Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this gym for about five months now and have really enjoyed my time here. The one hour bootcamp and bootycamp classes are challenging and fun. I have noticed a huge difference in the way I look and feel. Building muscle and losing lbs. I usually burn between 450-550 calories per session. Great coaches, nice facility with a variety of equipment and well planned sessions. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was not able to go to my regular gym because of coronavirus quarantine. So I decided to Foundation Fitness. I was skeptical how this place was going to be any different than the 24hrs Fitness I already went to. I did also checked out some pricing different with two other similar gym concepts. However, I found The Foundation Fitness was very reasonable in prices and without limits on how many times you can come to the gym. To my surprise the results was amazing, it opened my eyes to a new way of working out and for better results. I also made new friends and the coaches were very personable. The coaches are awesome, they are super friendly and work with you and encourages you. They are definitely the best coaches I’ve ever had in my adult training life. It was kind of a little family at the gym. We all encouraged each other and definitely there were competitions. We also had beach outings and hiking. I can’t say enough about this place.
Fantastic experience: I love the coaches, the workouts and the equipment variety. I definitely feel good and tired after each workout, but I also feel so much stronger and healthier. The coaches have given me the confidence I need to continue my fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, the trainers are fantastic, and you won’t find better people to workout with! Being at The Foundation is like getting personal training, but in a group setting. I have been here for 4 years, and I have no intention of ever finding another gym!

Fantastic experience: I started with the six week challenge and I have to say that this is the most motivational, helpful and informative group of trainers. This is an inclusive environment that caters to all ages and all fitness levels. I have belonged to gyms my whole life and this is a completely different experience. I have decided to join after my six week challenge because it is something I can fit in my life and I feel pushes me to my personal physical limits and beyond. Fantastic place and people!!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Foundation Fitness for around 3 years. It really has transformed me and my exercise routine. The coaches are very supportive, but also know when to push you to a new level of fitness. The camaraderie you develop with the other gym members while you all tackle the day's workout together is another reason I enjoy Foundation. I would highly recommend this gym if you are looking for a place where they know you by name, care about your fitness journey, and you want to actually see results!
Fantastic experience: Joining Foundation Fitness was the best decision I made in 2021! It gave me the jump start I needed to get healthy and strong. Lawrence is amazing. He is encouraging & keeps me motivated! Everyone at the gym is friendly and helpful. Its a positive environment that I appreciate. I would highly recommend this gym to men & women of all ages!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this place. I’ve been to a couple different boot camp style gyms and The Foundation tops them by far. I’ve gotten far better results at The Foundation because of the philosophy and workouts. The owners and trainers are awesome, really care about their members, and help members with their individual goals. And The Foundation offers a lot of schedule options for working out with makes it super easy to get your workouts in when you have a busy schedule. I recommend The Foundation for any level of fitness!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at The Foundation in Yucaipa, Ca for a little over 2 years now and to say I love it would be understatement! All of the trainers are go above and beyond for their clients and classes. If you are looking for somewhere to start your journey of getting healthy this is the place for you! The trainers are always engaging with clients, easy to talk to, have knowledge in proper form, and nutrition. This place is a positive atmosphere and everyone, including other members, are supportive, encouraging and helpful! So like I said, if you are looking for a gym to join, you won’t just gain a healthy way of living but also life long friends that are always encouraging you to be your best self! Fantastic experience: I have been to several gyms over the last 20 years and kept finding myself making excellent progress, only to find continual setbacks due to injuries. To be honest, I have poor form when doing exercises and would pull something or throw out my back. At Foundation Fitness the last 7 weeks, I have experienced an entirely new level of coaching, surrounded by truly amazing people that motivate each other. The trainers focus on form, ensuring you are lifting properly. Also, there are nutritional guidelines to ensure you are eating well, and being consistent. I haven’t felt this great in longer than I can remember. I have increased my muscle mass, lowered my body fat and have an entirely new level of appreciation for what this gym has to offer. I’m not just a number, I am a valued member.

