Fantastic experience: It was great first time goin definitely coming back to get the yearly membership

Positive experience: The tennis coach yelled at my kid when it was his first day and he messed up and didn’t know what to do do not come here if you want your kid to be yelled at

Negative experience: Overpriced, outdated, and dirty.

Positive experience: Decent enough place to get a workout in if you can make it work without certain things being available.people at the front desk are always nice and friendly.I think gym etiquette in the weight room could be pushed a little harder, reracking weights and general people cleaning up after themselves but I can see where it would be hard for the front desk to enforce that. Would really like to see the air system cleaned . Breathing stuff like this in is all bad.

Positive experience: Just a heads up. Tennis lessons show an hour per lesson. The reality is 20 minutes per student is allowed with 3 students per hour. One student didn't show up so the instructor cut the lesson by 20 minutes. They are good lessons - just be aware that they aren't actually an hour long.

Positive experience: It was nice. Swam in the pool, which could've used a scooping. But otherwise very pleasant

Positive experience: Great place to get your sweat on... Variety of weights, machines and treadmills... All kinds!

Fantastic experience: Of all the athletic clubs and gyms I have been to, This one has to be the absolute most friendly, hospitable, and enjoyable club I have joined. From the road it doesn’t look like much, but inside, there are several indoor tennis courts, several racquetball courts, a full service spa, Jacuzzis, hot tubs, huge exercise facility and the gymnasium for group work out events like Zumba and CrossFit and such. The locker rooms are very spacious including fall showers and plenty of lockers for everybody, just bring your own lock. There is also a activities room for young children, and In the summertime there is an outdoor swimming pool as well. In regards to Covid and sanitation, they do an extraordinary, continual routine of wiping all equipment and surfaces to ensure the best safety and concerns for health of the people using the equipment.

Positive experience: I enjoy the facility but wish there had been more classes. The courts are nice and the gym has almost everything you would want. There is a hot tub/spa included in the membership but since there is only the one some times it was crowded. People would have their little kids in there playing. I do like the atmosphere and overall recommend

Fantastic experience: Mingles Creek Athletic Club has very professional staff and trainers. They are skillful and extremely friendly! Very clean facility! I have been going to their gym for over 5 years. Their equipment is state of the art. I highly recommend MCAC!

Fantastic experience: Great place to play tennis at and workout! The courts are in good shape and so is the weightroom. There are also plenty of different classes people are able to take and the instructors are very knowledgeable in what they do .

Negative experience: Worst customer service experience I ever had... I relocated out of state and cancelled my membership and was told I would not be charged anymore but I am still being charged... I communicated through staff that I disputed ongoing charges through my bank ... Also the gym equipment is very old and not maintained ...I should of try this gym out before I purchased membership but the staff assured me it was the best and updated equipment available and no other fitness center could compete...... not a true statement , I am working out at the competitive edge in union Missouri and they have a much better Fittness center ... New and well maintained equipment and facility. Very poor customer service and the staff do not tell the truth... very dirty and terrible broken down equipment and facility...I do not recommend !!
