Fantastic experience: I love this gym and it sounds like it’s just as good or better than it was In 2016. My 10 year old needs help with dietary lifestyle changes and support in the gym. Is this something the free trainers could help with. I started with her this summer hear in Asheville North Carolina at gold and she is doing great got her down from 183 to 178 in a few weeks with the same dietary lifestyle I learned from Charles Colaw.

Plenty of equipment - treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, and plenty of free weights (5 squat racks and 100 lb dumbbells max). Everything is well taken care of and clean. Kylie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when signing up for the membership. Can be slightly crowded, but the amount of equipment + friendly atmosphere make up for it. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: I started the CF-30 program from Colaw Fitness a week ago and I have been following the instructions in the guidebook ($10) along with the exercises and meal plan they provided. In just one week, I have already lost 10 pounds which was my goal for the 30 day program. I am now aiming to triple that goal and I am determined to stay on track. My diabetes numbers have decreased significantly to the 100-135 range and I am striving to get my A1C back to below 6, as it was at 7.4 six months ago. The program has also had a positive effect on my physical appearance and attitude. The price of the gym and the convenience of living close to Colaw Gym is an added bonus. As I continue to lose weight around my waist, it will put less pressure on my spine which has some medical issues. I am grateful to Colaw Fitness for this opportunity.
Fantastic experience: This gym is an incredible place to get in a good workout. It has a much more pleasant atmosphere than other gyms I have been to. The people are so friendly and I really appreciate the Christian music playing in the background. It is without a doubt the best fitness center in town.
