Fantastic experience: Aaron Charles changed my life with his classes. I joined in March of 2022 and have been doing his classes 3 times a week since. He has become a friend and somebody to talk to when I need advice on what to lift, how much cardio I need, and what to eat. I recommend people take his class and see the change.

Fantastic experience: Lots of equipment, good environment. Equipment gets fixed quickly and 99% of it works on any given day. There's a women's room and lots of weights and machines. Even on the busiest days/times, there aren't too many people that I can't get in my workout. It has everything I want in a gym except for a pool. It's a great value for the cost and is in a convenient location to me. I’ve been to a lot of gyms around here and this one remains my favorite.

Positive experience: Some of the locations are better than others. I go to the location on Rodney Parnum. That one has all the equipment I need, is clean, and most importantly, is not playing filthy music.

Negative experience: I wish there was a more conservative environment within the gym. The dress code is getting out of hand to the point of disgusting. I also had a horrible encounter with a guy deciding to use the women's bathroom. I don't judge anyone for being who they want to be because that's God's job but if you have to resort to going into the women's restroom maybe you should change your attire to where it's appropriate and comfortable for you to enter the men's bathroom because it was highly uncomfortable for me to see what I saw in the women's bathroom. I wish you guys would actually cater to the women instead of catering to those who want to be a woman. We have rights, wants and needs and as well.

Fantastic experience: I am 69 years old and still lifting weights 5 days a week! My workout now is to maintain my muscle tone and strength and no injuries! I really look forward to getting in and enjoy doing jaw or talking as most people would call it! (Jaw is a muscle) with the staff and other members! Everyone there is friendly and always willing to help anyone who needs it!!

Negative experience: SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!! money hungry!!! I haven’t worked out at the gym at all I canceled membership over the phone 2 days after I signed up I never went to get a entrance pass or anything and after that first month I wasn’t getting charged bi weekly because I had cancelled… 5 months later out the blew I get charge $340 out of the blew and called to get a refund because I NEVER worked out at the gym. I was denied refund because they said I never cancelled my membership, I told them if I never cancelled why I wasn’t getting charge bi weekly then, they told me they was charging my card and it wasn’t going through but if they was charging my card and my card was locked or insufficient funds I will still get it on my statement as a declined transaction but they wasn’t charging it like they say…and I also told them check kiosk they can see I never been to gym or even went up there to get my onboarding pass … I was still denied refund…and I couldn’t get no one to handle this issue after they denied request I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone

Negative experience: The EXTREMELY loud weenie hut juniors soundtrack really kills my workouts :( I bet the electric bill from having so many speakers so loud 24/7 is why they keep making the membership more and more expensive too

Fantastic experience: Clean and well kept with newer equipment. Men and, according to my wife women, locker rooms are well maintained. Unlike other fitness facilities, 10 Fitness keeps women spaces private and safe. That’s important to me as a husband. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: UPDATE: Definitely a scam. I reached out again after their reply to this review requested it, and they never responded. Personal training is a scam. I had to cancel services due to an injury and they still charged me for 2 more sessions. After being assured that it was a mistake and I would get a refund, I got an email from management that I would not get a refund because the contract stipulates I would be charged if I didn’t cancel 2 weeks in advance for biweekly billing (which is absurd). I never signed a contract, my trainer signed my initials and never reviewed the terms, and the terms themselves are a scam.

Positive experience: Do not sign a contract for personal training. The contract is for one year, and you will be charged whether you show up or not even if you had given notice of change of schedule. Try a few personal training schedule before you sign a contract.

Negative experience: I will maintain anonymous --- Just LOL I had and I mean I had been going to this gym over 10 years a day ago I was approached by zack the manager - and zack imo not a very nice young man and ill also say that zack is going to say the wrong thing to the wrong client and ten fitness will have a large problem Just lol so zack accused me of touching a woman without her authority listen zack i dont touch anybody anywhere inapproppriately NO TIME NO WHERE So zack said i had to leave the gym and i left i placed a call to andrew an officer of the co that i thought would return my call as of 5 pm today no call back. Negative experience: Sick of coming to the 10 fitness on Rodney Parham to use the cinema room only for the majority of the machines to not work. I have complained about this before. Today Sunday 1-21-24 16 of the 21 machines were not working. Only 2 of the 11 treadmills were working(and in use). Gonna start looking for a new gym. Oh and all the tanning beds were offline, also not the first time this has happened.

