Negative experience: My Name is Ernest M Mathis ll. I live at 1492 Signal Peak in Beaumont, Ca 92223 with my with my wife Paula. We moved here 11 years ago. We were very happy to be here. We have always paid our HOA . We take very good care of our property. We have a very good relationship with our Neighbors , Except T. Donehue , 1494 Signal Peak unfortunately my next door neighbor. Dealing with him for 11 years has taken a Serious toll on our health. My wife and I have been on medication for at least 10 years of the 11 years we've lived here. I've called Eric Zarr at least 25- 35 times. I called him and his assistant not long after we moved into our home because T. Donehue had taken down the fences on both sides of him ,our fence. I immediately notified Eric Zarr and he and his assistant came to our house and told us they would take care of it. I never heard from them again. I called Eric Zarr many times ,most times he wouldn't answer the phone, rarely returning our calls. We and all the Neighbors were given a few months to finish our home projects. Everyone did so except T. Donehue. 11 Years he is still; Jackhammering , SAWING, CUTTING and BEATING on something In his front yard, back yard and inside his house. We have endured so much NOISE. We're unable to use our back yard most of the time because of the Noise. The back of his house and his yard is Distroyed. Its a huge mess. I've relayed all this to Eric Zarr. He has given T Donehue unlimited time to finish Knowing that he's never going to Stop making LOUD NOISES. I often feel like T. Donehue and Eric Zarr have some type of friendship because he let's him do as he Pleases. Leaving me and our to deal with him. He's been bullying me and my wife for years. He knows that I complain to Zarr. So he puts his trash containers and his car in front of my house to irritate us. I also told Zarr about it many times, he keeps doing it. We are so sick of this ,T. Donehue has made us I'll. We can't afford to move. Our friends, family and Neighbors all know what we have been dealing with since we've lived here. PLEASE HELP US!!!

Fantastic experience: I love living here, the people are friendly and the facilities are fantastic! The pools are similar to a 5 star resort. The landscaping is gorgeous too.

Fantastic experience: The Courts at the Four Season are nothing short of spectacular. From the perfect tennis courts to the gym, ping pong, or just relaxing around one of the three pools at The Four Seasons all while catching the beautiful mountain views in Beaumont, California.

Positive experience: Took a while 4 food 2 come..but staff was great. And food was good

Negative experience: Love the Courts, I had a very good work out this morning. Can't wait until the "Summit opens up "...

Fantastic experience: The third and newest clubhouse in the amazing Four Seasons Beaumont. This awesome facility offers tennis, pool, spa, gym, ping pong, his and hers saunas, bbqs, putting green, and is surrounded by beautiful well-kept grounds. Top quality in this private 55+ community.

Fantastic experience: Beautifully landscaped outside and dressed in tasteful contemporary decor inside !!! Love the state of the art gym and the indoor distilled water sauna. The Courts contains all of the equipment you need for a full body/cardio vascular workout. Much nicer than 24 hour fitness!!! It's private, quiet and the staff are friendly and accommodating.The outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and putting green are in top shape, very well maintained. The best part for me is that it's only a 5 min. walk from my house !!! I love it !!!
