Fantastic experience: Awesome place to workout & intern!! Experiencing a lot of growth in so many different ways!!

Fantastic experience: Great service, great staff & that manager in building 2 is amazing we love him!

Negative experience: The service was extremely disappointing. We made a reservation a week in advance and called a few hours before our team was set to arrive, and they assured us everything was fine. However, when we arrived at 6:30 (our reservation was from 6:40 to 8:00), they had a sign up stating they were closing at 7, and had already shut down by 6:30! Two weeks later, we again booked a reservation a week ahead and confirmed it both the day before and the same day. But when our team of 12 arrived at 6:30, we were told that all the courts were full, and nothing was available. The staff member, who appeared quite young and inexperienced, acted unprofessionally. When we asked to speak to the manager, he claimed that he was the manager!

Negative experience: This place is nice but what’s weird it you have to pay $6 Everytime you come in to watch you child play. Even though you have already paid for them to play. They don’t say that when you sign up. Also my son has been playing a basketball team that is very rough on these 4th and 5th grade kids. Not his team but an opposing team they have been playing this season. This team has been Verbally and physically abusive , way more than just playing basketball. And none of the refs do anything. Today finally a ref had enough and through their coach(opposing team of my son) out of the game because he was yelling at the ref for making accurate foul calls. I mean these kids are getting pushed , shoved , tripped , hit and called demeaning words that no one should be speaking to children. Even if they are children as well I can’t believe that anywhere would allow this. It’s not ok. This team should have been disqualified a long time ago. Was nice that finally a ref was sticking up for these kids today but that was the first and only time a ref has done this, all the others just turn a blind eye. Probably won’t sign my son up again because if that behavior is allowed and these kids are playing to get beat up physically and called names , that’s no fun for anyone. I doubt I’m the only one that has complained because all of us parents saw this. The rules should apply for everyone, this is basketball not tackle football. Children’s safety should be important . Wish this place would pay attention to what’s going on around their courts.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I trained here with Frank Rusiecki to get back in shape after a couple medical issues. Frank developed a great plan for us, and helped us not only get back into shape but get into better shape than we were in the first place. Frank is also a really friendly guy, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend!

Negative experience: A bit pricey but a nice facility. Unfortunately VERY unorganized. Twice in a row, our group was told that we have a reservation and when we arrived, there was no reservation and no available courts. Some of the people in our group drive up to 45 minutes to get there and all we heard was sorry but no court...!!!?

Fantastic experience: T3 is a nice facility, and my son has learned a lot. He has improved his skills with the help of his great coach Zach. Thanks!

Negative experience: Communication is delayed with training staff. I scheduled a consultation and the trainer was slow to respond. No feedback after the consult as promised. After I declined to pay $700 for a package I feel the interest was lost in training me, Maybe offer a free training session to try out the trainer before pushing to buy multiple sessions!

Fantastic experience: I have two daughters working to improve their fast pitch softball skills. They have very different personalities and Coach Savannah is wonderful with both of them. Their swings have improved dramatically. I also appreciate that she explains the drills she does with them and how it improves their swing to my husband with me, so we can practice the skills between sessions. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough how awesome T3 Performance is. My son first came to T3 about 4 years ago and started to work with a T3 Performance Coach, Stevie Tracy, to help with his speed and agility for soccer. The skills that Stevie taught him were a huge help and increased his abilities. This summer my son has been recovering from a knee injury and Stevie has once again stepped up and given my son the best training. He has worked with my son to build back up his strength, agility and confidence, while also listening to the ever changing needs of a young athlete recovering from an injury.I also know all of the trainers at T3 are on the same level. You will find coaches that truly care about these young athletes and will teach them how to get to their highest potential. I also want to mention that the administrative staff at T3 is incredibly supportive and the facility is amazing. From open field areas, to weight rooms, to conditioning equipment, to outside space, T3 has what is needed to help any young athlete thrive.

Fantastic experience: My kids have participated in the Sports Performance Programs and Flag Football and the Coaches are organized and professional and the program itself is the best around!

Fantastic experience: My son is in the offensive lineman training at T3 and trullllllly benefits from every session. He has gained deep skills from working with Dale and Chad, which benefits his performance during high stakes games. He loves training at t3 so much he wakes up faithfully at 6am on weekends to make the training sessions! That speaks volumes. He’s also been able to network with other players who play his position and finds that to be an added benefit. If you’re considering t3-just do it! It’s such a great place!

