Fantastic experience: I had a pedicure at Anjali with Brenda. Everything seemed spotlessly clean, seating was comfortable and Brenda was wonderful! She listened and paid attention to my requests, which is huge if you have any "issues" and are not exactly a regular. I left with my feet feeling great and my toes looking even better!
Positive experience: Beautiful resort! The spa and amenities are exceptional. We did a Travelzoo voucher for a weekend getaway in Vail and our group had the custom facial and custom massage which we only had positive experience to tell. However upon check out the lady on the front desk rushed to put together gift bags that came with the voucher. She made me feel like a nuisance as she was making excuses that the spa was very busy with reservations to which I responded that there’s nothing to worry. Two women checking out after me used a Travelzoo voucher as well but that same front desk employee was giving them preferential treatment going to great lengths asking them what samples they would like on their gift bag. Well unfortunately I was NOT asked the same and I felt that it was an unfair treatment because I’m of the male gender. This is perhaps an unconscious bias that they need to train all employees on as it is unacceptable behavior especially for an upscale hotel chain. This maybe a non issue but it carries weight on the overall customer experience.
Negative experience: I received a pre-natal massage from Spa Anjali last Saturday. During the massage, I asked to receive a lighter touch on my hip area as it was hurting me, and I was told that they 'were barely touching me.' They also did not provide an option to be slightly elevated during the service, and I was flat on my back for the front part of the massage (not ideal or safe for a pre-natal massage). The service provider gave some beneficial information during the treatment & I really enjoyed the Westin's pool area and relaxation room, but overall, the massage itself was not a very pleasant experience. It hurt to walk in my hip area for the following two days, which is why I felt the need to write a review, especially when you consider the cost of the service.

Positive experience: The spa is beautiful. I do have some cautions for people who value quiet. The spa facilities are built around the locker room. When you are in the sauna you can hear the toilets flush and when you are in the steam and sauna you can hear people talking in the locker room. Although there are signs asking people to keep conversation to a minimum, people talk loud in the locker room and I found it disturbing. Even the employees walk around giving tours in regular voice. Overall, I won't be back. My massage was just okay. This is really a warning for people who are sensitive to noise and want their spa experience to be luxuriously quiet. This isn't the place for you.
Fantastic experience: Loved this spa! Roy nice relation room with great snacks. The steam room and sauna were very relaxing and not crowded at all. I enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs as well as the pool. My massage was incredible! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Relaxing, beautiful and well put together. This is our go to spa when we are up for a visit to vail, Avon or copper. I have been very happy with facials, massages, & pedicures. Give yourself sometime before, after or between services to enjoy the sauna and relaxing room. Expect to spend a little more on your spa services anywhere in the mountains. Prices are comparable to any other resort here.
Positive experience: The overall experience at the spa was nice (kind front desk staff, clean lounge), but my actual facial left me frustrated. The esthetician talked me into an add on and assured me it would leave my face more hydrated than with the standard treatment. However, I still had dry and flaky skin the remainder of the day. I’m disappointed and frustrated I was talked into more that didn’t help my skin.

Fantastic experience: There is nothing better than skiing all day and ending your day at the spa! The massage was wonderful and the amenities that are included were top notch!

Fantastic experience: This review is only for a stylist at the salon, Gabrielle S. I have never been to this salon so I am only writing regarding my AWESOME experiences with Gabrielle. Gabrielle had been doing my cut and color for seven whole years and she recently made a switch to a new state so sadly we have parted ways. I stuck with Gabrielle for so long because she has a lot of outstanding qualities. She really listens to you, interprets what you want and is able to translate that into a great look for you. She is great about asking any questions and making sure you are on the same page. I have natural curls and many places I tried just did not know what to do with curls. Gabrielle knows how to cut curly hair so it always maintains a great shape, even after a couple months. She is fantastic at natural-looking and easily maintainable color. People are shocked when they learn I dye my hair! I have never been disappointed after an appointment with Gabrielle. She is also such a sweetheart, easy to talk to, and she really goes the extra mile to get to know you. She does an amazing job and is a great person to boot. Go see her!

Negative experience: Paid 230 with gratuity for an 80 minute massage that was booked to be deep tissue. It wasn’t- Swedish. And the discussion at the beginning of the massage with the therapist was not in Swedish. Great facial for same price- would recommend Laurie- but not Erin if you want and pay for deep tissue. Spa itself was mediocre- chaise lounges had oil marks from people’s hair. It was very average ambiance at best. Yes - I realize the location- but not great overall experience.

Fantastic experience: This was my second deep tissue massage with Yoskay at Spa Anjali in Avon. One of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. He is great at finding the areas that need extra attention. I’ve already booked more massage appointments with him. The spa is very nice. Great amenities. Steam and sauna are great after your massage. The front desk staff is also very good. Tiffany worked hard to book our next appointments. We will see you soon Spa Anjali!!

