French Creek Gym

Fantastic experience: This gym is open 24 hours a day, allowing local athletes to work out whenever they please. It is a low-key, old-school free weight facility, and patrons are expected to clean up after themselves and put the weights back in their place. Great owners and members make this a great place to exercise.

Fantastic experience: The proprietor is very quick to respond and obliging. The fitness center is equipped with all you need for an excellent exercise session any time of day or night. The patrons are extremely polite and always return the weights to their proper places, which is a great bonus.

Fantastic experience: In from Texas. Rob set me up over the phone for the week. $30. Key club style where he gives you code to access 24/7. I’ve been lifting for 35 years... this place is perfect for fitness, bodybuilding, CrossFit or just getting in some cardio. Pretty of squat racks, benches, dumbellls, cable stacks, med balls, etc. . About 12 cardio machines of all types. Bikes, rowers, treadmills. Thx Rob & French Creek!

The fact that it's taken a year to write this review has weighed on my conscious but is also an indicator of how much of a welcoming and warm experience I had. The owner was super helpful, friendly, accommodating and I would totally encourage anyone else to go.

Fantastic experience: Great little gym, open 24 hours, has 2 squat/deadlift racks, 1 bench press and 1 Smith machine, lots of free weights, cardio stuff upstairs, not much missing. All stuff is well maintained and people are friendly, no crowds. A local's place, Rob is really cool and flexible. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Called the number listed and spoke with the mgr the first night I got into town. We set up payment for the week up over the phone and I had access to the gym soon after. Easy peasy! Didn't have to miss out on my workouts while on vay cay.
