Fantastic experience: The mommy and me class has been a perfect way to work out, meet other moms and have my 10 month old socialize with other babies!! We look forward to it every week!

Fantastic experience: I was thrilled to hear that Frisco was getting a barre studio, and it's even better that the owner and instructors are all local, knowledgeable, and enjoyable! They have done a remarkable job of adjusting to the pandemic which had a huge impact on smaller gyms. They offer a range of classes, both in person and virtually. The exercises are incredibly effective. They are an ideal addition to a mountain lifestyle for strengthening stabilizer muscles and core muscle groups to help avoid injury. I highly suggest them.

Fantastic experience: I am a huge fan of the Mommy and Me classes! As I do not have childcare, it's important for me to be able to take my baby with me wherever I go. This class provides a great workout and an opportunity to meet and chat with other moms. Furthermore, my baby can play and socialize with other babies! The studio is also very clean and the instructors are fantastic!

Fantastic experience: All the instructors at this studio are awesome! This is a great little studio to be apart of, I like that it is small and they are very personable. They also do a great job of still hosting classes while mitigating the risks of transmitting COVID

Fantastic experience: In all the barre classes I've attended, I've never been fortunate enough to meet such an amazing staff and owner, Katelyn. She's the perfect person to help newcomers to barre, she assists with form and makes everyone feel so welcome. I visit the studio multiple times a week because of the great atmosphere and the strength and toning I've seen in my body. I'm hooked and will be attending classes for life! A huge thank you to Katelyn and her staff for making Barre Forte Summit County the ultimate workout spot!

Fantastic experience: I had never taken a barre class prior to this experience, but I was intrigued when I heard about a promotional deal with a cycling business in Breck. The studio was very neat and well-run, and the instructors made the class easy to follow even though I was a beginner. The workout was challenging, yet there was no impact on my body, which I really appreciated. After only a couple of weeks, I could already feel myself getting stronger. I will be sorry to depart Barre Forte when I leave Summit County soon.

Fantastic experience: This studio is top notch! My first class was FREE (a local special) so that I could see if it was a good fit and I was hooked. All of the instructors are motivated, positive, and really work hard to provide a variety of barre workouts and help before, during, and after class with modifications. I am pregnant and this is a GREAT way for me to try and stay active during pregnancy. All of the instructors have really gone out of their way with modifications specific for pregnancy which has made my experience at the studio feel so comfortable and welcoming. They are always offering specials and giveaways to encourage their clients to stay active and keep things as affordable as possible. Definitely give this place a shot, you won't regret it!!

Fantastic experience: Barre Forte Summit County is wonderful! The classes are very thorough and engaging. The teachers are amazing and create an environment where you have fun and get an amazing workout. They are al ways ready to assist and even modify workouts based on personal needs. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: LOVE this studio! Katelyn and all the staff are wonderful. They made me feel so welcome and supported. Each class is challenging and each instructor provides their own twist on the exercises. Everyone made me feel motivated to reach the best version of my self - which was more about how I felt, than how I looked (but it also didn't hurt that I saw consistent improvements in my strength and muscle tone :) ). 10 out of 10 would go here every single day if I could!!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful new studio with padded floor, ballet bars on three sides, mirrored walls, fabulous sound system, and all equipment provided. High energy instructors will exercise every muscle in your body. A great workout and lots of fun. It's a big city Studio come to Frisco Colorado.

Fantastic experience: Katelyn, both a Barre instructor and Barre owner, is passionate, motivating, and encouraging. From the Barre routine, to the enthusiasm she puts behind each and every session, to the sleek studio ambience; Barre Forte Summit County is a hidden gem. I was completely new to barre as an exercise and I am so grateful I was introduced to it. After taking a few classes I am now a firm believer in it. I leave each class feeling stronger and healthier. I have been dealing with low back and shoulder pain due to not taking care of my body. My pain has diminished immensely. Each instructor that I have had for class has been wonderful! I have appreciated how they encourage me and correct my incorrect biomechanics. If you have not tried a barre class do not miss out on trying this studio... you will love it!
