Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to CFGBT for 14 + years - that alone says it all! The workouts vary daily and are great! Karla is the perfect coach and the coaches under her are really great as well. Like I said - 14 YEARS!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to CrossFit boxes all of the US and in several foreign countries and the one is the best. Karla Bennett can work with anyone from high school athletes to retirees in their 70’s and get them fit with functional body movements. This is a family oriented gym where we have had three generations of family members working out together. Love CrossFit GBT and Kara Bennett!

The CrossFit program is the perfect confluence of muscle confusion, weightlifting, aerobic activity, and accountability from peers and instructors.