Fantastic experience: My son has trained at T3 off an on for about 5 years and the staff has always been such a great support for him. All of the coaches have been great! Coach Dale and Coach Chad are top tier Offensive Lineman coaches and I cannot express how grateful that we are to have them training my son!

Fantastic experience: T3’s coaches are phenomenal at working alongside their athletes to guide them toward achieving their full potential. They have the friendliest front staff and I love how flexible they are at working with their clients.

Fantastic experience: We love T3! Our Daughter plays for the T3 Mavs, and having the T3 facility is a game changer. She has recently started working with Coach Savannah. Savannah is super knowledgeable, and professional. She makes sure she explains what her goals are for each lesson. We have seen improvements with our daughter after each lesson.

Fantastic experience: My daughter decided to play softball for the first time at age 8. She was noticeably behind in all of her skills. Coach Savannah was amazing. Going to train with her quickly became my daughter’s favorite thing to do. She went from zero skills to one of the stronger players within two months! We highly recommend softball training with Coach Savannah.

Fantastic experience: Definitely helped me learned things i didn’t know and overall made me a better softball player thanks to coach Savannah !!! she’s really nice and understands everything and helps any way possible even if it’s not sports related !! love her sooo much and plans to have many more sessions together !!!

Fantastic experience: My kids have been going here for just about three months and my kids have grown tremendously in softball and football. If you’re looking for a good coach for good softball mechanics, (especially batting)in softball, Coach Savannah is your girl. She’s amazing and my daughter loves her!!! For football, ask for Coach Josh! My son always says that’s big bro right there lol. Nothing but fun at T3!!!

Fantastic experience: T3 is the place to be!! We recently had our son’s 6th birthday there and the kids all had a blast! We had plenty of room and equipment in a safe and clean space! T3 provided all kinds of balls and even had two full sized soccer nets set up! The staff was amazing from booking through the day of the party! T3 exceeded our expectations and the staff could not have been more attentive and friendly! Shout out to Brad for making the booking a breeze! If you are looking for a space for your kids to burn off some energy and have fun - check it out!

The T3 facility is very clean and has an amazing staff that is willing to answer any questions you may have. They will help you with getting set up with the right person for your needs. The coaching/training staff is the best around. They also have adult classes to help keep you motivated for these active young ones. Definitely recommended for the family⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my three sons to T3 Performance in Avon Lake for the past three months, and I am extremely impressed with the quality of training they have received. The dedication and expertise of the trainers, Dale and Trevor, have truly made a positive impact on my sons' development as offensive and defensive linemen. The commitment to excellence at T3 Performance is evident from the moment you step foot in their facility. Despite the long drive of 1 hour and 10 minutes each way, the results have been more than worth it. Every Saturday from 7:15am until 10:45am, Dale and Trevor have provided my sons with personalized training sessions that have greatly enhanced their lineman skills and techniques. The training sessions at T3 Performance focus specifically on offensive and defensive lineman skills and moves. Dale and Trevor have an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of these positions, and they have tailored their coaching methods to address the unique needs of each of my sons. Their ability to break down complex maneuvers into manageable steps has allowed my sons to grasp and execute them with precision. What sets T3 Performance apart from other training facilities is their attention to detail and the individualized approach they take with each athlete. Dale and Trevor not only teach the necessary techniques but also instill a sense of discipline and mental strength in their students. Negative experience: It’s not a bad gym, purely used it for the weight room. But they have little kids running around while people are lifting. It’s unsafe

Fantastic experience: T3 Performance is top notch for sports training. Our boys have been members for close to 8 years. Within the last 5 years, they have trained with Ryan Richmond, focusing on hockey specific training. They have not only become stronger and more explosive on the ice, but they also enter their hockey season well conditioned. They have gained confidence in themselves and this training has given them a step above others. I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and the trainers/facility. They are always there to support and push the kids to be their best on and off the ice.

Fantastic experience: My experiences at t3 have been amazing! I trained consistently with Ryan Richmond in the hockey group. Not only was he a great trainer but great guy too. He helped push me, incorporated hard work with fun exercises, and had a great group of guys come in to work! Safe to say the work put in paid off and it helped me become a better athlete. Looking forward to training more.

Fantastic experience: I am a junior A hockey player and have been going to Ryan Richmond for the past 4 summers for an off season hockey program that has translated tremendously on the ice. I can personally see a difference in my play, strength and agility due to Ryan Richmond’s workouts. He also has created a in-season workout for me to do on my own.

