Fantastic experience: T3 is your one stop gym! With great staff and amazing child care. Gym space for all your personal workouts. Various gym classes offered at convenient times. It’s maintained and clean in every area. Ownership is personable, Ike sets a great example for his staff. He also offers opportunity for the community to join in on the amazing atmosphere during holidays at no cost. I’ve attended every class that is offered and every instructor is great. The sauna and wellness pod is an added bonus. All great things to be said about T3!

Positive experience: Gym has fantastic equipment, great energy and clean! The membership package, and how one cancels their membership is why I only gave 4 stars instead of 5. I know it’s like a lot of gym that get you “locked in” and then make it very difficult to cancel but it really was not a pleasant experience. Also the locker room is small and lacking a little, otherwise a fantastic place to work out.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently signed up, and we absolutely love it! The gym is clean, never packed (unlike commercial gyms which are a nightmare), the staff is friendly and helpful. Hands down best gym in the area. My only regret is not signing up earlier! I see too many people complain about the commitment and how you need to give a 60 days notice for cancellation… I don’t understand why people get confused, that’s something clearly explained when you sign up, the staff makes sure they outline the contractual terms before you sign, plus you get your contract in your email. So don’t let those few unhappy people stop you from joining an awesome gym, and get in the way of your fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in town! The staff is phenomenal and Ike (the owner) takes the time to walk through the gym and say hi to all of his members! The bathrooms and showers are always clean. They manage the equipment well so nothing is falling apart. There is plenty of equipment; I'm not waiting for access to equipment at 5 p.m. It's not like the big box gyms where you can't move without bumping into someone at peek hours! In my opionion its a luxury gym experience! They also have add on packages that include daycare for your kid while you train.

Fantastic experience: Had the opportunity to workout at T3 several times and each time was an amazing experience. They have amazing staff and trainers, clean facilities, loads of space and ample equipment. Can’t wait to get back there!

Negative experience: ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! The equipment is as neglected as the members. Happy & long standing employees are rarer than a clean towel, and the locker rooms are a dive into a biohazard pit. The highlight of my membership was leaving it. In short- There are plenty of cheaper, nicer, more professional and CLEANER options in the area.

Fantastic experience: I just started going to this gym and I couldn't be more happy with the switch I made . Austin has been very helpful and welcoming and very personable. He remembers my name and even cheers me on when I'm in the middle of a set. He is definitely an asset to that gym. He has made the experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: I used to like this place. I even pulled it out of collections and then paid off the whole year. But they never stopped charging me nor fixed the issue. I called many time the first time they refunded me and anytime after that just acted clueless and refused to help make it right I had over 6months to use this after I made it right and now due to this I got 2 months of use then had to stop. They want money for months I already paid for. I have called and talked to many different people and got told they would call me back and never heard a word.from them.

Fantastic experience: Was working in Temple at a local hospital and fell upon this gem! Fantastic club for xfit, serious weight-lifters etc. Plenty of racks and lots of free weights. Friendly staff. Only neg - No bumper plates. Clean, well maintained equipment, heigh ceilings. Free hydro massage is a nice touch. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area! I believe day passes are only $15 as well.

Negative experience: The gym is nice but be aware of your contract details. Your account will automatically roll over into a month by month without any reminders AND when you cancel they will make you pay two more months because you have to give them a two month notice. Scandalous and conniving at its finest. Pathetic.

Positive experience: Paid for a membership a month ago and haven’t set foot in there since. The front desk girl had a great personality, very upbeat and motivating but I don’t think she could read when she’s dealing with an introvert. Scared the hell out of me. Maybe someday I’ll come back

Fantastic experience: T3 is AMAZING. They have everything you could ever need on the gym floor and for cardio. They even offer a huge variety of classes you can take if you’re more of a class person. Their staff is so friendly and encouraging. You can tell they put a lot of effort into every detail to make sure their members are happy. We also use their kidzone for our kids (4yr old and 1yr old) - it’s so nice knowing I can drop my kids off and trust that they will be taken care of as well. Seriously can’t recommend this gym enough

