Fantastic experience: Update: Sadly the gym is no longer open to the public. It’s really messed with my schedule for sure and was the best gym closest to my house. My favorite gym. This place is filled with peace and quiet the perfect setting for a great workout, No Gym Crowds!! I chose to come here before I go anywhere else. The staff are just some of the most amazing people that you will enjoy seeing every time.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful fitness center. The place is spotless, with clean and modern equipment. The staff is super friendly.

Positive experience: Its a nice gym that has everything you need to get a great workout in. If you do barbell work they have that, if you want a crossfit type of workout they have space and an area for that too. It's never too crowded in there so you kinda feel like you have the whole place to yourself most days. The treadmill area could use a couple fans as it gets hot once you get going.

Negative experience: Avoid, there are better gyms in BMT.