Fantastic experience: Elite facility with elite staff! I started going there when I wanted to change my training focus to better prepare for my men’s league hockey. Also my son started training there with coach Ryan Richmond. It was his first real off season training for ice hockey. The attention to detail Ryan provide in his programming and class leadership is axons to none. Being my son’s first year of full contact body checking in hockey, it was important that he built the strength to keep himself safe and prepared for impact out there. We saw huge improvements in his overall speed and stability as well. I can’t say enough about T3. I recommend whether you or your athlete are training for high performance or simply better well being.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has trained with Coach Heather in Elite Athlete Training for six years… Heather has been a huge part of her high school athletic career and pushed her to be a better athlete and person in so many ways. Each workout is different but is always intense and purposeful in helping each athlete improve their strength, agility and quickness. All of the T3 coaches go out of their way to truly know the athletes they train and help them in any way needed. We couldn’t recommend T3 more…. the facilities, customer service and trainers are the best in the area.

Fantastic experience: I work out with Coach Ryan all summer, 4 days a week, and it’s great! The group of boys are always pushing each other to get better. Coach Ryan always puts a great program for all of us to follow. It has helped me on the ice substantially, in my hips my stride and my overall build. This place is great. I look forward to going everyday and seeing all the coaches. They are all great. I’ve learned something new about my body, lifting, or anything in general from all the coaches. My favorite place to be in the summer!!!

Fantastic experience: My experience at T3 has been nothing short of amazing! The athlete training groups allow me to create close connections to my peers and coaches. Since starting T3 in June of 2022, I have felt my confidence and overall mental health grow greatly from the impact of the coaches and stability of the T3 program. Coach Heather, coach Ryan, and coach Steve are huge role models in my life. They are always kind and considerate while also pushing me and encouraging me to do 110% everyday in the gym. I’m apart of CVC and coaches Peter Christoferson and James Vaughn are incredible at getting all the girls involved, working hard, and having fun. Overall, my time at T3 so far has been great! The athlete training groups have really improved my strength on the court and I’m so grateful for my experience so far.

Fantastic experience: T3 is amazing! My daughter has been going to the athlete training groups for a couple of months now and absolutely loves it! It has been a great fit for her athletic development. Being able to train with other serious athletes around her age is helping to push her to want to be a better athlete all around. She looks forward to coming in and working with Coach Heather and Coach Eric just to name a few. From our experience, many of these amazing coaches at T3 really do care about these athletes individually and provide such a positive learning/training environment. Also, the T3 facility itself is great and kept so clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would recommend T3 to everyone!

Fantastic experience: T3 has been an excellent fit for my children’s athletic development. Through 1 on 1 personal training, Coach Pete has been attuned to their needs and crafted a strategy specific for them. He pushes them to learn advanced movements and lift heavy weights in developmentally safe ways. I would recommend T3 to anyone looking for high-level athletic training in a positive environment.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going to T3 for training since the beginning of summer 23' and as a family we cannot say enough about the level of attention to detail , the coaching with a purpose, the athletic counseling and performance training the trainers there give her. My daughter is only 12 but she receives the same training as Division 1 athletes and professional as well. She tells me often of the support she receives on a daily basis. They offer a unique personal touch that as a parent you really appreciate. We appreciate all the coaches there but in particular Coach Heather and Coach Smosny! Fantastic experience: T3 has awesome athlete training groups! All the coaches were personable and motivating. The workouts were the perfect mix of tough and challenging, yet fun for our kids!! Heather, Stevie, and Smos were especially impactful on our kids. We are very happy with our decision to join T3!

Fantastic experience: Great group of coaches who care not only about the strength and speed development of the kids they work with, but also their emotional and physical well being. My son sustained multiple non-sports related injuries last year and Coach Heather and Coach Smosny, who he works with on a regular basis, reached out multiple times to check on his well being. They were super accommodating upon his return, adjusting his training regimen despite the fact that he was working in an athlete training group. We have been very happy with the amount of personal and dedicated time he receives even while working in group training sessions.

Fantastic experience: T3 has been an absolute game changer for us! My daughter started working out at T3 over 2 years ago participating in the athlete training groups. Classes are both fun and competitive, while building a foundation of strength and agility which is so important for whatever sport your children participate in. All the coaches are amazing, especially Coach Heather. She has always gone above and beyond to help my daughter reach her goals and work through any issues she’s dealing with. T3 has become like a second home for her!

