Fantastic experience: Awesome staff and great facilities

Fantastic experience: I just have to brag on how clean the women's locker room and showers are, as well as the gym! The calendar stays full of a variety of classes that will meet the needs from beginner to advanced levels! Also, I am thankful for a gym and physical therapy location all in one, just a few miles from my home! I'm thankful for an indoor pool and hot tub for ongoing pool therapy and excercises that I need. I utilize it as a gym and also for physical therapy needs I've previously went through and currently going through. Fantastic experience: I have only had nice experiences here. They made a billing mistake and corrected it without any problems. Nice staff, they have child care on certain nights, and an indoor pool, and gym with a Cardio room with plenty of tvs.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Great class selection, full time Physical therapy staff, tons of equipment and cardio. Also has aquatic classes and basketball court. I love that there are people of all ages and physicality here so that everyone Feels welcome.The staff are amazing, accessible, and have been a great help to my father over the years.

Fantastic experience: My toddler goes to PT here & all of the therapists are great... as well as the other patients. He often gets cranky & upset about having to do therapy but EVERYONE is always so patient, kind, and understanding. They work with him & know when to push him and when not to... The front desk staff is always wonderful. We've never had any issues scheduling, canceling, or rescheduling appointments.

Fantastic experience: Super Nice! Clean! Today was my 1st physical therapy after my surgery on my right shoulder and it was painful! But this girl was very gentle and very sweet she knew that I was uncomfortable for the pain. She helped me through my exercises and at the end she put ice pack on my shoulder and like electric small patches it felt really good! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Cornerstone! Traveling the 30 minutes from Alabaster is totally worth it! Love the people, classes are great, and their facilities are top notch!

Friendly staff members, clean pool and clean hot tub spa, it's also great for a great and best relaxation after doing a hard workout after and hour or so or whenever. I really greatly recommend this place so much, you'll love it. ❤️

Positive experience: Bigger than I'd expected, but previously, I had been there for physical therapy, so saw relatively little of it. People (both clients and staff) have been helpful.

Positive experience: Physical therapy isn't that great. There are too many patients with 1 person. They cant keep everyone on track.

Fantastic experience: The only heated pool that is almost 90°. I love swimming in the early morning. They also have a great Physical Therapy team.(old review) I have been coming here about 7 years and it is still the warmest cleanest pool around!! Friendly staff—I love Kristi the receptionist—she’s soo friendly and helpful!! The hot tub is very warm and nice as well. They have a full gym with all kinds of equipment, lots of swimming classes; arthritis classes—great place to get in shape!!

Fantastic experience: They have classes I can take in the evenings which includes aqua classes. They also provide babysitting services and physical therapy. Staff are great!

Positive experience: If groups for fitness is your forte Cornerstone is your best investment in yourself. If you are lucky enough to qualify for Silver Sneakers, Cornerstone is on the list of participants.