Negative experience: I have been going to T3 for a little over a year. I put in my cancellation notice on May 12, 2023, because I drive in from Georgetown and often when classes are cancelled the members are not notified. When you drive in over 30 minutes to attend a class you enjoy only to find out that the class is cancelled after you arrived, it is very frustrating. Communication is not a strong suit of T3. When it rained water leaked in through the ceiling, especially in the cycle room and you would have to ride with water dripping on you. Additionally, cleanliness was always an issue. I don’t think they have a professional housekeeping staff or have the gym cleaned after hours. I think that maybe one time in the year I attended this gym I saw a staff member vacuuming the floor. Since I had heard from previous gym members that they were billed, even after cancellation, I checked in frequently with the front desk and was told multiple times that I would no longer have access to the gym as of July 12, 2023, and that my membership was pending cancellation. On July 9th I was charged for another month. When I called up to the gym, I was told a member of the management team would reach out to me. Big surprise I was not called back……. I called the gym again to figure out what was going on. I spoke with Dawn (she was not helpful), she said she would research my account and give me a call back. She did call me back and she told me that I was charged because I needed to put in a 60-day notice and my membership would now end on August 8th, 2023. So, I guess my membership is paid for another month that I will not be going to this gym. In total for July, they charged me $25 for the annual fee, $3 to pay with my debit card, and $129 for my membership. Now I’m going to have to cancel my debit card to make sure I won’t be charged again. I think this is a terrible way to do business. With so many gyms in the Temple/Belton area that are newly open, feel clean, and are way less expensive. I don’t recommend this gym!

Negative experience: I have been going to T3 for two years and they operate like crooks! First, my bank cancelled my debit card for fraudulent charges, thus, resulting a day late for my monthly auto pay. I called T3 the following day to give my updated payment method but they already took $40 late fee and won't even consider reimbursing the charge! This is horrible customer service! Second, I inform the front desk to cancel my membership on the first week of June since I'm moving to Austin, he said that he submitted a ticket for it. I followed up the second week and the front desk confirmed that auto pay has been cancelled. I check my bank and T3 still charged me for July!!! After I cancelled, they charged another $25 for maintenance!!! Ridiculous!! I won't recommend this gym to my friends in this area. Go to Crunch or Planet Fitness!!

Negative experience: Dealing with these people is like dealing with car salesman.

Fantastic experience: I have been in many gyms in the US and Europe. But this is by far the best! Planet fitness, in their nicer ones, have similar equipment, but they never have childcare. YMCAs offer childcare, but don't offer everything that this gym does. For what I pay for my little YMCA, I would gladly move to this area in order to be a member here. They are so incredibly welcoming and helpful, and I love that they offer a three day pass to experience the culture and variety of fitness classes. If I'm ever back in this area, I'll definitely be coming to see how well this gym is doing! THANK YOU!

Negative experience: Gym takes $200 a month from me when my wife signed up for the $119 challenge. This gym is a scam. Highly disappointed with these crooks! Be very cautious when signing anything with these crooks. They operate like car sale men.

Fantastic experience: One year update: I’ve now been going here for over a year and I can’t say enough about how much I love T3! T3 Fitness’s gym community is one you can’t find anywhere else. It’s family there, everyone wants to help and support one another. It’s truly a safe space for everyone! The owner of the gym, the fitness instructors, and your fellow workout friends! I can’t praise this gym enough. The equipment is fantastic, the day care is so good to the kiddos, the fitness classes are killer and so fun! Most favorite gym I have ever been to! I signed up for a membership asap! The owner Ike gets to know everyone that comes in, and the trainers do the same! The gym is so nice and clean, and even has a daycare for my baby so I can work out! The daycare workers are so nice and good with my one year old! The classes are so fun and intense! You can’t beat the environment T3 has to offer.

Fantastic experience: I've been to several of the other gym options in the area and been at T3 for some time. With a new popular chain opening here is what I can say about T3. T3 is vested in the community, it is not a cooperate conglomerate that views the member as a number. You are an individual and that speaks volumes in how the owner is present on a daily basis, makes it a point to engage everyone and hosts events to support other locally owned businesses. With regard to the hours.....I look at it from this perspective......Fitness is a lifestyle. Much like I'd pay a personal trainer the expectation is I do my part to make it happen. If I have access to a 24/7 gym I make excuses not to go, certain hours force me to incorporate my workout into a daily schedule. Realistically, I totally get first responders limitations as well as medical staff. What I noticed with other 24/7 options, a lot of the equipment breaks even before some places have been open for a month, it's not a fluid workout space or the equipment and appearance is lacking. I went to Crunch and noticed a few leg machines broken, no paper towels in the machines to clean machines. T3 is about quality.....you pay for certain supplements, workout gear or beauty products because of the reputation and quality of ingredients in the product. T3 embraces a family atmosphere and staff as well as ownership genuinely care about your experience. The gym is always clean and the culture is even more welcoming. No matter your size or current fitness status, there is always staff or members there to fix your form or give some pro tips. Additionally, having teens, this facility has members who teach kids to have pride in their community, embody integrity, be compassionate and respectful. I've seen members hold each other accountable and in a culture people turn their heads I watch as members pick up things left behind, offer to help others or simply give encouragement. That's a gym culture I wanted to be a part of. Ike is truly a humble person and is always present with a kind word, a smile and cares about your experience. His lovely family encompasses integrity, hard work and ingenuity. I get the cost for some, but it's a small business and the epitome of the American dream, with hard work and grit you can be successful. The staff they select are knowledgeable, friendly and always have a smile on their face quick to address concerns or needs. You're not a number at T3, you're an individual. I am by no means a fitness model or even close to it, but I've been humbled by those training for shows stopping to give me tips on improving my form mainly because they didn't want to see me hurt myself. That says a lot. T3 embodies community, respect, humbleness, kindness, teaches pride in community, open to feedback and helps build character in our youth who look to the adults who carry themselves in there for guidance. I support small businesses because there are some things that are truly priceless..... It's way more than a gym, a way of life....it's a community. There are things I can cut out that don't give me the rewards I get walking into this gym. My health and mental well being improved because of the environment here. It's worth it....

