't work. Take care!
