Castor Fitness

Fantastic experience: I teach classes out of Castor fitness. It's a great place to workout: high quality dance floor with BARRE and mirrors, great lighting&sound, a heater and fans. There's even a shower in the bathroom and a reception area to take your shoes off before class. You must climb about six steps with the railing to enter the building although there is a wheelchair ramp around the back through a sliding glass door if needed. I've been renting space there 4 years as owner of Heal in Motion PT. Bookings required. pilates mat, core, balance, fitness and full body strength classes! swing on by and try a class!
