Fantastic experience: Great place to work out. The classes are small which is a plus. The trainers are awesome, and well knowledgeable. They even have kids classes and the workouts are just as tough as the adult classes. There no A/c so you will get a good sweat

Fantastic experience: M.O.F gym is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The coaches are professional, equipment is great, and they offer a broad range of times for classes. The gym itself is also 24 hours so even if there is no class, you can come in and workout on your own. Truly a gym for the people, the people who makes this country great. The people who wake up everyday and put their boots on and get to work not only on their jobs but also on themselves. It’s for the type of person that know what is best for them both body and mind. Also Xavier was a fantastic coach.

Xavier is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, and patient which is exactly what I’ve been needing in a coach. He wants to see you succeed and I always leave feeling accomplished!
