Fantastic experience: I was so excited to hear Frisco was getting a barre studio, and it’s even better that the owner and instructors are all local, knowledgeable, and fun! They’ve done an amazing job at adapting to the pandemic which hit smaller gyms so hard. They offer a variety of classes, in person and virtual options. The workouts are extremely effective. They’re a perfect addition to a mountain lifestyle to build up stabilizer muscles and core muscle groups that help prevent injury. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I love the Mommy and Me classes! I do not have childcare so I need to be able to take my baby with me places I go. This class offers a great workout, a chance to socialize with other mothers, and a place my baby can interact with other babies!! Nice clean studio and great instructors!!

Fantastic experience: All the instructors at this studio are awesome! This is a great little studio to be apart of, I like that it is small and they are very personable. They also do a great job of still hosting classes while mitigating the risks of transmitting COVID

Fantastic experience: I love Barre Forte Summit County! The teachers are so friendly and they make you WORK throughout class - seriously, your muscles will be shaking in the best way. I'm temporarily living in Frisco and have been visiting the studio for about a month, but I can already see/feel a difference in my muscle tone. Cannot recommend this studio enough!

Fantastic experience: Never in my experience of taking barre classes have I had the opportunity to meet the most wonderful staff and owner, Katelyn. She is the BEST for new barre goers, helps to adjust your form, and makes everyone feel so welcomed. I go to class several times a week because of not only the atmosphere, but also the strength and toning I have noticed in my body. I’ll be going for LIFE! Thank you Katelyn and staff for making Barre Forte Summit County the BEST place for a workout!!!

Fantastic experience: I had never tried a barre class before, but when they ran a promotion with a cycling business in Breck I decided to go for it! This is such a clean (important these days!) and professional studio. The teachers and classes were easy to follow even though I’d never done one before. It’s a hard workout but zero impact, which I love. Could tell I’m getting stronger after just a couple weeks. I will be sad to leave Barre Forte when I leave Summit County soon.

Fantastic experience: This studio is top notch! My first class was FREE (a local special) so that I could see if it was a good fit and I was hooked. All of the instructors are motivated, positive, and really work hard to provide a variety of barre workouts and help before, during, and after class with modifications. I am pregnant and this is a GREAT way for me to try and stay active during pregnancy. All of the instructors have really gone out of their way with modifications specific for pregnancy which has made my experience at the studio feel so comfortable and welcoming. They are always offering specials and giveaways to encourage their clients to stay active and keep things as affordable as possible. Definitely give this place a shot, you won't regret it!!

Fantastic experience: Barre Forte Summit County is wonderful! The classes are very thorough and engaging. The teachers are amazing and create an environment where you have fun and get an amazing workout. They are al ways ready to assist and even modify workouts based on personal needs. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: LOVE this studio! Katelyn and all the staff are wonderful. They made me feel so welcome and supported. Each class is challenging and each instructor provides their own twist on the exercises. Everyone made me feel motivated to reach the best version of my self - which was more about how I felt, than how I looked (but it also didn't hurt that I saw consistent improvements in my strength and muscle tone :) ). 10 out of 10 would go here every single day if I could!!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful new studio with padded floor, ballet bars on three sides, mirrored walls, fabulous sound system, and all equipment provided. High energy instructors will exercise every muscle in your body. A great workout and lots of fun. It's a big city Studio come to Frisco Colorado.

Fantastic experience: Katelyn, both a Barre instructor and Barre owner, is passionate, motivating, and encouraging. From the Barre routine, to the enthusiasm she puts behind each and every session, to the sleek studio ambience; Barre Forte Summit County is a hidden gem. I was completely new to barre as an exercise and I am so grateful I was introduced to it. After taking a few classes I am now a firm believer in it. I leave each class feeling stronger and healthier. I have been dealing with low back and shoulder pain due to not taking care of my body. My pain has diminished immensely. Each instructor that I have had for class has been wonderful! I have appreciated how they encourage me and correct my incorrect biomechanics. If you have not tried a barre class do not miss out on trying this studio... you will love it!
