Fantastic experience: Everything you’d want in a gym, no hassle using preferred equipment. Equipment is great from cardio to dumbbells to racks to platforms to machines to turf area. Gives you feeling of being in an old school gym, although massive.

Negative experience: Gym is overall not that bad staff is not bad at all. They are just very inconsistent with their hours that are posted online and in person. they say they close at 7 on weekends wel i went there at 6 and they are closed they should be open just as late on weekends not just weekdays.

Fantastic experience: This is were Hercules would chose to work out!!! The best workout facility in the greater Cleveland area. Spacious, not overcrowded, tons of free weights, great cross fit equipment, nice variety of nautilus equipment. Its not a planet fitness, its the next level, if you are looking to really workout and this is the place with the space and equipment to do so. Its the real deal. Thank you Don Pope for having a real workout facility in Cleveland.

Fantastic experience: An awesome gym for anyone in the area who’s serious about lifting weights or getting in shape. The space is enormous and they have everything you could ever need. Don and Dawn are awesome, everyone at the front desk and the trainers are so friendly.

Fantastic experience: Friendly owners, no waiting for equipment, for me close to home.

Positive experience: Pros: spacious space, nice equipment with a good variety of options, not too crowded. Cons: it’s overpriced, not worth $45 a month. No showers, sauna, cardio theater or spinning room, no water bottle fill up stations, fitness classes aren’t included, no mirrors in the locker room. Only one stair master that doesn’t seem to work. (I love stair masters) Esporta fitness in westlake is $40 a month and it has everything I listed above plus a pool and child care center. Fireworks in Rocky river is $37 a month and also has everything I listed above. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good gym and you can get an excellent workout - but it’s overpriced. Especially when you start comparing it to what’s around you. You can get more for your money elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Equipment and atmosphere are what you need to get make gains. Many different options available to change routine up. Everyone is very friendly and respectful. Great gym!

Negative experience: A lot of potential. Overall I really like the gym, huge space and interested to see where they take it. These changes are small but it would go a long way! If the changes are made and sustained I will gladly write another review in 3-6 months. How to improve: 1. Sanitation dispensers are often out 2. Weights are typically thrown all over the place or weights are not racked 3. Ditch the towels to wipe the machines down and buy industrial towels that can be thrown out

Negative experience: Nice gym. Predatory subscription practices that make it hard to cancel should always result in a 1 star however.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! My son and I have been training here for a little over a year. We recently started training with Eddy and I cannot speak highly enough of him! In 2 months I have lost 15 inches and my son has gained almost the same in muscle mass! Most importantly, my son's confidence and self-esteem is greatly improved! Ask for Eddy, you won't regret it!!

Fantastic experience: Pope Fitness is by far the best gym I’ve had a membership to. Don made it a point to create a gym that has it all. Powerlifting, cardio, cross fit, yoga, and really great trainers. Extremely friendly staff and members. Very well maintained facility and equipment. I highly recommend you check it out!

Fantastic experience: So glad I joined Pope! They have all the equipment I need, free weights (including barbells and a big lifting area), plenty of machines, and a nice turf area to get creative with workouts! The owners Don and Dawn are so friendly, and always willing to show me how to use new equipment or offer tips on a workout. It’s a great place to workout!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I've ever belonged to and I'm accomplishing things I never thought were possible. It's a clean facility, well-maintained, and very large. They have a huge Astroturf area in addition to the weightlifting and cardio machines, which is really cool. Dawn is very friendly and welcoming, and the members are nice, and are at all different fitness levels. Travis is my trainer and he's amazing and truly cares. Five stars, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by explaining I’m a student at Kent State that’s home for spring break. This is 100% honest feedback from a 20 year old focused on bodybuilding. Basically I needed a gym nearby to workout at while I’m home. I looked at multiple gyms in the area and This gym by far is the BEST gym in the area. It has equipment for everything you need to get stronger. I would definitely say this gym is for all types of ages and fitness levels. Don Pope clearly knows how to run a gym and what people into fitness need in order to be successful. I have talked to both Don Pope and his wife they are super friendly and kind. They asked me where I was from and genuinely showed an interest in me as a person not just a customer. They also never tried to sell me a membership or anything which I found to be very respectful. The gym is pretty clean and everything is in pretty good condition. Something I love about this gym is that it never is overcrowded and I never feel judged while working out. I never have to wait for equipment which is a huge plus for me. This gym is definitely a 10/10 and I’ve found very few problems with it. The only thing I could say I wish this gym had was more water fountains or at least a water station in the back of the gym. I also wish they had paper towel dispensers in the workout areas so I can wipe off sweat. I also wish they had mirrors in the locker room for Personally I don’t care ab that stuff I’m here to workout and I will be signing up for a membership once I’m back for summer break. If you live around here and are looking for a gym this is going to be the BEST gym in the area. I also love the fact I can support a small business over those chain businesses that really don’t care about you as a person. Don and his wife have created a great gym and atmosphere here it genuinely feels like home and a family. Good job guys keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: I've been to several gyms up and down the east coast and I can truly say that none of them have ever felt like home quite like this place has. The owners are incredibly welcoming, there's a ton of equipment available, and the environment is one that fosters and supports the growth of its members. Regardless of your age, training level, or training style, there is something for everyone here and plenty of people to help you reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: My son and I joined Pope Fitness a couple months ago. What an amazing facility and staff. Powerlifting, body building, speed and agility, general Heath and fitness. This gym has it all and they have the staff that is more than capable of training you.

Fantastic experience: I started going here three months ago and I love it. Within 2 months working out with one of their trainers I was able to see results, unlike my old gym. You can find equipment here that I haven't seen at other gyms. The staff and environment are amazing.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say how nice this gym is. A good amount of the gyms around have all these flashy perks that are never used. EB Fitness obviously decided to skip that and invest in a huge area (waiting for equipment is the worst), more specific gym equipment than I have ever seen at any gym (a ton of Hammer Strength and free weights) and it is unbelievably clean. I would expect nothing less from a gym owned by an actual body builder and not some huge corporation. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am that North Ridgeville is starting to grow and that we have something this quality in our city.