Fantastic experience: This place rocks!!! The Foundation has a flexible schedule so if your an early riser or a late worker there is a workout with your name on it! I Dropped about 15lbs in 3 weeks with the boot camp regiment and these workouts will get you burning those calories in no time flat! Laurence and Allison and knowledgeable and keep you accountable but also make sure your doing the workouts properly and safely. And if you have physical limitations, they have an alternative exercise ready for you so you get the most out of your workout. The facility is super clean and spacious. Love this place!
Fantastic experience: I reached a point in my life when yo-yo dieting wasn't working for long term results, hated feeling like a hamster on a treadmill, didn't like the isolating atmosphere of a typical gym where everyone is plugged into their headphones cranking out boring exercises. Health has become more valuable than looking good, feeling healthy became more valuable than looking thin, and that's where my new journey began at Foundation Fitness. I've done it all, Keto, Intermittent Fasting, Low Fat diets and any other fab diet you can think of and even though they worked temporarily, my body bounced right back to old state each time and my mental health never improved. I was hungry for a different approach to fitness that was more of a lifestyle rather than a diet. This journey started with a Facebook Ad which caught my eye, I noticed a friend was already a member so figured I'd check it out. That's how I met Laurence who runs the gym along with Allison, who are both awesome coaches. The atmosphere here is super welcoming, high energy and motivating. There are no "meat heads" staring and judging you while you work out, no one is plugged into head phones minding their own business, instead it's a herd of like minded regular people looking to better their life though fitness. It was such a breath of fresh air I immediately felt welcomed. The workouts are constantly changing, it never gets boring, cycles change every 6 to 9 weeks with new goals and new fitness techniques to learn. I've learned more about fitness since I started than my entire life! I was mentally prepared to give this an honest try and decided to bet against myself and do a 6 week boot camp challenge. Laurence helped set realistic goal to achieve, and with a successful completion the payment would either be returned or applied towards a continuing membership. This was the financial motivation I was looking for which led to a strict 6 week commitment with a custom diet plan comprised of real food and 3-4 workouts per week. Laurence provided personalized attention to me, checking in daily to make sure I was on track and helped guide me to success. I'm in my mid 30s, mid 200s and I was able to drop 17lbs of fat and gain 2lbs of muscle in just 6 weeks! My body went though a complete transformation both physically and mentally. I was hooked with my new routine which has now become a habit and a lifestyle. My fat has continued to drop and my muscle mass continues to increase. Foundation Fitness also has a Physical Therapy clinic on site which will help with sports injuries, modifications, body composition SECA scans and any other PT needs. It's a one stop shop for whole body fitness. Both coaches are very motivating, fun and encouraging. They jump into exercises with you to push you and show you the correct form. They're both fitness fanatics who've made a career out of fitness, and not just a pass-thru job like other typical gyms. They are living proof of fitness benefits and are eager to share their expertise with all members. They constantly make sure your form is correct, your weights are appropriate for your fitness level, always push you to never give up, teach you discipline and before you know it, you and others around you start to notice your body transformation. You sleep better, feel better, eat better and live better! If you're looking for a no fuss, no pressure, welcoming place to workout with others from your neighborhood, look no further. I've made friends here now who keep me accountable, everyone is always willing to help, people from all walks of life, all ages, cultures, fitness levels come here for a healthier tomorrow! There are a lot of time slots available 7 days a week, so a busy schedule is no excuse. Class sizes are kept small so everyone gets individual attention. Fantastic experience: So happy I found this gem! Laurence is awesome at motivating during workouts and is very genuine in his approach and desire to help his clients. He takes the time to ensure proper form and pushes clients out of their comfort zone. I love the variety of workouts and the equipment selection!
Fantastic experience: I joined The Foundation Gym back in February, and I can't say enough good things about this place. I want to start by saying I've done other 6 week challenge in the past, but what sets this place apart from others is the community of knowledge and wanting you to succeed in your fitness journey. The trainers at the gym are phenomenal. One of the trainers there is Lawrence (also co-owner) his knowledge of knowing the proper movements for each exercise is second to none. He's also sooo invested to make sure each and every one of his clients succeeds both physically and emotionally. The other trainer is Allison. Allison is the one that helps push you to your limits and beyond them!!! When you join The Foundation you don't just get a gym, but also a place that helps you understand the importance of the nutrition side of being healthy. Outside of the gym they also have an in-house physical therapist if you have any problems with injuries or just with soreness from the workouts. The physical therapist Kris( also co-owner) has a wealth of knowledge to help you avoid those nagging injuries from happening. Lol I am nothing shy of addicted to working out now. It's because of The Foundation that I have a lot of personal and physical success to look forward to. If you live in the IE I strongly suggest joining The Foundation!!!

Fantastic experience: Just moved to the area and was looking for a new gym. After joining The Foundation I realized I had also found a amazing community and a new family! I love the structure and consistency that the bootcamps offer and also appreciate the personal attention, encouragement and constructive critiques I am able to receive from Laurence and Allison due to their personable coaching style and well-sized classes. Not only has joining The Foundation allowed me to learn how to create better habits and achieve more sustainable consistency but it’s also allowed me to make friendships and connections that I truly value! Fantastic experience: What started as a 6-week Challenge consultation quickly escalated to becoming full members of the Foundation. Laurence Hunt and Allison Herrin are the current lead coaches and trainers who design the daily and long term fitness and conditioning programs. They both do an excellent job of observing each individuals movements and progress. They do a great job of helping you strive to move a few extra pounds or to rep out a few extra. Class sizes are great and hopefully even more class times will be added. The schedule of classes/sessions can accommodate most work/life schedules. The 6-week weight loss challenge was very straightforward just as long as you follow the plan. You will get personal direction weekly from the Coaches to help achieve your goal.
Fantastic experience: I literally came across The Foundation on Instagram in an ad for their 6 week Earn-it-Back Challenge. I was really out of shape and feeling horrible, so I just dove in and signed up the next day to motivate myself to get back in some kind of shape. Laurence and Allison are the best! I have been a member of other CrossFit gyms in the past, but the Foundation is different. The Foundation focuses on movement, range of motion and heart rate rather than lifting heavy weights and pushing your body too much. This approach works! In the 6 weeks I lost 7% of my body fat and gained 12% muscle mass and lost a net amount of about 11 pounds on an average of 3 classes per week. I feel great! They guide you through an eating program as well for the 6-week challenge. If you can follow the program you will get results. I've had some health issues and a very sedentary job for the past 3 years which is what got my body in this predicament to begin with. The Foundation has absolutely given me the ability to get moving again! Thanks so much to Laurence and Allison! You are both awesome! I highly recommend anyone looking to get for a great place to get in or stay in shape to go with The Foundation. It will change your life!

Fantastic experience: I love the foundation!!! This bootcamp delivers great workouts that always makes sure to challenge you! I never thought that a bootcamp style workout would be something that I would want to commit to. The trainers make sure to keep you motivated while still pushing you to meet your fitness goals. I have tried many other group setting workouts and The Foundation is by far my favorite. I can easily become bored with a repetitive workout routine and lose interest in going to the gym all together. But The Foundation does a great job with mixing up the workout routine. I don’t think I’ve done the same workout twice! The community within the gym is very welcoming and everyone cheers each other on.
