Fantastic experience: FitLab is a fantastic gym that truly has everything I need for a great workout. They have an incredible range of equipment and I never have to wait for a machine, no matter what time I come in. The locker rooms are spacious and clean, making it easy to change or freshen up without feeling cramped. Plus, their studio for yoga and group classes is top-notch – it’s a great atmosphere for any workout. Highly recommend FitLab to anyone looking for a premium gym experience!

Fantastic experience: Fit Lab is easily the best gym within a 25 mile radius, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful they are always looking to make the gym better whether it be new equipment (they send out surveys for what you want to see in the gym), host amazing events like Vino and Vinyasa (wine and yoga) and the locker rooms are unreal. Highly reccomend this gym to anyone in the area looking for a welcoming state of the art gym. THANK YOU FITLAB CREW

Fantastic experience: It's always nice to have a clean, well-maintained gym run by highly competent people. Even better when that gym isn't overcrowded, and better still when it's in the same building as your office! Would highly recommend checking out Fit Lab.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I joined this gym. Not only is it spotless, you can always grab a machine. Some other gyms are so crowded you can't get your workout done. If you need accountability and a knowledgabe personal trainer, I would recommend Sarah. Her goals are your goals and you feel empowered after each sesson!

Fantastic experience: The gym is absolutely one of the best gyms I have ever been to. The equipment are fairly new and jt is always kept in a good condition. I come at the rush hour in Tuesdays and there’s always few people which makes me workout way better. There are different classes for ppl who like to come to class. And the new manager/ personal trainer Sarah is extremely friendly and professional. She did make the gym better and well maintained. I love this place

Fantastic experience: Though I live 18 miles away, I have a membership at Fit Lab solely for the Zumba class with Andrew. Yes, it’s that good and fully worth it! The class is energetic, super fun and always a good time. Facility is clean and locker room is spacious (and I especially like that there are private changing rooms). I’m super grateful that this facility is open to the public. It’s located in the ultra modern Bell Works building.

Fantastic experience: To the amazing women who is working the fitness area, they are awesome and sweet ladies! The girl who is doing her internship there right now, has the sweetest and pretty soul I have ever meet! She is also so kind and outgoing girl!

Fantastic experience: I come in with some biases since I have the opportunity to get a free pass thanks to my work. I have been going to this gym for 2 months now and I absolutely love it! They have some fantastic equipment variety and cover all parts of the body. They offer a lot of services outside of the gym itself (that I have not tried out yet but need to) that take it above and beyond most gyms.

Fantastic experience: My favorite place to work out! I have been in the bell works building since 2021 and one of the things that keep me here is this excellent gym. Never too slow, yet never too busy. Plenty of equipment to use and their classes are great. If you are looking for something at a great price that better than the big box gyms this is the place to be!

Fantastic experience: Great facility, I have been wanting to test out the Ifit bikes and now every morning I am able to pick a new virtual location to ride. Clean facility with a great team. I wish we had a location closer to home for the rest of my family to use.

Fantastic experience: Great Find, the gym has everything you need and at a great price. I am finally able to use an ifit bike and take my morning virtual tours to anywhere in the world. All the equipment is updated, and it is a very clean facility with wonderful staff. I wish we had one closer to home so my wife could use it.

Fantastic experience: The zumba class here is amazing! Andrew is an awesome instructor and the class is fun and full of energy. The facility is very clean, large locker rooms, good variety of equipment, and spacious. Also great price for the membership which includes the group fitness classes. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Our company recently moved into Bell Works, and when I found out there was an on-site gym, I was amazed! Having access to something like FitLab is awesome. There is a wide variety of machines, weights, and plenty of space for stretching, yoga and so much more. The gym is never crowded and I always feel like I can get a decent workout in no matter what time of day. Sarah is super sweet and very welcoming. I look forward to many more workouts!!!

Fantastic experience: It has top of the line new equipment. Enough space and machines to workout without feeling congested. But most of all I love the zumba classes with Andrew!

Positive experience: The equipment is new and works really well. I think the layout is great and there are plenty of options for different types of cardio, strength training, HIIT, approaches to fitness. I really like the gym. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I wish there were more classes offered.

Fantastic experience: Nice to be apart of a gym that’s reasonably price with state of the art equipment! The New GM is awesome and if you have any questions is always there to give a helping hand! Overall great workout facility for the buck and even does classes as well!

Negative experience: Only giving it one star because the facility is okay. I had a membership here as a Bell Works resident during the beginning of this year (2023). After we decided to not renew our lease with Bell Works, I called up Fit Lab to have my membership changed to a public access membership. Everything was all good, my membership was swapped but I couldn't access the gym. I called to have this addressed, was told it would be addressed but never was. Finally, after reaching out THREE times I was told they cancelled my membership for an unknown reason. I never broke any of the terms of use such as sneaking people in, leaving equipment out, etc. The only possible hypothesis that I can come up with is that they were upset my company didn't renew our office lease with Bell Works. I reached out to a manager for an answer but still haven't got one after many days. Customer service is not there and I do not recommend getting a membership here. Update: So, they cancel my membership on their behalf and remove all my access, yet STILL ARE CHARGING ME MONTHLY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP THEY CANCELLED. Nice to know they try to scam their customers of every dollar.