HI Brett. Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I am so sorry for the inconvenience! Here is our plan of action to remedy this situation ASAP. Our tanning beds go offline when we have an internet outage so our IT team will be installing a second internet line from a different ISP to give us redundancy and keep our beds online 24/7. Our equipment maintenance team will be doing a refresh of our cardio cinema equipment at this location ASAP and have spent the day making sure our current equipment is good to go. I believe there is currently only one treadmill down awaiting parts. Thanks again for letting us know and I hope to see you at the gym!

Positive experience: Update: Saying “what up dude” is not a greeting, then ignoring me afterwards! What’s wrong with these people in customer service positions! Wow! No one greeted me, but when I left they said have a good day. They were doing a great job of cleaning! Their water bottle dispenser, had cold water in it! One of the employees put a weight clip on for. The premium weight room is large! This location has better employees than the Conway location! And it’s cleaner! Conway location, the people just don’t care! They need an overhaul and new management there, including proper training of the employees!

Fantastic experience: My husband & I met with the trainers, Zach & Blake for our first session. Considering our ages & lack of exercise regime they developed exercise recommendations for each. They were patient, encouraging & fun to be around. Fantastic experience: I love Zumba and I was amazed to know that they had Zumba at 6 AM in the morning for people who want to work out before they go to work or start their day. I was visiting from San Francisco. I was welcome with open arms. Beth was the instructor on Friday morning and she played great music, hip-hop music. She rocked it. Her energy was amazing and she had a great smile. She welcomed me to the group . When I move back to Little Rock I will be going to this workout place in this location I likeRodney Parham . It was a nice work out environment and it was clean they have showers. I was impressed.

Negative experience: If you buy a day pass, you can only go in while there is staff there. Staff is not there until 0500 if they show up! This is an annoyance for out of towners or anyone that wants a workout before 0500. Also what is the definition of, "day"? #MaxInman

Fantastic experience: It's close to my work, and the price is great. I really have enjoyed working out with my coach .. Coach Dequion! Though the workouts and getting back in shape after years of not doing so have been challenging.. his positive energy and motivation helps so much. The manager Zack is great also! Always friendly and informative! The entire experience has been wonderful! The gym, the weights the locker rooms and the restrooms are always clean which is always a plus! Positive experience: Love this gym! So glad they’re open 24 hours now. I do however wish the women’s only room was a little bigger(it can be a little cramped at times), and I wish they had a sauna. I have a membership at another gym specifically for the sauna.

Positive experience: I thought this was a 24 hour gym. I got there yesterday Friday at 8:45 p.m and the doors were locked and lights were off. If the gym had to close I think that they should notify all of their members through email or text. This was very unprofessional and inconvenient.

Positive experience: Super gym, great staff, they’ve got everything! BUT when signing up online, you are signing up for a FULL YEAR commitment with an $80 termination fee. This was not made clear online and I’ve heard others complain about this as well, including staff who acknowledged this problem after commented on this. (10Fitness, PLEASE make this explicitly clear to those signing up online). So, if you want to sign up for only a portion of a year, go talk to staff in person!! Cheers :)

Negative experience: DO NOT JOIN! I signed up in November of 2021 and was told my membership would be for one year and I would not be charged further. I came in to this location in October and asked a gentleman in the offices if I would be charged the next month and he told me I would not be. I said I want to make sure it is cancelled, as this is the gym I signed up at, and he said I was good to go. I checked my account today and I’ve been charged for the last 3 months. I called the location and they want me to fill out a form and do a bunch of work to try and get a refund. This is not right, and I can’t warn you enough. There are much better gyms in the area.

