Fantastic experience: I love my boot camp crew! I am definitely not a morning person but Coach Joe has encouraged such a supportive and motivating environment that I am inspired to show up and put in the work. I have always felt intimidated by large commercial fitness centers, but EFG is like a family. There is no judgement and they all make you feel comfortable. They have many classes and the 24hr access is a plus for me! I can honestly say that since joining this gym I have seen my biggest weight transformation. I am beyond satisfied!

Fantastic experience: Hi I’m coach Shimmy. And I must say I love being a coach/trainer here at Energy Force. Here at energy force we are not just a gym, but a family. A unity which moves with integrity and loyalty. I’m so grateful Joe has given me the opportunity to show my talent and passion for what I love doing, and that’s helping others achieve their goals. As well as being there as a support system for my clients. Not only do I have the room to grow but I have the ability to be myself in this family base atmosphere gym.

Fantastic experience: Took a leap of faith and joined the 16 week fitness/weight loss challenge back in February. Delighted to report that I have experienced an increase in energy, strength, & flexibility through consistent attendance to the many offered classes. I recently started personal training sessions, as well. I might add that I am 61 and feel comfortable with all of the trainers here. They have become like family !! Fantastic experience: I stumbled upon Energy Force almost a year ago because I was tired of all the “big box” corporate gyms and support somewhere local. From the moment I stepped in I felt like I was “home” and joined on the spot. When I did, the owner Joe said to me “welcome to the family.” And that’s the exact feeling I and every other member have when at EFT. Sometimes I will even stay longer after my workout just to stay and hang out! Now, I have been blessed with the opportunity to become a coach and trainer at EFT and it still hasn’t changed my feelings- the gym is still home to me. I see Joe as a mentor who constantly lifts me up to be the best version of myself and as a trainer and have become great friends with all the other trainers. If you’re looking for results AND community this is the place you should be!

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how much I LOVE my boot camp class! Joe is a tough coach, but we all have so much fun while we suffer (no pain, no gain). There are so many classes to choose, plus the weights and equipment are there to use in the gym any time. I've seen a few other classes and coaches, and they're all great. I highly recommend this gym, especially if you're uncomfortable in large gyms like me. This feels like a family, and everyone from staff to members is approachable.

Fantastic experience: I Joined energy force a few months ago and it has been a great experience. It’s a very comfortable environment without any intimidation, the coaches are all excellent and welcoming. I cannot say enough how happy I am that I have found this place. Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! Great atmosphere! Educated hard working staff and management! A place where you actually TRAIN and get results !

Negative experience: Place is a dump, the owner is a joke charges people by how much they say they can afford and then cancels the training lessons and has to reschedule. Machines don't work all half broken.