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked out at so many gyms around the country (Gold’s, Fitness Connection, Planet Fitness, 24 hour fitness, other boutique gyms etc.) and none compare to Titan Total Training. The gym is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained with several unique machines (recently they added several more really fancy ones), they have a sauna and free towels, and I’m always greeted so warmly by the front desk staff. T3 has been one of the best parts of living in Temple. If you want to achieve your fitness goals, this is the place!

Fantastic experience: Just switch over to this gym. I really like that there are multiple machines and dumbell setups so my workout is never interrupted no matter how busy it gets! Thanks guys!

Negative experience: Gorgeous location staff very friendly! However, beware! Do yourself a big favor and only give them a month in advanced payment if you decide to join them because they will keep your money if you pay them out good faith for a whole year and decide to cancel your membership due unexpected circumstances. Not a great way to make a profit out of a two month usage. Sometimes is best to keep your good reputation rather than fight for a 400.00 profit. Bad business conduct. It is a non-commitment membership but don’t give them your money too early! The power of information is more valuable than a quick profit! Buyer beware.

Negative experience: I love t3 but I pay the base price to attend the gym and I still feel I pay far too much for what I’m given. For a price point of 45 a month at least you could be open for decent hours, like past 9 on a Friday night. Considering all competing gyms in the area are 24/7 for a fraction of the price the nice equipment barely makes up for this.

Fantastic experience: Had my first workout today and the place is absolutely gorgeous as a whole. Sanitary, up to date, easily accessible and to say friendly is a vast understatement. The staff is very personable and after speaking w a few of them you can just tell they care and if you’re really serious about getting your body where you want it to be they’ll be the forerunners of helping you achieve that(if you’re taking your training sessions with them) and even if you’re on your own they’re always readily available to answer your questions and get you where you need to be. If I had to suggest anything it would be to potentially consider adding some sort of court to play basketball on even if it’s a half cause from what I’ve seen they’ve pretty much optimized all the space they have. Understandable if it couldn’t be done but would dang sure be a cool spot to hoop at and not have to worry about the elements or some of the people that like to show up and cause problems. One of the very few things where I see my account being charged and don’t regret that’s it’s taking money from me

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in the area. Very clean and the personal is very personable. I have been going here for 6 yrs. Ike Shaw makes it a point to get to know all of his members and treats you like family. There are so many awesome trainers at T3 . If you are looking for a gym to call home you need come check out T3 .

Fantastic experience: when I first came to T3 ike (owner) came up to me and my friends and instantly introduced him self and made us feel so welcomed and it got us to stay here because no other gym has done that.. now a year later me and ike are besties and i’ve met so many amazing people and close friends here and the gym makes you feel at home and constantly growing and if you haven’t checked out T3 the equipment is GREAT, people are WONDERFUL and soo motivating and everyone keep you wanting to grow and to grow with the gym. Very blessed to have found T3 and to have the people here in my life

Negative experience: I joined 4 months ago paid extra for the challenge. My doctor recommended that I Do Not do the challenge due to health issues. There is a non refundable clause in the contract so, I spoke to the desk manager who transferred me to the person in charge of training. I was told they would provide me a personal trainer in place of the challenge. I've called several times inquiring about a trainer, each time I was told someone would contact me. ITS BEEN FOUR MONTHS AND I'M SPENDING $119 PER MONTH TO WORK OUT ON MY OWN. If you ask a person more than twice, it's begging! At this point I feel like I have been taken advantage of and disrespected!! I wouldn't accept their training now even if they offer it again. I just have to wait it out for another 8 months of $119 per month during a recession!! Then I will find a respectable gym to spend my money. #Livid Update: Sorry but, I was at the gym November 27, 2022 being ignored.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I did not have a good experience visiting this gym. Glennis, The person I scheduled my appointment with did not show up to give me the tour and to talk about my goals. I ws interested in getting personal trainer and she wasn't available either. I was really looking forward to starting my health and wellness journey but was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the these individuals

Fantastic experience: Beautiful gym! Very well kept, clean, and lots of amenities. It can be a little pricey, but is well worth the money (and health) as long as you use it! Love the place, and very happy with it.

