Fantastic experience: This gym and its trainers know what they are doing. I have been regularly working out for over a decade. I was encouraged and pushed in a healthy but competitive way. The strength HIIT workout encorporated multiple apparatus and equipment which trained unpredictable muscle functionality lol if thats even a word. Overall if you want to get a great workout in a safe competitive environment this is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: I love this Gym the classes are different all the time . The trainer Kristyn creates them daily to always have you working hard the people are cool. I feel very comfortable there. No judgment . Now I do personal training with Kristyn and I feel great! Kristyn always explains what muscle groups we are working on . And how to get the most out of your workout! This is the place to be and people travel just to take her classes.

Fantastic experience: I have always had trouble sticking to a routine, always getting bored and ruining my progress, the team at Generation fit does a great job mixing up workouts and creating an enjoyable experience which makes it that much easier to get to the gym each day
