Fantastic experience: I absolutely love all the classes they have, there is something to do everyday. I also love the big indoor pool. It's always clean and fresh. I did notice in the bottom gym area the ceiling is falling due to leaks but it's only against the wall in thr back not near the work out areas. It's kid friendly and the staff Is very professional. I would recommend my friends to come here it's just kinda low key hidden.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed the water aerobics with Ms. Chlorine and her class. Ms. Barbara was very helpful in showing how to do the exercises. Thanks to Shnell Armwood for the invite.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a jewel it has an indoor swimming pool. Locker room with private dressing rooms and showers. It has a basket ball court an indoor running track, a weight room with boxing bags, a deadlift area and a private women's gym. I absolutely recommend! It's a great deal for a low price and they also have group fitness trainings throughout the week.

Fantastic experience: The front desk staff I’ve encountered (Amber&Chrs) are polite,friendly and helpful. The water aerobics staff(Corine&Diane) are friendly,knowledgeable and we have FUN exercising (that’s right fun).

Negative experience: Awful they need to tear the place down the womens area is nasty unclean I come home to take a shower ugh

Positive experience: Spectrum on Monterrey is still a good place to work out. The place may be a bit old, but so am I. Lol. The weights and machines are in good shape, Grant and his team are top notch, and the other folks that work out are all like-minded folks and very courteous.

Fantastic experience: I just started and I love it. the staff is professional, friendly and knowledgable. The members are friendly. There is a wonderful atmosphere and an awesome place to workout in whatever area you desire.

Fantastic experience: I switched to this older gym a year ago since mine closed due to Covid 19. I workout strictly in the weight room with the guys & I help keep the weight room in order between sets - safety issues. I love it. Sometimes I even learn something new! The staff at the front desk is great. Thank you Grant & Jason :)

Positive experience: Great experience. I gave it a 3 because the gym needs more group classes, otherwise I'd give it a 5. I love the pool. 90% of the time I'm in the indoor pool.