Fantastic experience: I am delighted with my experience with 10 Fitness on Rodney Parham. The facility is large, clean, well-ventilated, and has ample workout equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful. It would be nice if the music weren't so loud, but noise cancelling earbuds take care of that. A special shout-out to my personal trainer, David St. Romain, with whom I meet once a week. He is knowledgeable, professional, and is facile at customizing workouts for me as he takes into consideration my limitations due to arthritis while still maximizing my potential to reach my personal goals. Money very well spent, both for the facility and personal training.

Fantastic experience: For less than a dollar a day, I can go to any 10 fitness in or near the little rock area. Watch a daily movie while I get my cardio, use any free weight or machine imaginable, have a locker for the day and shower if I don't plan on going home afterwards say I work near by and THEN get a massage. And those are just the amenities I personally use. There are many more

Fantastic experience: I've been going for 3weeks now and love it they have everything you need, wide selection of machine, free weights, a bunch of tread mills and bikes. The staff are awesome very friendly and helpful. If you can I recommend getting a trainer if your new to the work out scene they will evaluate you and show you the exercise you need for the results you want and they push you when you need it. I have one two day a week and I feel great.

Fantastic experience: Unbelievable hours, an expansive cross-fit room with everything you need, wide selection of machine and free weights, a bunch of tread mills, bikes and trainers. Very friendly and helpful staff. And they make a great pot of coffee to help you wake up for those extra early morning workouts.

Negative experience: About 1 month ago a user posted a comment expressing disappointment in the choice to add inconvenient turnstile doors instead of using gym funds to fix the broken equipment in the premium access area. Its now been over a month since that concern would be addressed in a "timely manner" and a significant portion of the equipment is still unusable and frankly more of a safety concern than the old doors ever were.

To be transparent, we added it for safety, but also because we have had a significant amount of people, who aren't as honest as you, that try to utilize our gym without paying. The turnstile will put an end to this, ensuring that our pricing stays low and that we can remain in business. As far as new equipment goes, Rodney Parham is our busiest location, and we try to update our facility when needed. If there is a broken machine, please let our staff know so that they may place a ticket for it to be maintenanced, immediately. As always, we appreciate your constructive feedback, and we aim to grow with this ever changing industry while providing the best service possible to our guest!

Fantastic experience: Sometimes when I want to ask a question, it's not easy, I usually am told to ask the manager. I don't know he is available. It would be convenient for the desk person to at least take a message. The classes are great!

Fantastic experience: Lots of equipment and space. Very friendly staff. Remodeled in late 2022, replaced most of the machines, and replaced the floor mats. Replaced some of the downstairs machines in 2023. Always clean.

Fantastic experience: I Love LOve LOVEEEEE this gym! They have everything thing you can think of to work every section of the body and the staff is AMAZING!!! Aaron was my personal trainer and he is absolutely amazing!! He was very informative on instructing an exercise and he was very good at showing the correct form. He was patient while I tried to figure out how to do a movement and also very encouraging. He was just what I needed in a personal trainer. Would give 10 stars if I could!!!! Highly recommend coming here!!!!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, I am part of the early morning crew, and the only downfall is that the night people don’t clean up after themselves. I guess their entitled. I can’t imagine what their homes look like, unless they live with their mommy. Other than that, they have lots of equipment. They could try and make the jungle gym downstairs a little more stable, but most people don’t use it for anything other than squats. There are also no 35lbs weights. This is the first gym I’m ever been to that does not have them. There’s lots of cardio machines and there is rarely broken Machines. If there is a broken machine it take a week tops to see it repaired. That’s a record for time in my book. I’ve been in gyms, religiously for years. This is one of the top 10. If you’re someone who needs fancy stuff then it’s probably not for you. But if you’re in there to get some gains and be serious about our health and fitness it does the job, any place would. They also have a class room and theatre cardio room. I go into the class room often to jumprope because no one ever uses it.

