The foundation of Equilibrium Personal Training is based on a custom and personalized system for each client. We not only work as individual trainers but as a team educating and supporting each other and creating methods to help every Equilibrium client reach their health and fitness goals. As a team we share knowledge, solve problems and promote strong relationships within our gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Equilibrium training with Beata for nearly 2 years now. I have struggled with back issues for several years, including a back surgery in 2018. Although my wife trains with Beata, I was initially nervous going to a trainer thinking that I would be opening myself up to injury and problems. Beata encouraged me to give it a try and that she would watch out for my back, and, I have been nothing but impressed. She challenges me and trains me, all the while making sure she’s cognizant of my back issues. This past year was the first golf season in OVER 7 YEARS that I didn’t have to take time off for back issues. I attribute that directly to training with Beata at Equilibrium and strengthening muscle groups, specifically, my core. The personalized training and accountability was exactly what I needed and I’m thankful for it!”