Fantastic experience: My whole family works out at T3, can’t say enough great things about the facilities, the training, and the staff! Both my teenagers (15 and 13) started training in the athlete training groups when they were 11 years old. I also started my 5 year old in Athlete training 101 this summer. The training has given them the ability to excel in their individual sports. It not only taught them how to properly workout, but also the importance of a regular training routine that’s needed to be a successful athlete. The coaches have been so amazing working with my kids and tweaking their workouts to fit their abilities and goals…and at the same time making it fun!! Love this place!! Shout out to Heather and James who have been working hard to get my daughter prepared for another club volleyball season!

Fantastic experience: Coach Chad helped me in achieving a goal that I thought was nearly impossible. I have never played center in football before this year. I didn’t know what I was doing. That changed when I started doing lessons with him. The lessons I received at T3 were better than the lessons I received at football practice for my position. Thank you Chad!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is AMAZING! Both of my sons are learning a lot. Not just when it comes to sports but about skills they'll need as adults, taking direction, receiving feedback and working thru things they need to improve, etc. The instructors are amazing. My sons get excites to work with some great instructors. As a parent, I can see in our everyday lives the way my boys are growing outside of sports. I appreciate everything the people at T3 have done for them!

Fantastic experience: We are very happy with T3 and the commitment they make to these kids. They truly care about the athletes as a whole. The facility is huge and has everything you could think of. The coaches and staff are amazing. You are not just paying for a name, you are paying for the amazing opportunities T3 offers.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful! We could not be happier with T3. Brad is great with communication and making sure every need is met and that we are having a great experience. Since my son has started his lessons he has so much more confidence, self discipline, leadership role and mental strength. It's great to see how this confidence boost helps him even outside of the facility and in school. He can't wait for the next lesson! Staff is great and wants the kids to succeed. Exceptional facility. I would give 10 stars.

They have worked with Coach Heather, Stevie, Pete, Eric and Michael and they have ALL been great!! The coaches are motivating, knowledgable, encouraging and tough when they need to be. Our kids have gained confidence and it has helped on and off the courts!! So thankful for T3.

He's made some giant strides on and off the field/ice with the training he's received. The adult gym is nice, slightly dated, but does the job. 5/5 all day

Fantastic experience: T3 is the best sports performance training available. Brian, the owner is actively involved in all aspects of the training experience. I have been involved in coaching over 35 years & am amazed by Brian’s level of expertise. My 18 year old twins have been involved with Brian & the T3 staff for several years. They enjoy the training & both have made huge advances in strength, athleticism, & confidence. As a parent I fully believe in Brian. He is completely vested in the athletes success. 5 stars is not a high enough rating, multiply that by hundreds. Thank you Brian & T3.

Horsepower and athlete training have been his favorites. As a parent, knowing that he was training and learning how to safely lift meant so much. Brad in the office has always been a huge help with enrollment and payment options.

Have always been active but started going to t3 over 3 years ago, very nervous to start as i was not very family with workouts and the gym… all the coaches are fabulous especially Heather and Ryan. Very patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating .. all the staff there are very friendly and welcoming to all. I feel like they do really love what they do and I get the sense that it is really a big family. have not hesitated to recommend them to everyone. I’m in better shape now than in my 20’s and 30’s!!

Fantastic experience: Adult fit is my favorite time of the day! Heather has been my coach/trainer since I was 12 (now 26) and can confidently say she knows her stuff. Classes are amazeballs and challenging, yet fun! Couldn’t recommend T3 and Adult Fit enough!

She has provided her with the tools to be successful even outside of sports. it has been amazing to see see how her confidence has grown since working with Heather and going to T3 and how much she truly enjoys it!

Fantastic experience: Love this place ! Trainers especially Heather Clapacs are dedicated to putting together a comprehensive training program that works every part of your body. All the performance coaches collaborate to make sure each work out through out the week complements each other. All levels of skill and fitness are treated with the same respect. Every one who attends the classes are pleasant, friendly and encourages you. Heather works with you if you are sore or dealing with an injury and there are always alternate exercises. I had back surgery in February 2022. I started exercising again in June 2022. With Heather’s one on one care and dedication, ten months later I am in better shape than I ever have. The saying is if you love what you do you never work a day in your life. Heather lives that!! I work out at 6 am. After working out I use the facilities to get ready for work. I am ALWAYS impressed with how spotless clean the bathroom and showers are. They smell great. I can’t say enough good things about the place. It’s my long term care insurance !

Fantastic experience: I work out with Ashton every week and she makes it a great workout

Fantastic experience: We received amazing training for our son in the athlete 101 program. He really came out of his shell, previously he would refuse to try things because he was afraid of failing. Trainer Ashton Borelli really bolstered our sons confidence in his ability and self efficacy. He felt comfortable to push himself and try new things, nothing but great things to say.