Negative experience: This Gym would rather make it more difficult for you to access than to fix equipment in disrepair that one must pay extra to use. Much of the equipment in premium access site is in need of repair with broken bases or other issues that make it somewhat dangerous to use. This has been the case for months. Instead of fixing this, they install turnstyle doors making their entrance more like a jail. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: Terrible management, sadly.. their only goal is to tell you one thing and then just take your money the next day. I received no response to several emails and no help from the front desk in person. They may seem nice at first, but they are not.

Negative experience: Worst gym I ever been in my life literally no body works there please don’t waste your money jx go ahead and walk in no workers so everyone can jx walk in w no security how unsafe. Cero ⭐️ And yes you can walk in for free w out scanning anything the front door is ALWAYS open no need to scan anything I have been to this gym 4 times and literally jx walk in.. do not call me a lier every time I go there I look for someone that works there to get my issues resolved and no nothing!!

Hi, Cinthia. As it happens, we currently offer staffed and non-staffed hours, at this location. I assure you that we do have employees, on-site, during our staffed hours. As far as security goes, we have taken measures to ensure that all members must scan into our kiosk, on the front door, with their barcodes before entering. This prevents people who aren't paying members from walking into the club during unstaffed hours. I'm sorry for any confusion, but these statements just aren't true. If there was a technical difficulty, and a kiosk was down, we will let our IT department know and the issue will be resolved immediately, otherwise I see no reason that anyone should be able to enter unless they've scanned in.

Fantastic experience: I joined this week and I’m loving it so far! Des, Cynthia and Zach have been very friendly, motivating and ready to answer any questions I have! I love the cardio cinema because I feel like it keeps me going longer, very unique amenity that I’ve never seen before. Also, I like that there’s a private women only room that has a lot of the basics to workout with. I can’t wait until my day off because I’m going to try out my first Level 10 class! I can see myself becoming a regular here

Fantastic experience: Excellent spaces to work out! Weight room, machines, cardio, massage chairs, tanning beds, etc... They even have a movie theater so you can watch a movie with you run, bike, or use the elliptical. Check them out. 100%

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. At 10 Fitness, we strive to make our sign-up, and cancellation process, very simple. With that being said, it falls on the member to understand what they are willingly signing up for. We have always been extremely transparent with our fees and policies. If you sign up at one of our locations, an employee will thoroughly explain the process to you. However, if you sign up online, the responsibility falls on the member to read and understand the membership policy they, again, willingly agreed to sign. This is how every other business operates.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would they are thieves will never use this gym again. To clarify the man that signed me up was not very informative on what options were when it came to my pt membership. He didn’t tell me it was a year long commitment until after I had signed. I didn’t even realize I had 3 days to cancel if I changed my mind. I tried to cancel but I had missed my 3 day window by a day and nobody was willing to help me. I understand that I could have done more research before actually making the commitment but the sales person did not do his job in explaining these things to me as he should have

However, we must reiterate that if you signed up at one of our locations, it is standard practice that an employee walks you through the terms of the agreement you willingly signed. It also falls upon that member to uphold their end of the agreement, once this process has taken place. Likewise, if a member signs up online, it would be solely their responsibility to read over and accept all terms before the membership is activated. Negative experience: I was getting dressed after showering at 11pm one evening and a man walked into the ladies locker area and witnessed me fully naked. When I contacted management they never offered any sort of compliant compensation for my trauma. The layout flaw is a recurring issue apparently because it happened a second time two days after the incident at about 6:20am. This gym is 24 hours and the layout makes it unsafe for any woman trying to change in the locker area. The members violated my privacy yet there has been no action taken toward resolving the trauma and fear I will sustain for the rest of my life due to these incidents. I even placed a reaction video following the event on YouTube and tagged this location.

Positive experience: Although I don’t require much, I am giving Rodney Parham a 4 because I wish the facility had a pool. It’s never over crowed when I go because of the a.m. time. I will say I think it’s time for some NEW EQUIPMENT. While on a cruise, my husband and I went to the gym 3 of the 5 days. OMG their equipment was NICE!!

Fantastic experience: By far the best tanning beds inside of a gym ive used!!!! The only thing that surpasses that is the outstanding friendliness of the entire staff!
