If you’re looking for a place with people who truly care about your fitness journey, you’ve found it! All of the coaches are very knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging, and kind! They will personally modify any exercise to your specific needs. They also have great equipment! Bonus: they’re cheaper than all the other CrossFit gyms around!

Fantastic experience: THIS…IS…183HEX! The attention to detail, the hospitality, the staff, the owner, and everything in between. We’re a group of soccer players and had the opportunity to train with a top tier coach. Would definitely recommend to all - sports players or not. They offer weekly classes as well as personal training and small groups.