Fantastic experience: The gym is awesome! The place is extremely clean, the owner and his staff are extremely friendly and personable. This gym has that small hometown gym feel. It's not a corporate mega gym. Because of that you will pay a bit more for monthly premiums. Everyone has to try and make money. Where the benefit comes in this is it keeps the trash out. The fake lifters, the clubers, the socializers, the a$$holes that sit on the equipment playing on their phones and taking selfies. Go find a cheaper gym if the prices bother you. That just means those of us who go to the gym to actually put in the work can get our work in! If you want a gym with great equipment, a great atmosphere, and a diehard work ethic T3 is it. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: 5 out of 5 stars because you get everything you could want from a gym. You get a nice clean gym, brand new equipment, rarely does anything go out, a very well crafted sauna, perfectly spaced, and the best part is Ike the owner. That man makes it his mission to get to know everyone that walks into his gym. This place is homegrown and is a gem here in Temple Texas. Trainers walk around giving advice and, of course, the employees are ALWAYS there to help with anything. The price of the gym may certainly scare some away. It scared me away for awhile, but if you put your money anywhere else, it is a waste of time and money, you will regret the decision because no place is better. The classes here at T3 are also amazing. I have worked with two trainers ( Cabot Booth and Anti Johnson) for their classes. Bootcamp makes you get a great workout. Cabot is full of energy and I swear he is always happy to help you improve, even if it's a class. I love T3!

Fantastic experience: Ike and the team at T3 have a very special place to train here. They have a world class facility with all the amenities that you expect at a big corporate gym, but with the local home town feel that you get from a locally owned business. Super clean and updated equipment. If you have tried a boot camp here, you gotta try it out!

Fantastic experience: BEST GYM EVER!! If you aren't going here you are missing out! I've been a member for 4 years and can't imagine going anywhere else. They have anything you could ever want in a gym...wide variety of group fitness classes, weights & cardio room, personal training, sauna, tanning/spray tanning, kids zone, The Healthy Place, and soo much more! Friendly front desk staff, AMAZING instructors/trainers, and members that encourage each other! The atmosphere is friendly & inviting and classes are offered from 5am-6:30pm, so no matter your work schedule you can get your workout in. People look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them how much I love this place, but you just have to come try it out and you will see why me & so many others can't get enough of it!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym since it was the old Gym X, and it has far exceeded my expectations with the new set up. This gym was remodeled and had a lot of money put into it, so that we as a community could have a nice facility to come work out in. It’s simply the best in this area!! I see everyone complaining about prices and hours…but when an owner puts sweat and work into bringing something like this to life, pricing and other things are going to change. Supply and demand. Simple economics. It’s easy to be an armchair quarterback and complain. Your 1 visit doesn’t justify your 1 star review. Keep up the great work! This gym is great! I recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I went and worked out with one of the trainers Kevin Geel, he did an really good job getting me and my friends a huge chest and triceps pump. He knew what he was doing, constantly was engaged with us, making sure we did proper form and heavy weight to failure or close to. Definitely recommend him if your looking for a sick pump.

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service, I was helped by the GM (Rey) very professional. I had an issue that happened with the previous gym that titan bought out. Fantastic experience: Gym just got renovated and has brand new equipment, weights, and machines. Staff is friendly and they keep the gym including bathrooms very clean.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE this gym I have been coming to this gym for about 4 years now and have fallen in love with the place and the people. It’s become my second home. The KidZone upstairs...Courtney and Tiara are AMAZING and take such good care of my kids as if they were their own they are always so attentive and excited to see my kids when we go upstairs! I feel 100% comfortable sending my kids with the girls upstairs so I can go enjoy a great workout at a beautiful gym! We are T3!

Positive experience: This gym has everything - membership level choices, child care, rewards, massage, non-invasive body contouring, physical therapy, variety of free classes for most members, plenty of equipment, roomy, dry sauna, personal trainers, consulting, spacious locker rooms, and more! I love the early hours Mon. - Fri. Please start recycling plastic!

Negative experience: If you want a gym where you sign a contract for 24 hours during the week and then they change it because of “COVID” but never change it back then proceed to charge you 40$ for a gym that while it is incredibly nice is not worth 40$. Then this is the perfect gym for you!