Fantastic experience: Ok SO I was skeptical because I couldn’t find a ton of recent reviews and the few reviews that were recent were not great. BUT… I am sooooooo glad I didn’t listen to them!!! THIS PLACE WAS HEAVEN ON FRIGGIN EARTH. Brenda who checked us in was very nice and communicative all day long. We went Saturday morning at 10am and we both got 50 minute massages and didn’t want them to end. Aurora has hands of pure GOLD. I never wanted her to stop. The facility is STUNNING and worth every penny. Everyone who came out of their massage service was so happy and glowy. We spent all day coming and going from the hot tubs to the fireplace where we read our books and relaxed. It was the perfect day off. And take my advice…. TAKE A DAMN SHOWER those shower heads are life-changing. I think this company would benefit from giving a small discount for people to leave a review. Because so many people were chatting about how amazing they were but if the spread the word via reviews it would totally outnumber the negative nellys!

Negative experience: Very disappointed. Purchased a yoga outfit for my wife, sent her a picture of it, she didn’t like it. I returned the full priced item less than 12 hours later with receipt, only to be told due to Covid they were not accepting returns or exchanges. Every other store does. Poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: Very relaxing spa. We enjoyed both the massage and the hotel's outdoor hot tub. It was a lovely afternoon and helped us relax after a week of skiing.

Negative experience: Booked a women’s hair cut. Not only was it more expensive than expected but the wash and cut were poor quality. I was never once asked if I was happy with the cut or for any feedback at all. I will have to have another appointment to fix my hair. Particularly given the price point I would never recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: Disappointed to say the least. I tried booking two day spa packages valuing at $780. Having a current facial skin reaction/irritation (being treated through my dermatologist) I requested to sub the facial portion for the foot treatment which was the same in duration/value and length. Their sister location at the Charter was much more accommodating and helpful but had no availability. This location had the availability but refused and offered no other options/suggestions. They weren’t accommodating or helpful. For a highly rated luxury spa to be so lacking in customer service is unbelievably disappointing, especially when I am eager to pay the premium price as I value what they have to offer. This being a luxury destination vacation spot I have high expectations around customer and guest experience especially when it come to reasonable requests.
Positive experience: Good experience with a scrub and wrap. Massage was just ok. Never asked about pressure/checked in, also my therapist was sick and had post nasal drip during the massage portion and I had trouble relaxing. 20% gratuity auto-included - I don’t really care for that either.

Fantastic experience: Today I had Erin for my fifty minute deep tissue massage and she was INCREDIBLE! I've worked in the spa industry for a long time and she was definitely one of the best. The Spa itself is also something to ensure you have time for. Lots of details and facilities to utilize. I found out today I could take complimentary fitness classes with my spa day, next time I will make a day of it! But for now I will enjoy my book in the spa lounge. Fantastic experience: Lovely place. We stayed at the resort for the main purpose of using the spa. Our massages were very relaxing and thorough. We loved the facilities and products offered. Very clean and inviting space. We will be returning.
Fantastic experience: Very elegant. Clean, and love that it smells great! Expensive but easily accessable from Weston Hotel or parking downstairs, which they validate.

Positive experience: Very nice spa with relaxing atmosphere. I like that they have a nicely appointed locker room and lounge area. We went to the outside hot tubs before our treatment. They were able to accommodate our group of 5 which was nice and they were surprisingly busy for October! My actual massage was very good and professional. Only issue was with a champagne and cheese plate order that had been gifted to us not being right but they made it right after the person who gifted it called the spa.

Negative experience: Overall, our experience at the Westin was great However, I had a very disappointing experience at Spa Anjali. Two weeks prior to the trip, I called and made reservations for a manicure and two pedicures for my mom, sister, and myself. When I made the appointment I emphasized that I wanted to select a service that we could all do at the same time, and the girl booking the reservation assured me we could have our pedicures/manicure at the same time and be near each other so we could talk during. I never received an email confirming my appointment, so I called the day before to confirm the time. At that point, the spa told me that we were booked for two pedicures at 11, but that the manicure wouldn't start until noon because there were only two nail technicians. When I told her that I had booked them for the same time, she told me that was impossible because there were only two technicians and there wouldn't have been a way to book them at the same time. Honestly, it felt a little like a bait and switch. We ended up going to the appointments because we were already outside of the 24 hour cancellation window, but the fact that we had to stagger our appointments meant that we missed out on some of our other planned activities for the day. To top it off, my manicure chipped less than 24 hours later. When I pay $65 plus 20% gratuity, I would expect higher quality. All in all, it put a really bad taste in my mouth and I will not be back.
